Good tour and food. Learned a few things along the way, and got to see an area of Copenhagen I had not been too.

Cruise up in front of the locals favorite statue - the Gefion Fountain, and snap a picture of this jaw-dropping fountain and hear stories about Vikings and how Copenhagen came to be.
Hang out with the iconic Little Mermaid and hear some interesting tales about this legendary figurine, which was made popular by both Hans Christian Andersen and Disney!

Cruise by the iconic Old Stock Exchange with its wonderful dragon spire from the 17th century and hear how Copenhagen, and Denmark, once have been a world-wide powerhouse
As we cruise down the water-side we will cruise by the cutting-edge Black Diamond. Here we will even venture in a tucked-away street to check out a beautiful, romantic and quiet garden not even locals tend to know about
Settle in at The Parliament located at Christiansborg Palace on your Segway and hear stories about kings, queens, politics and our welfare state. Here you'll also hear why Danes are considered some of the happiest people in the world every single year in the rankings
Once we hit the Latin Quarter you will truly feel the every day Danish life. This part of Copenhagen is less frequented by tourists and has the most cosy streets where you’ll really experience ‘hygge’. You will pass many interesting places dating back centuries on this stretch and even some hidden gems with some very nice stories.

Valdemar was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and was enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge of Copenhagen! We visited all the highlights in the city! I highly recommend booking this tour!
Great experience! It was so fun to see Copenhagen from a bike. We got Jasper as our guide, he was fantastic. It was one of our highlights of touring Copenhagen. Highly recommend!!
It was a rainy morning in Copenhagen. I had a bit of trouble locating the shop. I met 2 others riding Segways, I was booked for a bike. They had rain gear to borrow, and the weather quickly cleared. We combined the group, it was awkward at first, but then we became more comfortable riding with each other. The guide was great, it gave a good overview of the city. It is SO easy to bike b/c it's FLAT. I booked this am tour to help me shake off some jetlag and get my bearings and it did do that.
As young family I was looking for a small tour group that could handle young kids, my boys are 8 and 6. Jacob did an excellent tour at a leisurely pace allowing us all to stay close and learn some really interesting facts about the city. I’d highly recommend for any family! Spoke perfect English!
Excellent guide. Lots of fun! Well worth it!
We generally love to take a bike tour when we arrive in a country to see the highlights and get the lay of the land. Unfortunately compared to many other tours we’ve done, this one was disappointing. Our guide did not share any stories about Denmark, living here, or the local culture. Instead he was silent during our ride until we reached each stop on our route and then pointed out the landmark with very little additional information. We didn’t learn anything beyond what you could read in any guidebook. Further, the pace of biking was so slow that it was hard to stay on the bike without putting your feet down. I would recommend finding another tour company with exceptional local guides and review.
Great way to see the city highlights.
This was a disappointing trip. Jasper met us and was extremely dismissive and unfriendly, he made us feel like we had inconvenienced him by booking the tour. He complained that Viator should not have allowed us to book a bike trip when it was supposed to be a Segway Tour. We got put in with a Segway Tour with us 3 on bikes, which did not work well at all, they were fast and buzzy and too many in the group. Our guide, Valdemar, was nice but he didn't keep the group together well and was imparting information before all of us arrived at each spot, so we missed much of what was being said. It started to rain and some of us asked to buy ponchos, but he didn't allow us time to get them, so we just got colder and colder. We then turned back early as it was so wet, and went back to the shop, so we're only on the tour for about 1 and 1/2 hours instead of the promised 2 and 1/2 to 3 hours. We weren't offered a hot drink or a plaster(I had fallen off) so it was a real disappointment and very bad value for money. Definitely would not recommend at all!!
What a fantastic experience. Our guide Valdimir was a history student at the university and was therefore incredibly passionate about his subject. We had a great time a learnt a lot. I can’t recommend Segway bike tours more highly.
Julius was an excellent guide: personable and knowledgeable. He got everyone using the segues quickly and safely. This was a good quick tour of Copenhagen highlights
This was a great experience. There was only 4 in our group so it was easy to stick together in busy areas. We saw much more on bikes than we could have by foot with our limited time. Our tour guide was great and was able to bring us to off the beaten path areas.
Great way to experience the city, its history and current status. Got a taste of everything without wearing yourself out. Even though it was a tour guides first tour - he did marvelous.
The bike shop is in a good location in the center of town. The guide knew about the history of most of the locations we visited and did a good job waiting when the group got split up. Our guide was new to the three hour tour and the day we did the tour there was a large run going on so we had to reroute around it. A couple of suggestions: 1. Try to route the tour through as few light signals as possible because the signals are very short and it is hard to get an entire group through one. We had to wait two cycles at each signal. 2. Stop at a cafe that is not in such a busy area. We spent about 40 minutes of the tour waiting in line for a pastry at the cafe. 3. Make sure all of your bikes have chain guards on them. My kids pants got stuck between the gear and the bike chain which ripped the bottom of the pants off.
This was such a great experience! Jakob was a wonderful tour guide and did a fantastic job navigating us throughout the city. The bikes were in great condition and loved having a radio!
Really good tour and a great way to see the city. The staff knew what they were doing doing and gave lots of good tips for seeing the city
Great tour with a mixture of history and our guides own personal experience of different attractions in Copenhagen. Our children ages 11 and 13 loved it as active and interesting for them.
Great tour! We loved the spots we saw and had a good time with Matias. Would definitely recommend going
This was a fantastic experience to see Copenhagen. We thought we would nit be able to do it at our age but the training was excellent and we grew quickly in confidence. Great experience for young and old.
Fantastic way to tour Copenhagen! Tour was informative and fun - saw all the highlights. Great way to kick off our stay in Copenhagen!
I was welcomed by the best professional Concierge named "John". John was very accommodating and able to answer all my questions.
Had originally booked to go on a bike but swapped to a Segway when realised that was what rest of group had chosen. Glad I did as it was a whole new experience and very fun way to see the city. Took a little getting used to especially getting off! Excellent guide who ensured we all understood how a Segway work and gave us each a personal “driving lesson”. Very friendly and knowledgeable on the way round too seeing all the important sites.
Jakob was very knowledgeable and enjoyable as a tour guide. We got a great feel for the city. My only regret was not doing it earlier in our trip.
We booked a tour last minute. When we turned up, it was only us, however the young man closed up the shop and took us on a personal tour around the city. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
Matheus was very knowledgeable. It was a fun tour.! Took us to all the sights we wanted to see. Highly recommend!
Albert was knowledgeable and friendly! Great ride to see all the highlights! Highly recommend on a sunny day! Saw all the important sites in 2 hrs!
Had a great time with Peter today. He was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of good information about the sites we saw in Copenhagen. Would highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a different way to see Copenhagen.
It was so much fun and Peter was a wonderful guide! He gave such great details about Copenhagen’s history and also took nice photos of us as well as provided rain ponchos when it started to rain! I was a solo traveler and really enjoyed the tour and felt welcome!
With 3 days in Copenhagen, we also did a 2 hour + guided Bike tour of the city with a small group. Welcome and learning the bikes took a few minutes. Everyone received safety instructions, helmets and very good radio systems. Our guide was Albert. Young, funny, and very clever. Plenty of stops for great photos and a lot of fun facts and exiting history.. We even saw the Prime Minister and the beautiful copple stone strrets. 2 hrs flew by like seconds. Easy to book and great Bikes with baslets.
It was a great bike tour with several stops at a very leisurely pace. The earpieces they provide to better hear your tour guide. are such a great idea! Our guide, which unfortunately, I can't remember his name, was great! Very friendly and informative about the history of copenhagen in Denmark.
We had an excellent bike tour with Jakob. The two of us were the only ones signed up for the tour, so Jakob was very accommodating and customized the tour so that we could go to places we hadn’t been before. His knowledge of the city and personality were both top notch.
Good way to see a bigger area of Copenhagen. Jacob was a great guide and shared a little of his experience living in Copenhagen. Very funny, too, which my husband and I enjoyed. Definitely more info than you can learn on your own. Loved the feeling of biking through the city. Also got some good recommendations for eating and other activities.
Great experience. Come prepared for weather, otherwise just enjoy a very enjoyable well informed tour. Peter & Matteus combined well to welcome our small group. Peter offered excellent explanation of tour and support with set up of bikes. Matteus ran the tour with care & consideration of all abilities on a mixed (segway & bikes) tour. He even arranged for us to see the King !!! Well done. Highly recommend this experience.
We are traveling around the world for our 40th. Anniversary and we have been on many guided tours . This one was the best ever. Very kind staff and excellent guide, Emilie. She was so accommodating and gave us the best sights of Copenhagen including anecdotes and lots of local history. Bikes were great and they handed out small wireless radio systems so all could hear clearly. We even saw the Queen Margaret 2. Great tour, very well organized. Would not hesitate to do this again with family and friends. Thank you, Emilie.
The tour was ok as the bike group got combined with a segway group. The bike tour guide called out sick and getting paired with a slow segway group was not ideal. Their equipment kept malfunctioning, and we had to stop multiple times for them. This threw the pacing off and it was so slow at times I had to dismoint from the bicycle. This also doubled the group size, so it really was not an ideal situation.
What more appropriate way to get to know this bike-friendly city than a bike tour? Jacob was a wonderful guide, and a local, and the tour was perfect. Informative, fun, and just the right length. I was worried about being able to hear him, or if the biking would be chaotic (with so much bike traffic) but all was smooth and easy to follow. Jacob was full of information, fun, and very patient with questions. I would absolutely reccomend this tour!
Great tour to get to know Copenhagen and Denmark! Jacob was so friendly and informative - full of fun stories and patient with questions. Really great to have a tour with a local!
Great way to hit all the highlights of Copenhagen in a brief amount of time! Tour guide was excellent!
I had a very good morning on a guided bike tour with this company. The bikes were good and the guide gave me good information through head phones as we cycled. I felt safe the whole time.
I had such a lovely time on my tour with Albert! It was such a relaxing and authentic way to see so many sights of the city. He had a lot of knowledge and passion for the city, and gave us lots of tips of where to go. I felt very safe guided by him despite the busyness of the bike paths. Highly recommend
We booked a bike tour in Copenhagen with 8 colleagues. Since we only had 2 hours, we chose Bike Cph, partly because their website mentioned that groups are limited to a maximum of 10 participants. In reality, however, our group ended up being 13 people. Unfortunately, one colleague was sick, but there was no flexibility offered in that regard. The guide was friendly and did his best, but for us the pace was too slow and the explanations a bit too detailed, which made the tour feel somewhat lengthy. For those who want to see some of the city’s highlights at a relaxed pace, this could be a good option. For us personally, it was less suitable and we would not book it again.
We wanted to learn about riding a bicycle in Copenhagen and see some sights. Peter was a fun and informative guide - lots of interesting stories. My husband and I are in our 70's and both having knee issues. It turns out the bicycle is way better than a walking tour for us. I recommend this tour for any age.
This was an interesting group. Two were on a Segway, two were on a stand-up electric bike, and we were on basic bikes. We were led through the town to tour some really great stops, a ton of information and places to see! Our tour guide was excellent having grown up in the area, was able to share details and a ton of interesting trivia and history about Copenhagen. It was the best way to explore the city.
Looking for a guided cycling tour to give an overview of Copenhagen, I selected these guys and had the sort of experience I had hoped for. My bicycle was easily adjusted for me needs, the helmet was fine and the provided headset made it (fairly) easy to hear the guide as we cycled. The guide was upbeat and informative. There was enough time at each stop to look around and take pictures. I'd use them again.
The 2 hours of the tour went by very fast, but they were great. Cayo, the guide, explained the basic points of riding a bicycle in Copenhagen. Helmets, speakers and good bicycles were provided. The tour was interesting and informative.
This was a great tour! Our guide, Jakob, was amazing. He navigated us through the Copenhagen traffic with ease. We always felt safe while riding through the city. The information that Jakob gave on the tour was great and very interesting!
Jonas was a fantastic guide and his entertaining potted history of Copenhagen was excellent. (Is there a different script if you are from Sweden?)
Amazing trip via bike to explore the historical part of Copenhagen. Safe, beautiful, interesting. I tried it myself and for sure recommend it to others.
I was disappointed with this activity. The bike was not good and the earphone system to hear the guide was inaudible. Plus the guide’s accent was thick, which made the audio feel even worse. I spent $71.00 for a less than 2 hour bike tour, which all together felt like a ripoff. I would have done better to rent a bike on my own and download an audio tour! Save your money or look for another tour operator.
Lovely experience for our family. Copenhagen is a great place to experience on a bike - beautiful city
