Excellent tour! Kudos for Joseph on the Segway Tour. Two hours of pure fun. Joseph (the guide) is a great storyteller. We had plenty of time to enjoy the tour, landscapes, and even the Segway itself. Joseph was very attentive, respectful and organized. A must-go to enjoy Copenhagen hidden gems. Enjoy!

The electric kick bikes were comfortable to ride and fun. Would recommend over the Segway! Our tour guide did a great job navigating us through the city.
I booked a Segway city tour, directly with the store. Everything was outstanding from booking to riding. The folks here are very nice and professional. The tour covered a lot of grounds and history. Highly recommend. Shoutout to Phillip. Great tour guide.
Great Segway tour with Mathuis. Knowledgeable about what we saw and some fun facts along the way. Cobbles sections were a bit bumpy but a good amount of information in the tour.
Valde was a superb guide. Young, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. We had the unfortunate event of aging Women from across the pond who were very much past being able to balance, let alone ride a segway! We also had a bloke crash and hurt himself. All very unfortunate but for me, it retracted from the whole experience. It was far too slow, even with the limiting factors and I was very disappointed at the end. Had it nit been for the guide, it would have been dire. There were few opportunities to get some speed up. All in all, for me, frustrating and only marginally enjoyable.
Such a fun way to see Copenhagen. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Much better than a tour bus 😀
This is a good experience. Peter is a very knowledgeable and friendly guide! I will recommend it to friend for sure!
Loved these step up scooters. Easier to ride than segways and great fun. Covered a lot of distance. Albert was a great guide.
The best bike tour - less crowded than others and you can do Segway, bike or e-bike. Really good tour and great service . Really good
It was a remarkable experience - 1st time on a Seagway! And a tour itself was also great - great, funny guide gets you to know the city and it's foundations well, hence I do recommend this adventure!
Lovely 2 hour trip to see the main sites of Copenhagen and fantastic tour guide, patient with everyone getting use to their segways
great bikes and easy to ride, knowledgeable guide took us to many sights, stopped and took photos of us and provided lots of history, helmet provided,
The Segway tour was excellent! We saw lots of landmarks around the city and the guide, Jacob, was excellent - lots of interesting and funny stories as well as the historical facts. Would thoroughly recommend this tour.
This tour was everything it is advertised to be! Our family of 4 were on a 2-hr tour with another family on regular bikes. Our guide, Jonas, was great! He was very personable, patient, and so knowledgeable. The entire experience was fantastic, despite the on & off again rain and strong winds. We learned so much about the city, and Jonas inspired us to continue exploring and learning more. And the electric scooters were an absolute awesome ride! We got lots of attention from others as we rode past. Truly a unique, fun, and worthwhile excursion!
We did the 2 hour guided Segway tour of Copenhagen, it was very fun and absolutely the best way to see all the sights in Copenhagen. The staff were lovely and really helped teach you how to use the Segway. The tour guide was fantastic, showed us all the sights, explained everything really well, answered any questions we had and even gave us some restaurant recommendations. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Copenhagen.
Our second trip in two days, here and Norway. We are hooked, love the Segway experience and our guide was great (Peter), radios very useful. Fantastic fun way to see so many great sights.
Great experience…great guide! There’s no better way to see Copenhagen than on a Segway! Take the tour…you’ll love it!!!
This tour was grossly misrepresented. I signed up for an electric scooter trip and found out when we got there it was on Segway scooters. We were unable to use them, called TripAdvisor for a refund, but was denied the refund. I am extremely disappointed in TripAdvisor and am again requesting a refund.
We had a day or so awaiting for our cruise ship so we made a point of taking this tour. Both my wife and I are age enhanced and she loves Segways so we set this up with Jacob(?) as our guide. We saw a lot including the king's courtyard etc. Well worth our effort.
When we travel, one of the first things we usually search for is a Segway tour. We've done tours in Madrid, Athens, Mexico, the Caribbean, etc. We found Segway Copenhagen and went to see them today, our first full day in CPH. We made the reservation for later in the day and paid. We came back earlier than our reservation as requested. We met our tour guide, Jacob. The rest of the tour came in. We were the only ones in the group who had used a Segway before. After getting our helmets, we went out to get training on the units. The helmets had a receiver velcroed to the back and a speaker in the ear pad. This was amazing since Jacob could give a running commentary and everyone, no matter what position you were in the queue, could hear it! This was a first for us and we loved it. Jacob and the manager gave patient and knowledgeable help to all the new Segway riders. We had no incidents and they all came back happy and ready to do another Segway tour. Jacob was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of interesting facts along the route as well as some insight into the traditions of Danish life. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone. Even if you've never ridden a Segway before, you will come back an expert. Tak, Jacob and Tak, Segway Copenhagen!
We actually did a mixed tour (electric scooters and bikes) and we had a wonderful overview of Copenhagen with Peter. We do bike tours in almost every European city we visit towards the beginning of the trip. Just due to the nature of these kind of tours, we always do them as an "intro" to the city and then keep track of which things we want to go back and spend more time at. So don't expect to go on the tour and spend a lot of time at each attraction as it is a bike/scooter tour and you are continually moving. This was was wonderful and hit on all the main sites in CPH. Peter was a lovely guide.
It was a very nice experience and the guide gave us very interesting and useful information about Copenhagen. Really enjoyed this experience as it ticked off many attractions for us!!
Emily was fantastic and we all had a great time including our two daughters! We loved the history and easy use of the segways. We will definitely do this again. This is a must do!!!
The tour was very nice and the guide was very knowledgeable. We got around smoothly and calmly with Segway and got Copenhagen's story told in an interesting and fun way.
Discover Copenhagen in a different way, also for less or inexperienced segway driver a fun experience to experience
Me and my son were on a guided tour of the segway in Copenhagen. Neither I nor my son had driven one of those before. It was super fun and the guide was brilliant.
The tour was very exciting and you could tell that Jacob loves what he does. He told us about this beautiful city with so much joy. By the way: they also rent cargo bikes that can hold two children. This means the tour can also be done with children.
