Love the 3-hour architecture bike tour! If you’re worried about the length of time biking, don’t fret because there will be intentional pauses at each building stop to talk about things related to it. Our tour guide Monica crafted a lot of insight into each pit stop. The architecture of course, the history, geographic location, and much more. Highly recommend the tour to get a large overview of the past and future of Copenhagen’s architecture landscape.
Thank you, Tugba, for guiding us! It was very nice!
We spend three weeks travelling through Europe, and our bike tour with Ibrahim was the highlight. He was interesting and shared his passion and knowledge and our whole family (two adults, three children 20, 14 and 11) all really enjoyed it. Copenhagen is a very special place, and this bike tour showcased the very best of this wonderful city.
We booked a private tour of Copenhagen's architectural landscape. Our guide, Tugba was superb, she was so knowledgeable and definitely had a passion for Copenhagen architecture. The area covered is extensive but very flat so easily do-able for three 60yr+ people. The bikes were new and the booking process was efficient. Tugba was a standout.
Very good tour 💙 monica was such a good and up beat guide. She was very passionate and told us many cool facts. Would 100% recommend
Thanks to Monica we got to have an amazing tour of the city 🩵 We learned a lot about architecture and the development of the boroughs of Copenhagen! It's a way of discovering a place we'd never have thought of without her :) She was really helpful, bike riding was really fun, and safe ! I really recommend taking her tour if you're into architecture ! Thanks again to everyone at BeCophenhagen, we'll definitely book another tour next time 🌈
Terrific itinerary of fascinating buildings and urban landscapes, with very interesting and informative narrative by our delightful guide, Monica. Paced just right for cyclists of different fitness levels; Monica was considerate and patient but kept us moving.
The perfect way to learn about the City. Our guide, Monica, was terrific and the bikes worked perfectly thanks to Zach. Highly recommend this tour!
Had a wonderful experience. Monica shared her expertise and the details of the amazing quick transformation of this very livable city.
A 3-hour architectural bike tour with Monica. An enthusiastic guide who is very knowledgeable about the city's architectural present and future. A comprehensive tour featuring detailed, clear, and entertaining explanations. Highly recommended.
Monica, our tour guide was just excellent: great knowledge on Kopenhagen's urban development programmes and projects + an almost missionary dedication on the main aspects of the importance of "social connectedness" in modern life! Best guide I've ever met in this field!
It was a great biking tour. We got to learn about the architecture of Copenhagen and so many great stories behind each building we visited. Monica - our guide- was awesome!
Monica was great! A great trip besides the normal sightseeing tour. With the bike you see so much more and the description of Monica was more then you can read. I can highly recommend it!
You see a lot of the city and mostly newer/modern buildings and structures. A lot of the focus was on the harbor development and transformation.
Excellent tour / visit / itinérary / content… and excellent guide - thanks again Monica !!! well thought, interesting, thourough, allow to better understand the city (or Urban issues) while riding through diverse sites. It is about architecture but also … urban space, politics, history, geography, sociology at the same Time. Without being a « class » at any time. I highly recommend.
Monica made a great tour and guided us safely through the bussy streets of Copenhagen.
Monica did a great job! Thank you
I am very glad I did this tour. We covered so much of the city and I learned not only about the buildings but the history and concepts of urban design behind them.
Brilliant. I would highly recommend this cycle tour - interesting, informative and fun. We got to visit a lot of non standard tourist areas, marveled at a lot of quirky buildings and it gave a perspective of what it would be like to live in Copenhagen. Highly recommended. Thank you beCopenhagen.
The architctural bike tour with Monica was excellent!! High knowledge of the city developement, very exciting what she could tell us! Monica herself was an inspiration for the tour- I could have listened to her for more hours!! I can only recommend this tour with Monica as the guide!!!! Liza
A great tour w Monica! Her local knowledge plus design/architecture background meant plenty of insights and details. Could have been longer with ease!
We did not have the original tour guide we had booked, but the tour guide we had told us about the history and looped in architecture into the tour. Overall alright expereince
We had a great 3 hour architectural tour on bikes with BeCopenhagen. Our guide was very knowledgeable, and shared his insight in history, sociology and architecture with lightness and humour. We had fun and learned a lot about Copenhagen and the Danes. The circuit is flat, so it’s easily accessible and the bikes are in good shape and sturdy. We absolutely recommend

It was an incredible experience — a truly insightful tour filled with fascinating facts, beautiful locations, and the opportunity to explore the city on a much deeper level. Federico did everything to make the day as comfortable, engaging, and fun as possible. We also had a small and very friendly group, which created such a lovely atmosphere throughout the experience. I would absolutely recommend this tour — it’s probably one of the best ways to discover the architectural side of the city and dive deeper into its history and hidden stories.
We were a group of 4 architects visiting from Dublin and Alice gave us the most wonderful and informative insight into life and architecture in Copenhagen. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this tour.
Incredible architecture bike tour of Copenhagen! This was our absolute most favorite thing we did in Copenhagen. We learned a ton and saw so many things. We would have spent the entire day doing it if we could have. Alice was a phenomenal guide!
We had the best architecture tour with Alice. She went above and beyond to take us to places we would have otherwise not known to see. Her knowledge of the history of the city and buildings was very informative and engaging, and we especially appreciated her knowledge of the contextualist nature of the architecture, how buildings in the city are multifunctional and designed to engage the public, and how the best architecture in the city give more than it takes. Alice was extremely kind, friendly, and knowledgeable and we left the tour with a lot of love and appreciation for Copenhagen.
Simply great! Super guide, super route! We really saw a lot that we could never have explored on our own in such a short time by bike!
Monica was a competent and friendly tour guide. We really liked her enthusiasm and the in-depth knowledge of the new architecture and urban development. It was a full 3-hour program, but never boring. A short coffee break would have been nice, though.
Monica was our super good guide, lots of info!
This tour is unreservedly recommended for anyone who wants to understand this city and learn something about the background of Copenhagen's urban development. You do not need any expert knowledge, and Monica explains and describes very vividly how architecture can not only change the cityscape but also affect social developments. Many cities worldwide can be inspired by the bold decisions and investments that were made here!
We liked our guided bike tour with a focus on Copenhagen architecture very, very much! Monica, our tour guide, introduced us perfectly to the turning point of architecture in Copenhagen with the construction of the Black Diamond, starting at the Royal Library. Her tour was structured in a very dramaturgically coherent way. One gained a deep insight into the gradual transformation and repurposing of the harbor. Monica told the story in an extremely lively and captivating way. Her passion for the subject was simply infectious! One learned a great deal, understood connections, got to know places that one would not have discovered alone, and furthermore received many suggestions for further discoveries. Absolutely recommended!
An experience to try! Very interesting; the guide was knowledgeable and pleasant. Monica gave us an immersion into the most contemporary Copenhagen.
Excellent visit to Copenhagen with Federico, who showed us how inspiring this city is. With a bike, you really feel part of this city.
