A fabulous, indulgent, luxurious hotel with gorgeous interior and opulent decor. The pool, surrounded with tropical plants and, is stunning. The spa is wonderful, the restaurant serves delicious organic food. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff were generally friendly and attentive and a special mention to Connor who couldn't do enough to help. So many small things which propel Manon Les Suites to a truly stand-out experience. My only disappointment was that having booked a suite for 3 people to stay in (they say it accommodates 4) the second bed(room) lacked the finishing touches which made everything so wonderful. The main bedroom had blackout curtains but the other room didn't, there was no way to turn off the lights without walking to the other side of the room from where the bed was located and the bed didn't have a headboard. Small things for sure, but small things which were very much in evidence everywhere else. Nonetheless a fabulous oasis of luxury in the middle of Copenhagen.

Love this hotel overall but there are a few things that could be addressed. This was actually the second time I've stayed here and as far as aesthetic and vibes, no notes. With that being said, the area to lounge at the pool could use some modifying. There is a beautiful indoor/heated pool but there's hardly enough space around the pool to lounge and enjoy. There are a handful of cabanas which are always scooped up and/or reserved (no hotel staff had mentioned you need to reserve them). Aside from that there are three sets of large, oversized chairs and beyond that it's a few cafe style chairs and tables. While visiting there were people coming down having to share one (cafe) chair to rest their belongings and nowhere to sit or relax besides in the pool. I overheard many people complaining about the set up and then again, many others turning around and leaving. As mentioned the look of the pool and overall vibe is amazing but there could really be a reconfiguration to the area to maximize guests' needs. There was a bar that had a phone to call for service (no one on site), simply remove this from the area and many more lounge chairs could be fit in the space. We were very lucky to have a room with a bathroom and a toilet room. As great as it was, the space in theses areas was extremely cramped. Without getting into details, I'll just say tall people are at a disadvantage to the setup within. Not sure if every room was the same (it's been a while since first visit), but it was not ideal. Overall love the hotel but there definitely are a few shortcomings. We've stayed at three of this hotels locations and would continue. This particular hotel is located a bit farther from city center but worth the visit.
Soooo beautiful! Gorgeous pool, wonderful spa, great service, and central location super close to the train and bus line. Our room had great views of the city, the complimentary toiletries were great, and the flip flops and robe provided with the room were perfect for going to and from the pool and spa. We didn't get to experience the bar BUT it was super beautiful. Gym is absolutely gorgeous with lots of different equipment to use, front desk staff was fabulous and went above and beyond when I asked them to put my medication in the fridge that I forgot to when I had left for the day! The sauna, steam, and cold shower at the spa was wondrous and was accompanied by a beautiful view on the roof. I wish the pool and spa were open past 10pm! Our room was comfortable and the one bedroom suite with two couches housed a group of 4 perfectly! Everything was designed intentionally and just so intricate. Beautiful! Stay here in Copenhagen if you want a fancy place to come home to!
Well… where do I begin! My partner and I stayed here for three days & two nights for her Birthday. We did not want to leave! The level of service from all members of staff here is unrivalled. The entire team are always incredibly helpful, polite, smiling and can’t do enough for you. You’re truly made to feel incredibly welcomed and at home. The food from the restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced. The pool & spa facilities are fantastic - there are always plenty of towels, fresh water & robes available at all times. This hotel truly is a jewel in the heart of Copenhagen - It is a beautiful city with much to explore! I would recommend anyone visiting Copenhagen to stay here at Manon Les Suites. Dear Team - Thank you for making our stay so special. We will most certainly be returning.
UPDATE: Since the hotel wanted further feedback: We all truly loved our stay! We did however miss a hot tub / jacuzzi in the spa. We would also have love the pool to be 2-5 degrees warmer, especially since it’s still could outside. For the restaurant we really really loved the staff. Incredible nice, warm and charming - goes for all the staff at the hotel. We also really loved the unique breakfast features like asparagus, grape juice and a classic danish whole wheat bread! However, we would have appreciated more foresight regarding the dietary restrictions some of us had. When being informed of dietary restrictions more than a week in advance, other hotels usually make sure they know the ingredients in the food (for example the bread), and purchase what’s needed to be able to offer a few meals with good alternatives. The other 5-star hotels I have been to usually ask me if I want vegan pancakes for breakfast, and try to offer me most of the alternatives the others have, but in vegan versions. That’s the only reasons we put a 4-star! But, like I said, we were very happy with our stay and adored the LOVELY staff🙏♥️
