Excellent location beside Nørreport bus, metro and train interchange. Easy access to the whole city, and direct trains to the whole of Denmark and southern Sweden. Rooms are simple but comfortable, superior rooms give you more space but not many more amenities. Superior Plus rooms sit on the corner with great view over the intersection below. We chose to skip the paid breakfast after one day because at 119DKK it was not good value and there are plenty of better options nearby.

Serviceable place to stay with an almost unbeatable location, along with excellent service. The breakfast was pretty good too and worth the extra cost if you’re not feeling adventurous. The room was on the small side which was expected in Copenhagen, but all in all a nice stay. One note is that the rooftop bar does get a bit noisy with a live DJ, but not loud enough to keep one from having a good night of rest.
This was such a fantastic stay, we unfortunately only stayed for 1 night but it was excellent. The location is fantastic, right outside the metro so it was so easy to get to and it's right in the centre of the city so we were within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were so friendly, we didn't interact with many but Kjersti on reception was fantastic, so friendly and helpful and always had a smile on her face! We were celebrating my boyfriends 30th which I mentioned on the booking and the hotel SO kindly (and genuinely unexpectedly) decorated the room with balloons and left a bottle of bubbly, a bounty and a note! It was such a nice gesture on top of what was already a lovely room and stay. Would highly recommend!!!
The hotel is well located and the terrace on the 6th floor is very nice. Check in was slow because they couldn’t find our reservation. Supposedly their reservation system was down when we booked 6 months earlier and the reservation never made it into the system. The room was a standard room. It was the smallest hotel room that I’ve ever stayed in. Smaller than Japanese, South Korean and New York hotel rooms. There was no room amenities other than an iron. No Kleenex, no coffee maker, no refrigerator, no chair, no desk - nothing. And there was no room to move about the room. So overall it was disappointing.
Great hotel! Front desk ladies were so friendly and welcoming!! Rooms were nice but felt very warm at night. When opened the windows to try to cool the room the noise from the street below were very loud. Still enjoyed staying here, loved the breakfast and the rooftop bar!!
