If you have seen a postcard of Copenhagen it most likely will have featured an image of Nyhavn! Our unique area with colourful houses. Here we will do a photo stop
Copenhagen Opera House is one of the most expensive opera houses in the world. We will come up close and personal to this beautiful building
This unique area of Copenhagen was manmade by the king 400 years ago - its Dutch influenced houses will make you think you are in another era
Christiania is a one-of-a-kind area in Copenhagen! It is an old military area occupied by hippies in the 70's. Once we reach Christiania we will take a 15 min break and you can go explore the area on your own. Please note that our guides are not allowed to go inside with you.
This beautiful black building stands as an archway into the inner city of Copenhagen
Our spectacular Christiansborg Palace houses our parliament today

This tour was amazing! Mikkel is a Copenhagen local and shared so much wonderful history of the city and Scandinavia in general. It ended up being a private tour so my husband and I enjoyed the impromptu personalized tour. Mikkel learned about us and tailored the tour to what interested us the most: architecture, sustainability, military history, the overall history of Copenhagen and its culture. We had a BLAST! And highly recommend this tour with Mikkel!
Very good tour and they were so helpful with the bikes in terms of fit. Overall excellent experience!
We took an E-bike tour around Copenhagen, which was very informative. While riding e-bikes around the city, we learned the history - current and past - of various monuments and buildings. Many details about Danish culture were also shared by Alex, our tour guide. He was an excellent guide!
My two girlfriends and I booked this e-bike tour on our very first day here in Copenhagen. It was the best decision! Mikkel was an exceptional guide. Starting with safety tips, we had a great experience learning about the history of this beautiful city. He welcomed questions and was very willing to give us recommendations for local restaurants he favoured and local shops. Great sense of humour and before we departed, he took the time to map out our route that we did on a map with the highlights for us to return. We highly recommend this tour on your first day in Copenhagen.
Guide was super friendly and very knowledgeable! We had a great experience and would love to do this again!
Our guide Andres was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable, spoke clearly and answered every question. He encouraged curiosity and made us feel safe on the roads of Copenhagen! I highly recommend this bike tour!
Sergio, our guide was very good, as was the tour. Good pace and lots of interesting information.
Totally worth the time to do this! Our guide Andres was spectacular. He was full of great information about Copenhagen and Denmark. He was eager to answer questions and patient with any requests we had. The bikes were easy to use and the city is super bike friendly. We recommend this without reservations. We were able to get to this tour from Cruise Terminal 3 by using the hop on/off buses which stopped at The Little Mermaid statue. From there it is like a 7 min walk. Do this tour!
Had an enjoyable experience riding through . Our guide Alex was informative as well as humorous. The bike is electric with a 9 lb battery pack located in the back which took me a while to get use to.. One word of caution…be aware of your surroundings. I was accosted by 2 unknown riders (not with the group) who were trying to get my wife’s purse that I had put in the basket. Luckily, they did not get it. Alex was concerned and made sure that I was ok.
Very extensive and information driven tour with personable guide. I thought I learned a lot about the city and it’s history.
What a wonderful experience with Andras! He took great care of us; safety was a top priority. We rode through so many interesting areas and learned many new things about Copenhagen. This ebike tour is a wonderful way to see so much of the city with great people!
Despite the on again, off again rain our bike tour with Nahuel was so enjoyable, informative; just a wonderful first day overview of Copenhagen. Nahuel was so careful and mindful of our well-being on the bikes. We never felt intimidated riding bikes in the city let alone on a wet day. It was great having ear sets so he could speak to us as we passed various sites and occasionally when we stopped he would offer more in-depth information regarding our specific location. He had such a pleasant personality; an excellent “host” on our first day. The bikes were easy to ride; seemingly in good condition and optional helmets were offered before we started. We finished with hot tea and biscuits being offered back at the bike shop. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful tour. Pierre is knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. One could tell he loved the city. We were the only two people on the tour, so we had an extra special experience, but are sure it would have been the same with a larger group. We learned so much about the country and the city.
E-biking was the best way to start our vacation in Copenhagen. Sergio was funny, engaging and shared lot of hidden gems throughout the city. If not for the tour we wouldn't have found out about king’s best friend or secret uses of cavity in lions mouth in Rosenburg castle - exploring a new city is more complete when you learn about some if its unique historical details & urban legends!
Really nice way to see most of what Copenhagen has to offer with an experienced guide. Would recommend this tour to everyone.
Good tour seeing many sites. Two hours was adequate. Copenhagen is a very busy city with lots of bikes, pedestrians, cars and buses. The bikes were ok, but not great. Denmark requires coaster breaks which is odd on an e-bike. This is not a relaxing bike ride and you must have your head on a swivel to avoid mishaps. We are experienced bikers but in our 70s. A tense ride overall due to urban environment, cobblestones and aggressive pedestrians and bikers.
Sergio was a terrific guide. Great overview of the city, it could have been longer to see more neighborhoods. Love E Bikes. These were good quality.
A great way to see Copenhagen and experience biking around the city like the locals! It’s a bike friendly city.
Robert was a fun and personable guide who kept us both safe and entertained. Would highly recommend.
Robert was an exceptional guide. Non stop descriptions and stories as we rode. Great insights into the city and the best way to get your bearings.
Bob was very knowledgable about the area. He took the time to make sure everyone was comfortable on their bikes and with the rules in the area. I like participating in group trips when I arrive to a new area to learn the area. This did just that, and I knew which areas I wanted to return to for a closer look.
A great overview of Copenhagen, Bob was very knowledgeable and provided a commentary that really helped us gain an understanding of the city. Completely safe, managed the group well and ensured that we knew how to get around safely. Really good starting point for Copenhagen.
Sergio was very knowledgeable and friendly. Equipment ease of use was good. Copenhagen has lots of cobblestone streets, so a little rough riding on your bottom.
I visited Copenhagen to experience bike infrastructure firsthand. As an avid cyclist, I was curious about navigating new streets with a group having various cycling experience. Our guide, Andres was absolutely incredible. A few folks in our group had challenges adjusting to e-bikes and he was patient, kind, and understanding. He told many jokes and explained parts of the city with a welcoming demeanor. I loved being able to see this beautiful city from a cyclist POV and would definitely recommend this tour/guide/experience to friends!
The e-bikes were very easy to ride around the city even with crowds of people around. It is the best way to get around Copenhagen.
If you don’t ride a bike normally, don’t do this trip. You are riding in and around walker, cars and other cyclists. We had a wonderful time and our guide was good. But not for the low experience riders.
Very enjoyable bike tour of Copenhagen. First time using e-bikes but quickly got used to them after a short introduction. Sergio who led the tour was very professional and after the usual safety advice etc, was a mine of information about the various places we saw on the tour. The information was delivered in a friendly way with a bit of humour thrown in. He obviously enjoys his work. Being July the area was very busy with tourists and we had to be very careful when navigating around them. Be prepared for some very bumpy cobbled roads in the old parts of the city. The tour is based about a 30 minute stroll from the city centre. You may want to get public transport or a taxi. However, with a bit of planning it was quite an enjoyable walk and a good way of seeing parts of the city. Would recommend the tour.
Our morning e-bike tour with Nahuel was a highlight of our trip! We felt so lucky to have a tour with just the two of us. The bikes were in perfect shape and super easy to ride, plus the baskets were a great touch. Nahuel made sure we felt safe the entire time and did a fantastic job showing us the city, sharing plenty of interesting details at each location
Riding was bit precarious (lots of people and quite bumpy) with a few too many (in my opinion) stops...but Sergio was a wonderful tour guide! Saw a lot of the city!
Very pleased with the service, it was a lot of fun. Sebastian, our guild was very nice and knowledgeable about the attractions during the tour. He looked after us well and was very considerate in looking out for us.
An ebike tour with Copenhagen Ebikes was a fun way for our family of 5 to get an overview of the area, see some of the city's sights and hear a bit of history! Our guide Pierre was funny and knowledgeable and had the perfect balance of giving us time to explore the stops and take photos while still keeping us on schedule. The ebikes were comfortable and the headsets were a convenient way to hear about the area while we were still biking. Highly recommend!
Our three generation family had a great ride with Sergio! From ages 15 to 84, we really enjoyed the time on the e-bikes and the guide through the busy city.
It was a great E-bike tour on streets that were on bike paths. We covered all the major sites. One site we wanted to at least pass by but we did not was Christiania. It is the reason we went on this particular tour because we thought based on their points of interest that is would stop there. I did not give them four star because i felt the rest of the tour was well guided, the bikes were well maintained, and all other stops were good. Ee did go back to the places we wanted to visit on our own.
Bob was an excellent, incredibly courteous guide with a wealth of experience and clear explanations, who took us to lovely spots we wouldn’t have found on our own. I’d definitely do it again, though the bikes could be a little better. Mine, for example, was very unstable, mainly because of a “flimsy, wobbly” frame.
We had a great bike ride with Sergio! The pace was great and we had fun seeing some of the city highlights. Sergio gave us great history and fun facts along the way.
We had a great guide, and touring on bikes is the perfect way to see this beautiful city- highly recommend!
Pierrre was very friendly. Ebikes were great fun. Bumpy roads made it even more worth it. Starting location is a bit out of the way but on the water, so it was pretty. Bikes have large baskets to store even a backpack if needed. No separate water bottle holders. 2 hours was just the right amount of time.
We had an amazing experience with our tour guide, Sergio. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to follow. He was well-versed on Danish culture and historical events. We learned a lot about the history of each stop on our tour. Sergio was personable and maintained awareness for our safety.
Lots of fun on this tour- hits the main spots in central Copenhagen. Guide was very friendly and informative. And you get water and biscuits at the end!
Excellent morning with Sergio. Very helpful and knowledgeable of CPH. And the Special luck of him speaking Spanish
We had so much fun with Sergio on the e-bike tour. 3 of us on bikes and one on a Segway. We enjoyed the information he shared and his humor. It was a great first morning for our visit to Copenhagen. We felt much more informed about the city and it helped us decide where to spend our time.
Superb tour the day after we landed
"Copenhagen in April 2026 was stunning—cherry blossoms in full bloom and crisp, sunny weather. Our experience with Mikkel at Copenhagen E-Bike Tours was a highlight of the trip. The equipment was top-notch, including a perfectly functioning kiddie trailer that made the ride seamless for the whole family. As a CPH native, Mikkel’s knowledge of both current events and deep history was incredible. We’re actually adjusting our remaining itinerary based on his expert recommendations. Highly recommend!"
This was the best, most informative bike tour we’ve ever experienced. Alex is a wealth of historical knowledge, weaving together a comprehensive tapestry of Danish history and culture on the world stage. Very highly recommend this tour!!
Pleasantly surprised by how well this tour was done. First time on e-bike and happy with how much fun (and easy) it was much to learn to ride it. Mikkel’s knowledge of the city is both impressive and very fun to listen to. He conducted the tour with care and attention to details. With two kids along for the ride I had a lot of questions on how to bring them and Mikkel answered all of them clearly with photos. It was truly a blast and my favorite two hours of the trip!
Brilliant day out in the bikes Mikkel was polite and brilliant. Very knowledgeable all the way around. Great way on your first day to get your bearings. Instead of just wandering around like a headless chicken. Thank you for setting us up for a good week ahead. See you in the summer.
Great experience. Highly recommend this tour. Gives good overview of Copenhagen and the nice areas. Guide was friendly, informative and interesting.
Thank you to our tour guide Sergio, had a great time on the tour! Would definitely recommend, got loads of interesting information.
Sergio was an amazing tour guide! He was kind and funny and he shared lots of interesting information about the top sights. Biking through Copenhagen was a great way to see the city, but my mom got a bit cold so be sure to wear lots of layers if going in the winter. Highly recommend this tour!
