This tour exceeded all of our expectations. Olga was an exceptional host who brought the history of Copenhagen to life with lively storytelling and great sense of humor. As we are in our late 70s, Olga's consideration of our needs as regards pace was invaluable. We never felt rushed, and we got to see things we never would have found on our own, especially the Little Mermaid, which I had incorrectly thought was out in the middle of the harbor, not so near shore. Olga's broad-based background - she was raised in Italy (where she needed fluency in Italian for school), her parents' common language was English, and when she moved to Copenhagen for Graduate School, she needed to learn fluency in Danish are emblematic of what a bright cosmopolitan lady she is, and in no small measure contributed to our enjoyment of the tour. The crowning aspect of our experience with Olga was, that, the tour at a close, she directed us how to return to our Cruise ship, walked us to the tram station, guided me in the purchase of the correct tickets with bus transfer, and told us which bus to take from which tram station. Her directions were flawless, and out journey was wonderfully simple. Thank you for a wonderful day!

We booked the late afternoon tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and conscientious. It was a great way to start our vacation in Copenhagen.
Highly recommend this tour — very informative and entertaining.
Excellent Private walking Tour. Our guide Alesandro was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. We all loved the experience. I would highly recommend it.
Wonderful tour and Alexandro was terrific. As a native, he was able to give us insights about Copenhagen in the past as well as the present. His knowledge of many topics affecting the town and country were invaluable. I highly recommend him and this tour.
Wonderful overview of a stunningly beautiful city. Our guide Alejandro is a local and gave us great insights into Copenhagen life now and in the past. He was patient with constant questions and his knowledge of the city was very helpful. We never felt rushed. Totally enjoyable tour.
Alessandro was a pleasure and tailored the tour with our preferences in mind. Pace was good and we had plenty of time to see all the locations in the city center.
My 18-yr old daughter and I spent the morning around 3 hours exploring Copenhagen with Jeff and enjoyed every moment learning about the city and the people (past & present) of the area. It is always special when your guide has lived in the city, especially for generations and can share true enthusiasm and genuine knowledge. And Jeff was that person. We learned so much about culture, way of life and history of building structures. And he set us up for the remainder of our trip there with suggestions and walking us by points of interest that we could later spend much more time. He was also well organized and steered us clear of crowds when possible. Thank you Jeff!
Jeff was so accommodating. He would tied with us on rescheduling due to husband’s illness. He is so knowledgeable about all areas and history of Copenhagen.
Alessandro was our guide and could not have been more accommodating, informative and personable. We would highly recommend this Copenhagen tour and hopefully have the enjoyment as Alessandro as your guide.
Alessandro was amazing! He gave a great tour and a lot of information about the local history. We enjoyed his company very much. We would highly recommend him as a guide!
Jeff was absolutely amazing! We saw A TON of amazing sites and his knowledge on the history of everything we saw was honestly not only highly informative and interesting but SO MUCH APPRECIATED!!! Would HIGHLY recommend this tour!!
We walk quickly, so we were able to see more than usual (per the guide). Good presentation of history of Copenhagen and development of the old city and the new. The wife loved the gardens.
It was a nice young lady who conducted the tour, but she was not extremely educated or knowledgeable about her city. She was more interested in telling us about her religious and political views. I would not recommend this tour.
This walking tour was absolutely amazing! Alessandro was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many interesting facts and stories that brought everything to life. The tour was informative without ever feeling overwhelming, and the pace was perfect. What we appreciated most was the relaxed, casual atmosphere. It felt like exploring with a knowledgeable friend rather than sitting through a formal tour. We had a lot of fun, learned so much, and truly enjoyed every minute. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an engaging and enjoyable experience!
A very informative walk about. Lots of information shared. The tour was two couple, so we had opportunity to ask lots of questions. Sadly we didn’t get to the Little Mermaid.
What a wonderful and uplifting experience with Karolina. Best guide ever, She shared a lot of knowledge and went the extra mile to give us recommendations about the city. Hundred per cent recommended. What a gentle way to get to see the city, have a little bit of a historic background to it and all in a pleasurable and gentle way!
Alessandro was awesome!!! He took us all over the city center and provided some great information on the history and local culture. Such a great way to get as much in as you can in a half day!
Alessandro was very engaging, answered all our questions, told us about all we saw.
In-depth look at the history and important landmarks of Copenhagen. This was a great value for the price.
Great experience On time, good pace, and very affable Lots of local knowledge blended with AA knowledge of history and humor.. Highly recommended
Very pleasant and informative day. Lots of great recommendations on what (and what not) to see. And very flexible throughout the day to meet are specific interests
We learned a lot and enjoyed our walking tour with Alessandro. Great exposure to Copenhagen and better understanding Scandinavia. It was wonderful having the insight and thoughts of a local who also has a good global perspective.
Alessandro was a great guide, tailored the tour to our preferences, gave us interesting anecdotes and helpful dining recommendations. Highly recommend it!
Karolina is the perfect guide. She went at our place, answered all our questions, has incredible knowledge about the history, culture, and architecture of this beautiful city. If you love a walking tour this is the one I recommend.
We thought this tour was great and very informative about Copenhagen. Jeff was our guide and he showed us a lot of sites and provided many interesting facts. He didn’t tell us about the Christmas beer being released the next day. That would have been fun to know in advance but the facts of the country, the parliament, economy were all great info. He did an awesome job!
Alice was very warm and friendly. She was a fantastic and informative guide, and would highly recommend this tour!
A very informational tour with lots of Copenhagen history! Would definitely recommend to fellow travelers.
Jeff was an incredible guide. He did a perfect job of infusing history with his own experiences. He show d us beautiful parts of Copenhagen and made us fall in love with the city. A great tour to start your time in Copenhagen with! The bakery he took us to was great as well! Thank you, Jeff, for a wonderful morning!
We loved this tour . Our guide was great and very knowledgeable about everything . I highly recommend this tour .
Jeff was awesome. He met us at the designated spot and we hit the ground walking. A native of Copenhagen, Jeff knows his stuff!! We especially enjoyed the discussion about the Danish society and how it works. He did a great job!
Jeff was a terrific tour guide. We covered so many topics that only a passionate local would be able to address - history, politics, culture, lifestyle. Jeff knew exactly how to gear the tour for the interests of our group, and the 3.5 hour tour was perfect for our group of 7 in town for just a short visit on our cruise. Highly recommend. Many thanks Jeff!
We really enjoyed our walking tour with Alessandro. The weather was beautiful, the city is lovely, and he was an excellent host - able to answer all of our questions while being funny and a great conversationalist as well. It was nice being able to move through the sights at our own pace and stop and chat at each. Highly recommend!
Grazi was a fantastic guide and great fun. She was a mine of information on so many different topics and helped us understand Copenhagen and the places we visited from many different angles. Although we packed a huge amount in, the timing worked perfectly. We were very lucky to have had Grazi as our guide and the tour was one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you
Amazing tour by an extremely knowledgeable historian on the city. Excellent narrative that makes the city more personal.
This was a fabulous experience. Jeff was fantastic. Such a knowledgeable guide and we saw so much of this wonderful city.
Our guide, Karolina, was personable and well-informed. The private tour allowed us to ask questions and steer the tour towards our interests. Highly recommend.
It was the highlight of our Copenhagen trip . Karolina was so knowledgeable about the history of Copenhagen and the architecture . Her enthusiasm added to this special tour ! I highly recommend it .
Alessandro was very informative and friendly. We enjoyed our tour. Our only recommendation is that he project his voice a little more, as we sometimes had a hard time hearing him.
Outstanding informative tour. Our guide, Jeff, was amazing. We learned so much about Copenhagen and its history. We enjoyed caffe and a delicious pastry as part of our tour. Jeff rearranged our meeting and drop off points to accommodate our small group. I would highly recommend this tour with Jeff.
We had a great experience with Grazi. She went into such depth and detail while showing us a part of Copenhagen that we never would have experienced on our own. Her knowledge and her pleasant demeanor combined to give us a truly memorable tour that will forever be a special experience for us. Just to clarify, our group consisted of my wife and 35 year old son so it doesn’t really fit into any of the previously enumerated criteria. We have a saying in America, now quite dated, that something of value is worth every cent spent to obtain it ( worth every penny). This is certainly applicable to our tour with Grazi. Many thanks to her for a wonderful introduction to Copenhagen.
Our family really enjoyed the tour by Jeff. He is a true local, and we came away feeling that we really understand the city and the country. A great way to introduce ourselves to the city. Thanks, Jeff!
caroline was an excellent guide! knowledgeable, great english, kind and fun. pointed out things we mossed
Copenhagen is a cosmopolitan city with its own creative culture. Alice was a pleasure to spend half a day exploring and learning, discussing history and thoughts. We didn’t miss a single POI (although I am sure we didn’t see everything). She took a personal interest in our interests and preferences.
Our private tour with Grazi Henke was extraordinary. Her expansive knowledge of Denmark and the entire Scandinavia area made the tour come alive, not just the history of Denmark, but also the personalities of the different people within the area. We covered the entire city of Copenhagen during our three hours and sampled a variety of pastries. Even that had a fascinating history. Myths, legends, and reality became the order of the day. Our guide, Grazi was wonderful and the day was captivating.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour w/Karolina. She is very personable and tailors her tour to your needs. We learned a lot and really enjoyed her company and insights
A great introduction to Copenhagen's sights and history. Very enjoyable. Do this on Day One in town!
We really loved this walking tour . Our guide Karolina was very warm, knowledgeable about the history of Copenhagen and considerate with our needs like starting early and walking at our pace. . We definitely recommend this tour to others
