Nice enough hotel but pointless as an airport hotel.
Free shuttle service was a waste of time. On arrival no one answered the phone and fully booked to go back to airport until after my flight. So add another 250 DK to price. They don't do breakfast early enough for the first flights. And apparently I asked too late for a pack a bag. Even though kitchen was still open.
And the curtains don't even cover the width of the window! Just a thin privacy thing over it. Luckily it was winter.
Hygge levels off the charts. The room is nice and cozy and the highlight is the shower which is excellent, warm and high pressure. The beds were also extremely comfortable and I had a very good nights sleep every night I stayed here. The receptionists are also very nice and check in and check out is very straightforward. Location is also very convenient, being a short(ish) walk to the metro and the airport. Also the breakfast buffet and dinner is excellent. The sky bar is also a great place to watch the busy air traffic of Copenhagen Airport. Highly recommend for the price.
The hotel was a great place to stay. The beds were a good size, and the shower was amazing. Just be careful when turning the shower on, you may spray yourself in the face haha. Such a lovely place to stay. Close to the airport. If you love planes, go to the seatercy you can have some food and drink while watching the planes land and take off.
The buffet breakfast was something we have nothing had before. Such a great range foods and drinks to have. Definitely need to include with your stay
I had a great stay at Scandic CPH Strandpark. The rooms were very neat and clean, and I really appreciated the overall cleanliness of the space. The only exception was the rain shower head, which was covered in limescale and could use some attention. The breakfast was fantastic, as was the buffet lunch, and the staff were kind, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The only things I found less positive were the fee for early check-in and the water quality throughout the facility. The water had a strange taste, which I did not particularly appreciate.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, with excellent food, friendly staff and very clean rooms.
Nice, modern hotel with beautiful seaviews and convenient location. Close to the airport and very close to the aquarium, also a good staring point for the city center if you don’t mind taking 25 minute ( walk + metro ) to get there. The only things we did not like were the lack of true climate control in the room ( despite setting the heating to max , it remained cold ) and lack of USB slots in the room. Otherwise the breakfast was outstanding and the service very pleasent.
