One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Do not be fooled by the pictures! The reality is completely different from what is advertised. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. We had specifically booked a room with a view of the mosque, but we were given a completely different room. When we complained, the staff simply told us that the hotel was fully booked and offered no proper solution. We were given a room on the third floor, where the hallways had a very unpleasant smell, almost like sewage or dirty bathrooms. Once we entered the room, we discovered that the telephone was broken and not working. This meant that whenever we needed anything, we had to physically go down to the reception desk. On top of that, the cleanliness of the room was very poor and completely unacceptable. We parked our car in the hotel’s underground parking area and had to carry all our luggage ourselves without any assistance from the staff. To make matters worse, we were never informed that parking came with an additional fee. We only found out when we were checking out and were asked to pay. This should have been clearly communicated from the beginning. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. The cleanliness, customer service, and lack of transparency were unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Don’t let the pictures mislead you. Definitely one of my worst hotel experiences, and I will never stay here again!

A luxurious hotel right opposite the Mezquita, in the very heart of Córdoba – everything you'd want to see is within walking distance. Large, modern rooms with a spacious bathroom, all superbly maintained and spotlessly clean. We didn't have breakfast, but there are plenty of options all around. Reception was excellent. Complete satisfaction from start to finish.
Nice hotel in a perfect location for exploring all the old town of Cordoba has to offer. Room was nice, on the third floor with a separate sofa and table and chairs. Housekeeping was excellent. The internal courtyard is a real feature but very understaffed. The staff were friendly and hard working but there were just not enough of them. Lunch was excellent so we decided to eat at the hotel in the evening but service was incredibly slow and despite asking for a burger to be well done it came out rare. We were not charged for this, but would have preferred the food to be served as requested.
the hotel is very conveniently located in the city center and the hotel staff instruction to enter with the car are very easy to follow; the hotel offers local parking, subject to availability and fortunately we were able to use it. we loved staying in the city center as we were visiting Cordoba for a 1 day (strongly recommend check which day, based on what you want to visit and opening days/times!). The room is not super spacious but we stayed comfortably and the breakfast was amazing very huge buffet and logistically works very smoothly. Really recommended
This is the perfect place for a visit to Cordoba. It is located across the street to the Mezquita so you can just walk to this and other tourist sites. The breakfasts are good, with a wide selection of warm and cold breakfast foods. Other things that I liked were the spaciousness of the rooms, the garden dining area, the free map and information sheet, the fast internet and that there were some English-language channels on the TV. If coming from or going back to the train station, you can take Bus No. 3 to the hotel. There are many fine dining establishments nearby. If you are looking for something quick, there is Burger King and Carrefour Express nearby.
