This photo pretty much sums up the hotel: good idea, really bad execution, mediocre experience overall. Bathroom faucet isn’t aligned with the sink, water splashes onto the counter and floor every time you use it. No shower curtain or door either, so the whole bathroom gets soaked after one shower and there’s nowhere dry to put your stuff. There’s a wardrobe but it’s basically unusable, they store an ironing board in it, so barely any space left. Kitchenette was fine, but they gave us a pan that doesn’t even work on their own induction stove. Small thing, but it says a lot, feels like nobody actually checked whether what they put in the apartment is usable. Room cleanliness itself was okay, but housekeeping only came every four or five days, and even then it was basically just emptying the trash. Entrance area between buildings had bird poop on the floor for days, not something you want to walk past daily. The support thing really got me. They message you on WhatsApp on day one saying to reach out if you need anything. Twenty minutes after we arrived, we noticed a rotten egg smell from the ventilation, with our room being one of the first things we experienced there. I messaged them, no reply. Ended up going down to reception myself and asking them to just turn the ventilation off, said we’d use the windows instead. They did turn it off, eventually, but never followed up to confirm it or check if we were okay, no offer to move rooms either. Never bothered replying to my WhatsApp message either. So the “message us if you need anything” thing turned out to be pretty hollow. Nice looking place, but the stay doesn’t match what you pay or what the design promises

Loved this PERFECTLY LOCATED hotel. Very "boutiquey" . Great staff. Great special treats. Chairs on the front sidewalk area. 2 for 1 drink times. 5 to 6 o'clock free wine.

Bad is the best review you can give the hotel at this price point. The rooms are worn-out and have zero to no amenities, you get a disgusting water-boiler. The service is just awful, don’t bother calling the reception from your room because they’re not going to pick up and when we told them they had attitude and said they were “too busy” to help, although we called at different times to simply get a steamer because the one at the room just doesn’t work or when we needed towels because room service left us with none. Room service just walked into our room one day without knocking too. The pillows are neck and back pain makers. The alley leading to the room just stinks, i can’t find any positive in this place.

Honestly, this hotel was a huge disappointment. To start with the positives, the location is excellent, the breakfast is very good, and the staff working in the restaurant are friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ends. The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The carpets were filthy and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The elevator was old and dirty. Even the room doors didn't have room numbers on them. They simply hand you the key, and you have to find your room by looking at the floor plan. I've never experienced anything like this before. We booked the room for three people. After making the payment, I contacted the hotel several times to make sure three people would fit comfortably, and they repeatedly assured me that an extra bed would be added. In the end, one of our friends couldn't travel, so we didn't need the extra bed. When we entered the room, we were shocked. The room was so small that it was impossible to imagine how three beds could fit. We asked the reception if they had given us a smaller room because our friend wasn't coming. They replied, "No, this was the original room. We would have squeezed in the third bed." That would have meant three adults sleeping almost on top of each other, with virtually no space to move. This is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, our friend couldn't come because they were diagnosed with cancer and had to undergo emergency surgery. We explained the situation and asked the hotel to refund the remaining two unused nights, even offering to pay for the first night as a cancellation fee. They showed no understanding at all and refused any refund. The housekeeping was also very disappointing. It seemed that the cleaners only emptied the trash bins. The room was not properly cleaned, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. For this price, you can find many much cleaner, more honest, and better hotels in the city center. I absolutely do not recommend staying here. Please think twice before booking this hotel
