Flight was changed many times due to airline issues. Choose driver was informed of all these changes as they occurred upon final arrival to our destination. Contact a driver gave us strange instructions. And when we called back, he just hung up on us. I would not recommend this company at all .

This review details my experience with Limowide, I booked 2 transfer from Copenhagen Airport to my hotel and back. While the driver themself was professional and the transfers were completed, the lack of communication throughout the process was incredibly frustrating. Limowide failed to provide crucial driver details in a timely manner. I was forced to contact them multiple times in the days leading up to my trip through various channels (Viator, website, Twitter) to obtain this crucial information. This unnecessary hassle significantly added to the stress of my trip. Knowing the driver's details beforehand is essential for a smooth airport transfer, especially in a foreign country. Limowide's lack of communication caused unnecessary anxiety and wasted time during a period that should have been relaxing. Recommendation: I cannot recommend Limowide due to their poor communication practices. Travelers seeking a reliable and stress-free transfer experience should consider other options.

Driver met us just outside customs, and had an easy to spot sign. He was helpful, polite, and the van was spotless.

The service turned out to be the operator providing a taxi off the taxi rank we were standing next too (25 minutes late too). No limo, no meet when you arrive, no service. Take a taxi instead at less than half the price. Viator will not provide even a partial refund

Used this service for CPH-Cruise port and back. The first part (from CPH) exceeded my expectations. The driver was amazing and actually helped us figure out where to go for our cruise. We got there early and he talked to the people there to allow us a place to sit. The driver who picked us up from the cruise port was the exact opposite. He was on time, but basically was interested in talking to his friends on the phone during our trip. Also he dropped us at the wrong terminal (didn't ask what airline we were taking). But overall we got where we needed to on time so would recommend using this service.

We made it to our flight, but the driver was 15 mins late for our pick up. I tried to communicate with the vendor prior to the pick up date to find out where to meet, but I received no reply. The day before, I received a WhatsApp message confirming the pick up for the next day; however, there were no details listed in the message. I replied to the WhatsApp message asking for meeting point location, but again I received no response from the vendor. The morning of our pick up, I called the WhatsApp number, but no one picked up. I called several times and I finally received a message from the vendor asking me to call the driver directly with the number they sent me in the same message. I attempted to call and message the driver a bunch of times with no success. About 15 minutes before our pick up time, I received a call from the driver telling me that he would be about 15 minutes late for our pick up due to a mechanical issue with the car. The driver was kind, but we got to the airport later than expected. The lack of communication and last minute communication caused extra stress. I would NOT recommend using this service. I have used viator to book other transportation and excursions that gave excellent service, great experiences and better communication. This company is not one of those good companies.

They did not attempt to contact us except via WhatsApp even though we contacted them through Viator when our baggage required a claim. We only had been given 20 minutes from contact via WhatsApp to claim. We also had provided flight information and we were told he waited too long and had to leave due to our flight being delayed. Never actually received the service we paid for and he refused to answer the phone when I tried calling him after the 20 minute contact.

Unfortunately they did not show up even though I was in communication. They called and messaged me the day before. I called them the day of to see if by chance they could come earlier. At our original scheduled time, no one showed up so I called. He said someone was on their way. 15 min later no one so I called again. They said now they would send a taxi. I asked how long I would wait but they could not tell me. They mentioned that the cruise tribal is always crazy. If that is true they should have warned me and also have planned to arrive earlier. Or told mw to meet them earlier and possibly have to wait. We event took a taxi after waiting 30 minutes. Taxi took us right away. I would also like to point out that all the people that were also waiting were picked up. An hour after our pick up time, someone called me to tell them they were at the cruise terminal tp pick me up. Obviously there were some miscommunication on the company size. They reimbursed me. I am sorry it didn’t work out.

Because I was arriving late at night with multiple (heavy) suitcases, I decided to make a booking for an airport transfer rather than using the metro system. Furthermore, my flight arrived more than a one hour delay. Imagine my relief as I exited the terminal and easily found my name on a sign. The driver was prompt, professional, and kind. The entire experience was positive.

Our driver dressed in a suit with an impeccably clean MB Van was earl at the pickup! His driving was excellent and he loaded and unloaded our bags for us. Very personable and professional!

It was raining and our reserved van for 6 was 45 minutes late. A local taxi service was contracted by our tour operator to complete the ride. If I was 55 minutes late, there would have been a monetary penalty added to my tour. When I contacted them they said sorry, have a nice day.

Ali picked was waiting for us with a sign as we exited baggage claim. A lovely Mercedes van took us to our destination. Bottled water was offered along with a smile and friendly, efficient service.

The drive made the trip easy. He called me shortly after arriving and then was waiting with a sign when we came off baggage claims. He gave us some directions when we left so we could get around.

My driver was waiting for me as I exited from the secure area with my luggage. I was late in exiting as the bags were slow in being delivered on the carousel. Unfortunately; my bags were last. (Almost). The ride to the hotel was fine. The driver was very nice, courteous and very helpful

Really disgusting cleaning at the airport and especially in the toilets. Paper, tight toilet and looked like you got into the slum area
