Windsor Hotel And Tower

Booked non-refundable reservation for 4 nights (through booking.com, who appears to be partly responsible for the problem). Specified when booking that I would arrive after midnight, as my flight does not arrive until after midnight. Having confirmed my reservation and taken my money, I was then notified that my "request" to arrive after midnight was "subject to availability." Of course, it was not a "request." It was a condition of the reservation, specified as part of the agreement. I can hardly be expected to fly to a foreign country and stand outside on the street after midnight with my child in midwinter in a strange city wondering whether I can get into the hotel I have reserved. Hotel did not reply to texts (via booking.com) or email. UPDATE: 48 hours later, as my flight to Córdoba was awaiting take-off, I did finally receive an email from hotel confirming that I could check in after midnight. Room is sizeable, as is lavatory. Midwinter; room is warm. Turning on A/C (set to cool) results in warm air blow, but can simply open tilt window, so OK, though on lower floor facing street, so frequently awakened by traffic noise, etc. Pleasant common areas, and breakfast. It may well be the best hotel in Córdoba, but on a North American / Euro scale, it's an high three-star. Imagine a Leonardo with a better restaurant. In reflection, now that I've spend some time here, I'd've stayed in a different neighborhood, like Neuva Cordoba. That's not the hotel's fault, but Centro isn't where I'd prefer to have stayed, had I known (I didn't).

We stayed at the Windsor Hotel & Tower for seven days, and from the moment we arrived, the service truly stood out. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. Our room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the attention to detail throughout our stay was exceptional. Beyond the hotel itself, the restaurant deserves special recognition—it is genuinely a five-star dining experience. Every single staff member we interacted with showed outstanding hospitality and professionalism. Juan, in particular, was an amazing server and made each meal even more enjoyable. The front desk staff was also incredible—always attentive, kind, and helpful. We were in Córdoba for my wife’s rhinoplasty and stayed here the entire week, ordering room service several times. Everything was consistently excellent, and we truly do not have a single negative thing to say. The location is perfect: central, very walkable, and close to many of Córdoba’s main attractions and places to explore. This was easily one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, and we would absolutely choose to stay here again. I highly recommend the Windsor Hotel & Tower to anyone visiting Córdoba and looking for an exceptional, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

Wonderfully restful with courtesy and service that one forgets is even a possibility. Javier showed us everything concerning the operations in the hotel-even another top sheet for the bed to increase comfort. It is above and beyond in accommodation for the weary traveler. The restaurant in the hotel is another 5 Star experience as well. We cannot recommend this enough!

Great staff, the best breakfast. The hotel is showing it's age and needs maintenance. First room the bathroom door could not close. Second room the bathroom door handle fell off the first time we used it. Again...really good breakfast
