Quite disappointing for a Radisson Blu, especially considering we had booked a Premium Room. The room itself was very underwhelming and honestly did not feel premium at all. It was quite basic, and the overall experience did not match what you would expect from a room in this category. There was no dental kit or other basic amenities available. When we asked reception, we were simply told that we could go out and buy one ourselves. For a Premium Room in a Radisson Blu, I found that response particularly surprising and not very service-oriented. The minibar/fridge in the room was also not working. I had to move it myself and reach behind it to get it working, only to discover a significant amount of dust behind it. This was quite disappointing in terms of both cleanliness and maintenance. Nothing was disastrous, but when you book a Premium Room at a hotel of this category, you expect a certain level of comfort, amenities and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the experience felt very average and definitely below the standard suggested by both the Radisson Blu name and the room category. Overall, not the premium experience we paid for or expected.

Well located hotel in central Copenhagen. Modern rooms and fresh feel. Nice staff. Decent rooms with views. One of the best hotel gym / fitness complexes I have seen.... it even has a boxing ring! Maybe not suitable if you are a big party animal - more of an executive feel
It was a good hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were very close to the metro so it was convenient to get around. There’s a close by convenience store to buy food they can heat up and a proper grocery store about 15-20 mins walk from the hotel. Room service is OK, but heads up that a burger and milk can cost around $50. Was so hungry the night we arrived and just needed protein. We got a large room with a couch where our daughter joined us later. It was quite comfortable. We included breakfast in our booking, and the choices were amazing! It was only $22 per person and so worth it. I loved their pickled herring so much! I am a high protein breakfast person, and there was so much to choose from. The Thai Restaurant in the hotel is decent given that this is Europe. Nice ambiance though.
A centrally located place. We were on the 18th floor and the room had spectacular views. A spacious room with a nice bathroom which is much needed after walking all day on the streets of Copenhagen. The buffet breakfast was lavish with hot eggs served whether boiled, fried or scrambled eggs. Fresh fruit, cereals, different types of bread, croissants, sausages, baked beans and what not. The reception process was very smooth and the staff was very cooperative. They have a luggage storage area too. Their restaurants are also very good.
We had a great stay at the Radisson Blu Copenhagen. The rooms are very beautiful, and the river view is gorgeous. I personally missed having bottled water in the room, but other than that, everything was truly perfectly fine. We would like to commend the hotel staff, who were exceptionally kind and nice, assisting us with every request and question; it was wonderful to stay with the feeling that someone cares and is looking out for you. The breakfast was also excellent. It is not located right in the heart of the city center, but we highly recommend it.
