I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Great location with a view of the city. You feel like you are in a park. Excellent pool. The building is not new but it is well maintained. The room was large, with high ceilings and a separate wardrobe. Our terrace was large with a table and two sun loungers. Large parking. Unfortunately we were only there for one night. This is a place where you can relax from the city noise and tourists.

We stayed for one night and enjoyed our time here. It feels a bit on the mature / 65+ side which makes sense as their golf and tennis offer is a major draw for guests. We had lunch upon arriving which for the price wasn’t a steal. Something like 60€ for two appetizers and club sandwiches. The breakfast was a bit confusing and disorganized, 3 of the 4 coffeemakers were out of service and we had to reserve our breakfast time which felt stressful (you’re on vacation, you don’t want to have to set an alarm and reserve a slot at checkin). My only complaint really would be the restaurant service and organization needs attention. The pool is nice but the chaises longues and chairs are behind a hedge rather than around the pool which I found a bit odd but there may be security concerns. The room was very big with a huge bathroom and closet and although my husband complained of hearing the neighbors upstairs (perhaps an issue with the flooring insulation) I slept fine. Free parking and easy arrival was a big plus. The hotel is located 1 hour walking from the city center which we didn’t mind as it’s a pretty and suburban part of town. Otherwise the front desk can call a cab. There’s no Ubers in Cordoba which is refreshing I suppose. We thought there was a gym on site, it’s actually a 5 minutes walk but worth it because it’s huge and has every machine you can think of. Certainly beats most hotel gyms. Overall good stay 👌
1958 vintage building outside downtown Cordoba with spacious rooms but slightly worn interior furnishings. Rooms on the south side feature spectacular views of downtown Cordoba. Takes a 40 min inexpensive bus ride to see the main attractions of the city.
It was very difficult to write a review for this hotel as there are indifferent reviews from others and after staying there I can see why. We had a suite on the 4th floor with a wrap-around balcony and it is the best hotel room I have stayed in, in terms of comfort, privacy, cleanliness, tranquility and views. Had we had a standard room I would not have been happy as they are noisy, have very small balconies, and if you had the back of the hotel you would miss the views. The staff in the bar were very pleasant but at breakfast you weren't always approached to order coffee or hot items. The hot items were limited and the quality of the omelettes differed daily. On check out the reception staff didn't seem very engaged at all. This was a shame as it let's down what is and should be a great hotel.
This is an older hotel but with great, very welcoming service. Amazing restaurant at the hotel. Very beautiful surroundings and we enjoyed the view from the balcony a lot. A bit far away from the city so a car is a good idea. Unfortunately, maintenance could be better…Many things not working in the bathroom or room that could easily be fixed with a simple screwdriver. That lowers the quality of a stay a bit. Beds super comfortable though, and this is super important.
