Stayed here for a weekend / two nights, and loved it!! The room is extremely well thought through, especially for how small it actually is, even has a small kitchen and a dishwasher! The retractable staircase is super clever, and despite the compact size the room still feels very bright and airy. Also very practical: lockers for luggage before/after the stay and washing machines if needed. The rooftop lobby is probably the highlight though – huge shared area with café, bar, rooftop terrace and even Lego. Definitely more fun than a normal hotel lobby. Location is also quite convenient. Metro is close, so you’re quickly in the city centre, and getting to/from the airport is easy as well with just one change at Ørestad. Only downside for us: the mattresses are definitely on the softer side. Not necessarily bad, but you have to like that. Overall really cool hotel, especially if you like smart use of space and a slightly different hotel concept.

A really unique and and nice hotel. The rooms are great tiny living places, that are set up in a optimal way. The rooftop bar, reception and restaurent is a fantastic setting, with glass all around. The mood in this area is fantastic, with people working, relaxing and enjoying in one big mix. The breakfast is fantastic. Don’t miss it. All the staff we met wassuper nice and helpful. We choose the location to be near DR’s concert hall (which is also amazing) and if you are going there, it is perfect. However theres a metro just around the corner, so now this hotel is on our favorites list, when visiting Copenhagen.
I absolutely love this hotel if you have to do some remote work on a trip. 1) Roof deck is incredible. As are the lounge and social spaces. 2) Having the mini apartment with kitchen and ability to do laundry is great for longer stays. 3) You get lots of sunlight in the rooms and workspaces. Perfect for working and just feeling good. 4) Locations are next to public transit metro lines and not far from the city center. The only thing lacking this specific trip was housekeeping. Despite 3 calls on 3 days no one took the trash in the bathroom and it pulled up over our 11 day stay making it unpleasant. We also couldn't consistently get towels, shampoo both taking multiple calls and the pantry would be empty of new towels by noon each day and not refilled. They also just did a poor job when they do service the room. Other than that we had a near perfect stay; HVAC died towards the end of the stay but we were offered fans or a room change. I'd stay again in a heartbeat and have plans to stay two weeks at Zoku Amsterdam in March and I'll be back to the Copenhagen location too.
We enjoyed our stay in Zoku! The room is cleverly laid out and is very functional. Love the design. Like the concept of not having a traditional reception on the ground floor. Instead it is self check-in on the top floor. Enough friendly staff to help you out though. Breakfast is optional. The location is nice as well because it is not in the middle of the centre. You can bike everywhere which is very convenient.
The mezzanine layout made the room feel very spacious. The hotel is in a quiet area with two supermarkets just a minute away, and the nearby metro station makes it easy to get into town. There was a self service pantry with extra bin bags, plates, duvets, and pillows. However, we couldn’t find extra pillows on our floor and although staff promised to bring some, they never arrived. It left us feeling that the service was more lip service than genuinely helpful.
