Room was nice. We stayed for four nights as a family of four. However, the cleaning service was not good during our stay. The towels were not changed, and even the used coffee mugs were not replaced by housekeeping. Additionally, one night there was a private party on the roof of the neighboring building with loud music that could be heard throughout the neighborhood, even with the windows closed on a hot summer day. I complained to the reception, and they acknowledged the issue, but they did not take any action. Instead, they advised me to call the police if it bothers me.

The worst hotel I have ever seen. You have to pay 9 euros for even 2 cup of tea, while other hotels usually have coffee and tea machines in the rooms or in the lobby as a normal service. The rooms have minimal amenities. The price is really not worth it. I will never book a room at this hotel again and I will not recommend it to others👎👎👎👎👎 I think this hotel even do not deserve one star Although rooms are clean.
Disappointing Business Stay Major Comfort & Amenity Issues I stayed at Scandic Sluseholmen for 1 night on a business trip with colleagues (we booked 3 rooms in total). We had actually planned to stay for an additional 2 nights, but we had to cancel and book another hotel because of how uncomfortable the experience was. The Bad: No AC Control: This was the biggest issue. The AC is tied directly to the room's main electricity switch, meaning you cannot adjust the temperature at all. We were sweating in our rooms and couldn’t sleep until well after midnight. Management seems to keep the entire building at a fixed temperature to save money, completely ignoring guest comfort. Lack of Basic Amenities: For a hotel catering to business travelers, the room setup is incredibly outdated. This is the first time in my life I’ve stayed in a hotel room with no safe box. There was also no mini-fridge, and the TV is ancient and practically useless. The Good: The Staff: The reception team was incredibly friendly and tried their best to be helpful. When we complained about the heat, they brought me a small fan. Unfortunately, they couldn't do much else because the poor AC system is an unfixable management policy. The Breakfast: The breakfast layout was actually very nice and we enjoyed it. Just a heads-up that you have to pre-book your breakfast time slot the night before. Summary: While the staff are lovely and the breakfast is good, a hotel's primary job is to provide a comfortable night's sleep. If you prefer control over your room's climate or expect basic modern amenities like a safe and fridge, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. We gladly moved to another hotel for our remaining two nights.
I really enjoyed my overnight stay, clean room with a nice comfortable bed. Breakfast was also very good with plenty to choose from, just wish it started a little earlier. Public transport (metro) to downtown Copenhagen is just 5min walk from the hotel.
The reason that this review has been posted is simple, the so called 'manager' said himself he would rather take a bad review that keep a guest happy. The hotel is a long way from the main city areas, very few eating options and the same manager suggested 'take three stops and you can find somewhere there' No thanks. Instead of allowing me to quickly finish my sauna session staff kicked me out. For the price that I paid I would expect more, 5 minutes is not unreasonable. There are better places to stay in far better locations, there is nothing nearby.
