We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had, especially considering the price. This is an expensive hotel, and at this price point you naturally expect a certain standard of comfort, hospitality and service. Instead, we constantly had the feeling that almost everything required an additional payment. The biggest surprise was the swimming pool. You book an expensive hotel advertised with a pool, only to discover that access to the pool is NOT included in the room rate. Even pool towels come at an additional cost. Bathrobes were not provided in the room either, and we were told that these also cost extra. For a hotel in this price category, this feels excessive and completely inconsistent with the level of hospitality one would reasonably expect. However, the most unpleasant part of our stay was not the additional charges — it was the attitude of the staff. In particular, our interaction with a receptionist named Noemi was extremely disappointing. She was rude, dismissive and visibly irritated when dealing with us. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality or customer care. Instead of feeling welcomed as paying guests, we were made to feel as though asking a simple question was an inconvenience. Frankly, her attitude made us question why someone who appears so irritated by interacting with guests is working in a customer-facing position in the first place. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, respected and valued. Our experience was exactly the opposite. What makes this even more disappointing is that management later acknowledged that our interaction with their team had left us feeling “unwelcome and dismissed.” Unfortunately, an apology after the stay does not change the experience itself. When a hotel charges premium prices, premium service should come with them. Guests should not have to pay extra for virtually every basic amenity while simultaneously being treated as though their questions are an annoyance. The price, service and overall guest experience simply do not match. After three nights here, our conclusion is very clear: we would NEVER stay at this hotel again. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend it to others.

Amin at the front desk was wonderful and accommodating. He was able to help us with a room change for our infant son which had a bathroom and a bit more space. Additionally, the morning breakfast included was great, plentiful, and had a nice variety of options for dining. The rooftop bar was a great place for an evening drink and view. The overall stay and location was great. Close to Tivoli Gardens!
The hotel is in a great location and makes a pleasant overall impression. The rooms were clean, although some areas showed signs of wear and could benefit from refurbishment. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. The selection was extensive, and there were plenty of options for vegans as well, which was much appreciated. The restaurant staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Unfortunately, there were also a few disappointments during our stay. Both early check-in and late check-out were advertised as available options, but neither could ultimately be accommodated. In addition, the shower did not drain properly. We reported the issue, but it was not resolved during our stay. While the restaurant staff provided excellent service, the reception team was more average and did not leave a particularly memorable impression. Overall, this is a decent hotel with a good location and an excellent breakfast offering. However, due to the service shortcomings and unresolved maintenance issue, I can only give it 3 out of 5 stars.
My experience staying at this hotel was extremely disappointing. On the day of my stay, I rented a bicycle from the hotel. The seat on the bicycle was too high for me, so I asked a male staff member at the front desk if I could switch to a smaller bicycle with a lower seat. He showed absolutely no willingness to help and told me that all the bicycles had already been reserved. This was clearly not true and was a very poor excuse. He even told me to ask someone else instead. I found his attitude completely unacceptable. There were at least 30 bicycles parked outside, and it was only around 5:00 p.m., so his explanation simply did not make sense. Fortunately, another female staff member kindly helped me exchange the bicycle for a more suitable one. I truly appreciate her assistance and professionalism. Although this was the behavior of one individual staff member, as a hotel belonging to a chain, you should be much more careful when hiring employees and ensure that their customer service attitude and professionalism meet an acceptable standard. Because of this experience, I will not choose to stay at this hotel again.
The room was lovely and spacious, light, very clean and had a great view. Both the bathroom and the bedroom were modern and pleasant. The bed was big and very comfortable. We also visited the Roof Top bar which had amazing views and delicious drinks. We would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if we return to the city.
