Good bikes, very helpful service, flexible on return times.

Mikkel was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived at the bike rental. Unfortunately, just before our visit, one member of our group twisted an ankle. Thanks to Mikkel’s recommendation of a cargo bike, we were still able to enjoy the day together without changing our plans. Mikkel went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. I highly recommend booking in advance, as this is a very popular place and bikes may not be available without a reservation. The bikes were really easy to ride and charge up. I couldn't imagine anyone ever running out of charge during the day. I will say that since they're electric they're a bit on the larger side, so if you're a smaller person I would go for a different type of bike. The staff was amazing though and we were made to feel comfortable on our biking adventure. Thanks for being on top of it!

In May 2025 I took an e-bike tour that was very well done. Shop was new and had all new bikes. For this year, I opted to rent an e-bike for the day while in port once again. Location is literally steps away from Langelinie dock; photo of location from ship aft. Bike was tagged and ready for me to take without check-in. Appreciated that the bike had a basket big enough for my backpack. Seat very comfirtable Bike was again in like new condition. Very reasonable rate. Would not hesitate to use again

My husband and I (retirees from Canada) rented these e-bikes for 9 days. We cycled around north Zealand and booked our own accommodations. The bikes were fabulous. They were easy to ride, with our gear in paniers, and we never ran out of battery (averaged 50 km per day). Mikkel was fabulous in getting us set up to head out, and very quick to respond to email queries when we were planning the trip. Renting e-bikes and touring on our own allowed us so much flexibility and exploring what we wanted, compared to an organized trip (and at only one-third the cost). Highly recommend renting from Copenhagen e-Bike Tours for a multi-day adventure.

Professional rental shop which provided everything we needed for our day trip to the Karen Blixen Museum which was a 30 mile round trip. Bikes were powerful and comfortable and the battery lasted well. We did charge at the Museum but we could have gone both ways on one battery charge. Highly recommend.

Such a great way to experience Copenhagen! The e-bike made getting around effortless, and we were able to see so much of the city in a short time. The tour guides were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel safe and comfortable throughout. Super fun!

Really great experience booking online. I also spoke to Mikkel who gave me some great advice on what to hire and comfort in where we were cycling would have enough battery etc for the ride. We came to pick up our bikes and was met with a really friendly guide who set us up and we had the most amazing day around Amager. Returning the bikes was really simple and easy. Thank you Mikkel and team for a great day out.

We rented two ebikes for 3 hours. It was a great way to see the nearby sites including, the Little Mermaid, the Amalienborg Palace, Frederiks Church, the St. Alexander Nevesky Church, the Opera House and Nyhavn. The bikes were nice and the business owner was very helpful in helping us set a route.

We had the best time riding E-bikes around Denmark! We rode past The Little Mermaid statue, past Amalienborg Palace, around Nyhavn to see the colored buildings and around Christianshavn to see The Church of the Savior. So easy and fun! A great way to get around this beautiful country!

Hiring of two e-bikes. Riding around the Oeresund. One of the bikes stopped electric support on the second last day.

Service was excellent snd bikes were also fantastic. We got to have a practise before riding and the staff explained the bikes and road rules.

We had a wonderful time exploring Copenhagen this way! Is started out rainy, but we got an extra hour to compensate for the weather. And as soon as we hopped on our bikes the sun started coming out and we had a lovely day! Our teens, as well as our dog-in-backpack, enjoyed every minute of it!

We bike 460 km in 6 days and used the e-bike . Before I left mike made sure the bike was ready for a trip Like this . The bike was great and so was the service. We had a great time in Denmark Z beautiful Country to bike in and we where lucky with the weather

I’m sooo happy I rented an e-bike for my visit to Copenhagen (when in Rome…) and Mikkel at e-bike rentals was the perfect choice. He was responsive, and accommodating to my experience and needs. He was friendly and professional and gave me great tips about biking through the city.

We rented two e-bikes and one had a cargo/jump seat in the front of it where my sister (who needs a knee replacement) sat for the adventure. They gave us helmets to use and Copenhagen is a wonderful place to bike. There are tons of other cyclists so they’re used to having bikes around with designated bike lanes. Would definitely rent from them again. Check-out/in was pretty easy.

We biked for several hours on our own in Copenhagen today on ebikes. What a great experience! A great way to see the city and all it has to offer. Booking was easy. The owner was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The bikes were in great condition and we had no problems at all. I highly recommend this company for ebike rentals.

Excellent customer service. Mikkel, the owner, answered all my emails prior to my arrival in Copenhaghen, even returned my calls. Usually Mikkel is present in the bike rental place, but on the day of my arrival he had to guide another tour, so he left me the key in a key-safe and put even two bikes out for me to choose. Of course, he informed me about it, both by email and phone. Very easy and smooth. The battery range was excellent, the lock integrated, helmet included and the bike very good and comfy. His shop is very conveniently located only a 10 min walk from the Oslo-Copenhagen ferry by which I arrived. All in all I had an excellent experience and I only can recommend Copenhagen E-Bike Tours and Rentals!

The best way to see Copenhagen! These electric bikes were wonderful! ran beautifully. our pick up and drop off -super easy. we kept them over night with a charger. Mikkel also gave us some ideas of places to go, directions and a little history/info about neighborhoods that was helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Great bikes and rental. Everything was perfect. We rented two e-bikes and a trolley for 2 days. Got helmet and all the equipment we needed to lock and charge the bikes. Very smooth.

We rented E-bikes for the day, so we could see different parts of the city. The service was excellent; the bikes were in good condition and with no battery issues. We took full advantage of the bike lanes on the busy streets, and had a most enjoyable day.

Great experience from start to finish! We really wanted to rent some good electrical bikes when in Copenhagen as we love to bike around. Came across this company and it was a seamless experience. Really good e-bikes and it was easy to pick up and deliver the bikes back. Rented for 3 days and you get the charger also. Recommended if you are looking to rent bikes!

We're absolutely thrilled. We were warmly welcomed, got an uncomplicated bike incl. basket and helmet and were able to simply park the bike again in the evening and leave the key in the key box. We found this very friendly and relaxed. We enjoyed exploring the city by bike. Always happy to come back. The car can be parked during the bike tour relaxed in front of the rental (e.g. with easy-park) or slightly cheaper in the nearby parking garage.

I rented 10 bikes to my American friends who were in Kbh. in connection with a cruise. The booking process was easy, the price was right and the bikes really nice. The introduction was thorough, precise and smooth. Can definitely be recommended.

They were very good bikes, a nice way to visit Copenhagen! I especially enjoyed driving through Christianawijk. So you see how simply one can live! The Carlsberg site is also nice, with the contrast between old and new.
