Andres was outstanding. He took time to do train us one a one and practice. Also did some simple exercises and covered safety. Hit all the great spots in Copenhagen including Little Mermaid and fort. It was easy to do and lots of fun (and all of us were seniors). He was super polite and provided water and cookies at the end of excursion. We had the time afterwards to go spend more time in some of the places he showed us. I found this easier than e-bike excursions. Definitely would recommend.

Itinerary
Check-in & Training: Arrive 15 minutes prior to tour start. You will receive a helmet & radio and sign our waiver of liability. We individually train you on our spacious and quiet training ground, and you will get to practice before we begin the tour (don't worry - it's super easy!)
You will get to see this interesting sculpture park right at the beginning of our tour
See the beautiful Maritime Monument, Peace Angel, and the greenery of Langelinie Park as we cruise through the no-car zone
Passing by colourful Nyhavn is of course a must! Hear the interesting stories about this iconic place in the middle of Copenhagen and even get your photo taken with the yellow houses in the background.
We begin the tour by cruising along the water in a car-free zone. After just 5 minutes you will be at our first photo stop on the route: The Little Mermaid! Hear the story you probably didn't know!
Enjoy the beautiful start to our tour through Langelinie Park in a car-free zone
We will make a stop at the Royal Pavillons where the Queen boards her Royal Yacht Dannebrog. If we are lucky the ship will be docked at the harbour. If not, there are still plenty to tell you about this area where the Queen embarks on her summer journeys at sea
This is one of the newest attractions in Copenhagen. You will hear the story about this conspicuous monument and the background to why it has such a place in the Danish history and the Copenhagen landscape
At this point we will still be cruising through the no-car zone along the waterfront. Amaliehaven (The Amalie Gardens) is one of the small parks we will be passing by located beautifully outside the Royal Palace and donated by the Danish shipping magnate Maersk
Ofelia Square is a great spacious place with a true 'hygge' atmosphere in the Summer. If there are no shows on you can also test out your (new) Segway skills on the square and you will have a perfect view to the Royal Operahouse and a photo stop is almost a must!
Copenhagen Opera House is one of the most expensive architectural achievements in the city. Your guide will tell you all there is to know about this beautiful monument right in the city. Please note we will not be going across the water but you will have a perfect view to this picturesque building.
When we reach the Royal Play House, you will have seen quite a bit already! At this point, you will have some time to roam around Ofelia Square and get a photo with the Royal Opera House in the background
Get your cameras ready! We have now reached the most photographed place in Copenhagen: Colourful Nyhavn with its unique houses. As we cruise down the picturesque and iconic streets, your guide will tell you the wonderful stories about Nyhavn. You will of course also have a picture opportunity here!
We will now head into the inner city via the Harbor Promenade. You will see how the Danes are developing their waterfronts to become an attractive place to hang out
Børsen: The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has an iconic and recognisable tower
On your way to Christiansborg Palace we will pass right by the impressive Black Diamond - a modern piece of architect in Copenhagen. We will also venture in to a secret garden not many people know about..
Christiansborg Palace, aka the Danish Parliament, is an impressive building with an incredible history - take some photos and hear the stories. You might also be lucky and see the Queen's horses which are stabled here
Tivoli Gardens is one of the most visited tourist attractions in the city and your guide will tell you about the amusement park as you pass it
Cruise by City Hall Square on your way into the Latin Quarter
Once we hit the Latin Quarter you will truly feel the every day Danish life. This part of Copenhagen is less frequented by tourists and has the most cosy streets where you'll really experience 'hygge'. You will pass many interesting sights on this stretch and some hidden gems!
Nikolaj Art Exhibition is located in an old church
Kongens Nytorv (King's Square) has just opened up for the public after extensive closures due to the expansion of the metro system. You will have a beautiful view from the cafe across the Square and the Horse Statue in the middle
We will now head towards the Queen's Palace via Bredgade - a street in Copenhagen known for its many art galleries
The Marble Church is a stunning piece of architecture in Copenhagen which cannot be missed!
We will cruise right on to the square in front of the Queen's residence, Amalienborg Palace. Of course you can't leave Copenhagen without a picture here with the beautiful buildings in the background!
The Royal Danish Theatre in Kongens Nytorv (Kings New Square) is a landmark you must see. We will take a short cafe break inside the cafe where we have some special offers to our Segway Cruisers (if you wish, no purchase is necessary!)
We will pass by St. Alban's Church - The only English Church in Copenhagen
We will cruise right through Kastellet, The Citadel, which is an impressive military fortress from the 1600's and is still functioning today!
By now you will have finished your 2-hour Segway cruise through Copenhagen. After handing in your helmet and radio, you are more than welcome to stay back and enjoy a complimentary organic refreshment. We also have a fun Segway Souvenir for you!

Mikkel was a brilliant guide! We had a fantastic time exploring and learning about the older parts of Copenhagen. We only had a small group so it didn’t take long for us to be competent on the Segways and be on our way! It was safe, fun and very informative. We got to see parts of the city you can’t see if you’re on a bus or canal tour. At the end, Mikkel marked up a map showing our route enabling us to return to places or to avoid so we could see other areas. He also gave us some great recommendations. Overall a highly personalised tour that has set us up perfectly for the rest of our city break.
Very good value for money !!!!!!
Segway touring is a great way to cover a lot of ground and see many sites, and Copenhagen has bike lanes that are perfect for Segway maneuvering. Our guide Pierre was super knowledgeable and very easy to keep up with. He led us in and out of large crowds with ease.
If in Copenhagen definitely worth to spend a couple of hours!!!
Fab few hours with Sergio our guide - great way to see city
Easy and fun way to tour around historic Copenhagen. Segways were very durable and handled smooth and cobblestone surfaces without difficulty. Sergio was a fantastic guide; very knowledgeable and personable.
The Copenhagen Segway tour with Sergio was great! We had an informative 2+ hour tour around the major city sites with a short coffee break. The weather was great and the crowds were small. Highly recommended.
Mikhel was brilliant. He’s so kind and was incredibly patient with a nervous rider in our group. We really enjoyed our tour and the locations we visited, Mikhel knew lots about the city and gave us plenty of photos stops at ideal times (it was less crowded than it could’ve been!). Big thank you guys - would absolutely recommend!
We had an absolutely wonderful time! Sergio, our patient helpful guide, was amazing. Never been on a Segway, no problem. Need a little guidance and assistance, no problem. We covered so much more area than walking around blindly and had a blast.
We had a wonderful tour with Pierre our guide, He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, showed us the city from a different perspective while coupling it with interesting stories & facts. The 2 hours passed fast and we enjoyed the ride very much. Most recommended, Sharon
Wife and I decided on this tour since we were only town for a day from a cruise ship. This was perfect. The Segways were very easy to ride. After a few minutes, you become very comfortable on them. You get an ear piece and your guide was give you great info as you go. We got to see a lot of the city and had a blast doing it. I wish it was twice as long. This was a great way to see the major sights and after the tour, head out and spend longer time where you like. I would do this again if we get back there. It was so much fun!
Saw all the sites in a great fun way. Would definitely recommend this excursion. Segway is the way to go
Pierre was a great guide! Very good info and caring and concerned for everyone in the group’s safety. He really made our Segway trip in Copenhagen a terrific one!
Our tour guide was great. Beautiful city and beautiful stops. Pierre was awesome. Great tour guide.
We were able to see a ton of Copenhagen by traveling by Segway. Pierre was an excellent guide and had a ton of fun stories and historical facts that keep the tour entertaining over the 2 hour journey!
An amazing tour with a really good guide. We went trough the whole of Copenhagen city. Perfekt for all typ of tours. Take it
We had a great tour with Sergio. 😊 Lucky for us, it was just my husband and I, along with Sergio. Sergio considered us professional Segway drivers since we had done it so many times. Because of that, he took us everywhere! Even the rocky streets that were a bit rough. But we could handle it. 💪 We saw so much of Copenhagen and he did a great job explaining all the history and impt. info. We had the best time and Sergio was the best guide we could ever hope for. Sign up for this tour. You definitely won’t be disappointed.
Bob gave us a great tour of the whole city on the Segways! They are easy to use and lots of fun. Highly recommend this tour.
This was our second time using a Segway—the first being in Chicago—and we enjoyed it just as much. It’s such a safe, quick, and effortless way to explore a city. Our guide, Sergio, was fantastic from start to finish. His knowledge and informative commentary really enhanced the experience, and he made sure to include plenty of great photo opportunities along the way. The two-hour Winter tour, with a lovely stop at a bakery for rest and refresh, was excellent value and just flew by. We managed to cover all the main sights and a vast amount of ground in that time. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Copenhagen, especially if you want to see the city without walking for miles. Sergio takes great care of his group, and riding a Segway is an absolute joy.
Great tour with Sabena, bring gloves! Lovely way to see the city, felt very safe and fun. Stopped for a gluvine at a Christmas market (at our request).
MIkhel was super professional and gave us a demonstration in riding and safety before we set off. He was very friendly and showed us all the sights and explained the history behind them. We had great fun on the segways. Will definitely repeat in our return visit!!
Fun way to explore the city! Quick and easy way to learn how to Segway with perfect stops for photo opportunities!
We had Sabina as our tour guide and she was amazing, with her knowledge of Copenhagen and its history but also was so safety conscious as riding around bike-heavy Copenhagen can be tricky. We had the most amazing time. It is in fact my second 2-hour Segway tour with the same company, in Copenhagen - it’s that good. And both tours were very different so I would recommend doing another if you ever return to Copenhagen - who wouldn’t the city is stunning.
I joined a Segway tour in Copenhagen with my 14-year-old son, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences we’ve had! 🙌 Even though I’ve lived in Denmark for more than 10 years, I had never done a guided city tour before – and I’m so glad I finally did. It was such a unique feeling to glide on a Segway through areas I’ve only ever walked in before. Everything looked completely new from this perspective. My son learned quickly, while it took me a few extra minutes, but our guide Mikkel was super patient, kind, and made the whole tour relaxed and fun. People passing by even looked a little jealous! 😄🤣 I can highly recommend this to both tourists and Copenhagen locals who want to experience the city in a different and exciting way. 🤩
Good training and practice time before we started. Such an easy way to get around and see a lot in a short space of time.
This a great way to see the city and learn it’s history. The leader was excellent and with great knowledge of the city.
Absolutely FANTASTIC Tour! Our guide Mikuel is a Copenhagen native and knew the city very well. Lots of history, beautiful gardens and buildings. We loved every minute of the tour. This is a wonderful way to see the city.
Great tour, brilliant fun and learned lots about Copenhagen and its sights. My teenager was impressed and that’s something
Really enjoyed our tour with Muhib. We wanted to ride an e bike instead of the Segway which he allowed us to do. He allowed plenty of time for pictures.
Easy to learn how to ride, your was fun and informative. Includes all of the major attractions and guide was knowledgeable and very fun! 🤩 Would definitely recommend!
Fantastic experience. With Jenny, we felt comfortable and had FUN! Really appreciated flexibility with adjusting scheduling due to jet lag! That being said, try doing Segway on the first couple days of your trip. A great overview of the city.
Sabina was An amazing tour guide!!! We were nervous to go on a Segway cause my wife and I never did it before but it was super easy to do. What a great way to get around the city and have a super fun time. So much fun
My wife and I have enjoyed Segway tours as a way to get to know a city when we first arrive. Our Copenhagen tour with Sabina started off good, but 5 minutes in one of the riders lost control and crashed in front of my wife and caused her to fall too. Thankfully, no one was seriously hurt. However, one of Sabina's co-workers (he was wearing the same uniform) showed up on the scene and, once informed of the situation, began berating the tour group. Multiple times he said "Segways are not toys." I could not believe my ears. In no way were we being reckless or disobeying instructions. This man, who I did not get his name, was literally adding insult to injury! We were able to finish the tour, but the experience of being chided by a tour employee after a disturbing accident completely soured the experience for us. I need to emphasize that Sabina was a very good guide and we would have given a 5-star rating had it not been for her co-worker's unwelcome remarks.
Sabina was a fantastic tour guide. Very calm teaching us how to navigate the streets of Copenhagen on Segways. Sabina took us to lots of great sites and was very friendly and knowledgeable.
We had an excellent experience with Sabina Her tour was very informative, covered all the major landmarks and it was carried out at the right pace. I highly recommend her.
Thank you to Szabina for the excellent Segway tour around Copenhagen. Interesting and useful information along the tour. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
What a great way to get an overview of all the different parts or Copenhagen and learn too. We saw so much we probably wouldn’t have even been aware of otherwise, and now we know where to go back to. Perfect weather and so lovely. Our guide Sabine was knowledgeable and helpful, friendly and adjusted pacing to our group. There are some cars and pedestrians to deal with, but not scary or intimidating. It is a pretty long time on your feet, even though you are riding.
Sabina was awesome, very knowledgeable! She was patient with us first timers and easy to follow. Highly recommended!
Firstly, we booked this tour through Viator which was handy as there's free cancellation and easy to make changes to the date in case you need to. However there was some kind of mix-up at the beginning when we arrived just before the start time and the guide didn't have our names in his list so was almost going to depart without us. It was my wife and I's first time trying a Segway. The group had another couple (not their first time on Segway), so just four of us plus the guide. The session started with some basic lessons on how to use the segway. Was quite easy to pickup (took about 15 minutes to learn and practice a bit). I would say the length of the tour was just nice as we got to see a fairly large number of places which would ordinarily have took us the whole day probably on foot or public transport. It's really a fun way to tour Copenhagen while enjoying a slight breeze as you ride along. Our guide, Muhib, had a great sense of humour and nice laughter, and entertained us with vignettes about the attractions we were visiting. As my wife was a bit balance-challenged at the beginning, he paid attention to safety by having her as the first rider after him. We also had a short coffee break during the 2 hours which was nicely timed. The headphones I would say work fine for 97% of the journey perhaps but there was one location where it seemed to be picking up interference and got a bit choppy for me to hear the guide. The description of the tour on the Viator site says its not for people with back problems; though I tend to get backaches if I stand up for too long, this tour was actually fine for me as we would get off the segways at some attractions and walk around for a few minutes, and there was a few stops where I could sit down for a few moments while listening to the guide. Overall, I would really recommend this tour!
The Segways was easy to learn how to drive, so easy and so much fun! Sabina was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable about the city’s history and architecture. She was able to communicate with us while riding the Segways with ear pieces connected to walkie talkies which made the experience. I would highly recommend this tour.
We all had the most amazing time on the tour in Copenhagen. Great training to get ready to go out on the road. Would highly recommend. The information was good and the guide was very personable.
We had an interesting trip aboard our Segways while motoring through Copenhagen on a crowded event in Denmark. Fantastic guide Pierre took us all through the city on Kings Race Day, an annual event that brought out thousands of race fans and clogged up most of the center of the city. But he was determined to show us all the famous places and sights and we did. Very good way to be above the crowds and go where even the Hop On busses could not...ask for Pierre if you want a full blown ride through a very interesting Copenhagen!
It was my first time using the Segway. I love it Sabrina was so patient with me being i was nervous. I want to do it again
Super fun way to see Copenhagen! We loved it! Our guide was wonderful, knowledgeable and fun. Do it!
Muhib was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable in all areas of Danish history. My wife and I enjoyed it very much and would highly recommend it to anyone!
This was such a fun way to experience Copenhagen. My son & I visited for 4 days & had already done some sightseeing when we took the tour. Due to being able to see so much in such a short space of time allows you to not only visit areas you may have missed but also links up where you have already been. Our guide was Muhib who was friendly & informative, it was however a little strange being shown the sites in Copenhagen by someone from Bangladesh. Don't get me wrong he was fantastic at the job, but it just didn't sit quite right with me. The biggest downfall for me was the 20 minute walk from the Metro, hard enough on the way there but impossible on the way back after spending 2 hours on a Segway.
We just finished our segway tour with Szabena and it was awesome. Safety was 1st class as was the tour and commentary. Highly recommend.
This was a very fun and informative tour. It was very quick to pick up how the Segways worked and went the tour guide was certain everyone was comfortable we were on our way. Anyone can do this and it was a great way to see Copenhagen.
Sabina was a wonderful guide and very knowledgeable about the city. Segwayys were easy to use. Had a great time. Highly recommend
