Kenneth was an amazing guide. Knowledgeable about the city and welcoming. Our group was a mix of couples and solo travelers and he helped everyone feel welcome on the tour.

Itinerary
The experience will kick off at Toldboden, one of Copenhagen’s most charming upcoming areas, where you have the option to get a cup of coffee on your own expense (just remember to get to the meeting point 10 minutes before the meeting time). From here, we’ll take you through some of the older parts of Copenhagen’s historical city centre through some of the Copenhagen’s most famous and important sites.
This will take us a little bit further out for an amazing view, where you’ll also be able to take in some of Copenhagen’s magical fairy-tale dust as you say hi to The Little Mermaid and hear why everything is not at all what it seems with her.
Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a stunning outside view of the Game of Thrones-worthy Citadel and while you’re taking it all in your guide will enthrall you with tales about Copenhagen and Denmark’s rise and demise throughout its more than 1000 year long history
As we see the Gefion Fountain and the Churchillpark, we will also see a church that is very different to others in Copenhagen for a very specific reason.
The first stop will be at the Gefion fountain that show where Copenhagen, or at least the land where its located, is said to have originated (hint: It’s something we Danes consider a very dark place!).
With our magical fairy-tale dust levels at a maximum, we’ll be getting to the real-life fairy tale of the Danish royalty. Hear secret insider stories about the Royal Guards and awe-inspiring tales about the royals at Amalienborg — the Royal Palace — that only those who have been in the guard know about. Here you’ll even get to play a little game about where the current head of the royal family, Daisy, live.
From Amalienborg, you'll also be blessed with views of Copenhagen's majestic Marble Church perfectly aligned with the Royal Palace. You gotta see what many locals consider the most beautiful church in Copenhagen!
As we wander out of the garden, we'll be greeted the majestic Copenhagen Opera House on the other side of the harbor.
As we walk toward the beautiful harbor of Nyhavn, we will walk on the beautiful front of The Royal Actor's house with spectacular views.
As we exit, we'll be greeted by a cute green garden on the side of the canals. Your guide will of course take you through this gem of a green haven and help you understand why Copenhageners weren't that happy with these awesome places initially!
Next, we’ll be walking through the picturesque harbor canal New Harbor (or Nyhavn as we call it in Copenhagen), where we’ll be taking in the view from a special point of view that for sure will make all your social media followers or your friends or family back home jealous. Please don’t hesitate to ask your guide in assisting capturing that picture-perfect image of this iconic image from this good-looking city, while you get to hear about the harbors colorful and somewhat charming history.
With an appetite for more, you’ll head across one of Copenhagen’s most famous and most historical squares with views of the first shopping mall in Denmark, the most historical hotel in Denmark and the Royal theatre that is just magnificent to look at.
As we navigate small cute streets, prepare yourself for stretching your neck all the way back to admire the spire of one of Copenhagen’s oldest churches.
As we enter Højbro Plads you will have a splendid view of Christiansborg Palace, which today house the Danish parliament, and here you will hear about Danish politics and welfare. This is also where the tour ends and your guide would gladly answer any questions for recommendations.

Lovely informative guide who made a drizzly day in Copenhagen very interesting
Exceptional. Worth every dollar spent
Great walking tour, visited most of the top sites. Lots of local knowledge & recommendations. Only drawback was the meeting point was a bit tricky to find. It was a statue of a man thinking made of old car parts.
What a bargain!! Oskar was fantastic!!! He knew sooo much history of what we saw . He didn't just learn a script - you could tell his knowledge was helped along from his history background. The tour kept to it's promise of a small group ( maybe 6 people ). Oskar was also humorous and made us chuckle throughout the tour.
To find the meeting place, search for the restaurant not the name of the artwork on Google Maps. Great guide - really knew her stuff, and was funny as well. Small group size is terrific - the weather was rotten so with a small group we could make up time, while not missing any of the interesting sights or stories.
Kenneth provided an authentic tour from his authentic perspective. He thoroughly explained the many points of interest, as iterated in the published itinerary, and answered any questions that arose from the group. He was congenial, professional, and the type of person you’d enjoy having a pint with. Additionally, his knowledge of aviary and topiary subject matter was astounding! Highly recommended!! -PC
A really great review of the city and its history. Kenneth was excellent and so knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!
Isabella is a great guide with lots of information and answers all questions, you are going to learn a lot about Denmark and Copenhagen history.
Amit was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions without hesitation. Would recommend Amit anytime.
Brilliant, insightful tour. Amit was generous with his knowledge and experience
Wonderful guide that was knowledgeable and provided a well paced professional experience
Excellent and worth the time and money. Very informative and offered us more information on restaurants and bars as well.
An absolute highlight of our trip to Copenhagen! We took a walking tour with Isabella, and she was fantastic. Her passion for Denmark’s history and culture really shined through from start to finish. Instead of just rattling off dates and facts, Isabella told captivating, memorable stories that truly brought the city’s past and present to life. She was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and friendly, taking the time to answer all of our questions and even sharing some excellent local recommendations for the rest of our stay. If you want to deeply understand the culture of Denmark while exploring the beautiful streets of Copenhagen, do not miss a tour with Isabella!
Michelle was a wonderful guide! She was vibrant and shared so many interesting facts and stories. The experience gave us a great overview of Copenhagen and helped us get our bearings to explore on our own. Michelle was great at answering all our questions and we had lots of laughs along the way. We can highly recommend the tour and Michelle!!
Led by a 20 year old with little knowledge. We walked from stop to stop in silence and she knew very basic information she was given to memorize. No substance, very little history besides the 1-2 facts she memorized, no context and at every stop- “ya I don’t have much else to say.” Not sure if she even had a pulse. Left an hour early because it was pointless to continue. A waste of time and money when the company can’t invest in well trained and knowledgeable guides. Especially disappointing when they cancelled my initial booking same day due to the guide being sick only to wait 5 days for this.
Kenneth was such a great host, we learned a lot about Copenhagen from him! The smaller size of the group was perfect
Amit was our amazing guide on this very thorough and enjoyable walk through the highlights of Copenhagen. He had an immense knowledge of the city and its history as well as that of Denmark as a whole. His tour provided us with so many personal recommendations of other activities to do and restaurants to enjoy in the city which truly made our visit unforgettable. The small group made it that much more enjoyable and was at a pace everyone could enjoy!
Kenneth was an excellent guide. Informative, humorous and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of this lovely City with him. Thank you!
Great walking tour even and rainy weather. Oskar was a fantastic tour guide and knew so many interesting and unusual stories about the history of Copenhagen. I highly recommend.
We found Oskar P. to be very knowledgeable, personable, and witty. The tour was a reasonable length and covered all the highlights of Copenhagen as well as some lesser known historical areas.
Keneth was amazing and very knowledgeable. Had a great time. We were able to see so many great sites calming the way
Great two hour walking trip with Amit. Loads of interesting information about Copenhagens history. Highly recommend.
Met Amit at 12 o’clock to start the very interesting two hour walking tour. The tour was not rushed and was full of historical information. Excellent, and would recommend.
Oskar was an excellent guide. There were only the two of us on this walk and it was really good being able to talk to Oskar and ask questions. The walking tour through Copenhagen was wonderful, it’s a beautiful city! Oskar knowledge of history was outstanding and so interesting. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon of history and architecture.
An excellent, very informative tour led by a friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide, Kenneth. Highest marks.
Excellent tour guide...great walk around the city. Thanks.
Amit was very knowledgeable and easily handled all questions. The route covered many highlights of the city, with Amit adding in some personal tips on where to go and what to avoid, which is appreciated.
Meeting place easy to find. Our tour guide Amit was excellent. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his subject. The walking was at a good pace and we saw the highlights of Copenhagen. Good recommendations given for places to see and places to eat. Good number of people on the tour which made it more personal. Would highly recommend this tour especially with Amit as your guide.
A very informative walking tour. We learned lots and we were able to decide on places we might want to visit in more detail, places we hadn’t known about or considered. Kenneth was a super guide on this trip, fun, friendly and informative. He took the time to talk to everyone and answered any questions we might have had. He also corrected a few misconceptions/misinformation that some of us had. Good walking footwear is a must.
Oskar P was a very good guide, friendly and knowledgeable, he kept a steady pace to suit the whole group and brought to life the very interesting history of his city Copenhagen. Thank you
Michelle made the tour wonderful with her charm, friendly style, and vast knowledge of Copenhagen.
Loved this tour. Small group and a fantastic guide who gave a great tour of Copenhagen with modern day living insights and a great history of not just Denmark but some of Scandinavia.
It was a great tour, highly recommend it. Our tour guide, Therese, provided alot of information and answered all the questions.
Thank you my guide Oskar P. For great time in Copenhagen 5h walking tour was amazing. Recomend indeed for short visitors its perfect intreduction with city and danich history/ culrute.
Kenneth was an amazing guide! I went in knowing very little about Copenhagen and Denmark, and left so excited with everything I learned. My group was small but Kenneth took time to tailor the tour to everything we were looking for. I had an incredible time!
The starting location is very confusing and hard to find. The guide was very pleasant. It would have been helpful to have the whisper boxes as there were big crowds and was often hard to hear.
Copenhagen walk very educational and worth the walk to introduce you to Copenhagen
Kenneth was an excellent guide with a focus on Danish history. We learned a lot and thoroughly enjoyed the tour. However, we would have appreciated more detailed instructions on how to get to the meeting place.
The tour had a perfect amount of information so it wasn't too dense. The walk was at a nice pace that allowed you to take photos. We ended up only being a group of 4 people so we could ask many questions.
kenneth did an excellent job explaining the history of copenhagen it was a great walking tour he was very professional and kept us all moving
A fantastic tour! Very knowledgeable guide.
Tour guide was amazing. Very informative and knowledgeable. The pace was perfect. One of the best tours ever done
Kenneth is a very knowledgeable and entertaining guide who clearly loves what he does. We were unlucky with the weather as it rained for most of the 2 and a half hours, but with raincoats and umbrellas we just got on with it. It made our 5 day visit to Copenhagen much more interesting
My family and I had the most amazing experience with this walking tour with Kenneth! We learned so much and really got our lay of the land. We did this tour the first full day of our Copenhagen trip and I strongly recommend doing so too. Kenneth gave great tips and so much insightful information that made our trip more meaningful. He was funny and nice and worked with our group well. It was the perfect amount of time, and we saw and learned so much. The small group was great and we got to know the other people in the group which was nice. Strongly recommend.
Kenneth was an excellent guide. Very knowledgable. Good English skills. You should post a photo of the meeting place statue.
Fantastic experience. We learned history, had a great danish and Learned it came from Vienna after all then took a relaxed tour of the downtown and the Royal residences. We are treated to lunch and learned what a traditional lunch was and it was enjoyable. We highly recommend Oskar P. for you tour.
Oskar P was a great tour guide! We saw so much in 2.5 hours and he had great descriptions of sites given he studied Danish history and is a local.
Very interesting tour. Unfortunately our guide Christal (may be misspelling of her name) was a wealth of misinformation. Copenhagen is delightful
Kenneth was excellent. Went at just the right pace and covered lots of ground. History, anecdotes and architecture.
