We stayed at this hotel after our flight was cancelled, and what a gem! It was a really fortunate turn of events. The architecture is incredible: a beautiful use of concrete paired with high ceilings that feels warm rather than oppressive, with great classic design furniture throughout the common areas. The feature round windows make the rooms feel so distinctive. I will definitely return and hopefully make this my go-to hotel in Copenhagen.

A really lovely hotel. The room was quirky, quiet and most importantly clean. The staff were really nice in every interaction. The free drinks hour is a nice touch and the breakfast buffet was also very good and catered for a wide range of diets, good choice of Gluten Free, Veggie and Vegan offerings. I would highly recommend this hotel and would book it again without hesitation.
I’m very disappointed with our stay. We’re traveling with two small children, and upon arrival we were given a room with tiny windows completely blocked by scaffolding. At 6:30 a.m., construction workers started banging loudly right outside the window, making it impossible to sleep. Keeping the windows closed wasn’t really an option because the room was extremely stuffy, and there was also a terrible odor coming from the bathroom. To their credit, the staff moved us to another room after we complained. Unfortunately, the second room was even smaller, very dark, and felt more like a basement than a hotel room. The next morning, construction started again at 6:20 a.m., this time with loud drilling directly outside. The noise was absolutely unbearable. If you know there is major construction taking place around the hotel, please be transparent and clearly mention it on your website before guests book. Many people—especially families with young children—would choose different accommodations if they knew they would be woken up by construction before 6:30 every morning. This experience was extremely disappointing and not what we expected from our stay.
Very modern, clean, beautiful room with high ceilings in the Carlsberg district. Beautiful soap, shampoo and conditioner products in the room. Breakfast buffet had lots of fresh fruit and vegetarian food. Very close to nice cafes Small gym but adequate free weights. 2x Happy Hour every day (complimentary). We walked to Nyhaven from the hotel. It was quite far but a nice way to explore the city
Nice atmosphere and friendly staff at check-in — two lovely girls! We managed to get our free drinks between 10 and 11 PM, which was a great idea. The room was well insulated and very quiet, so we had a good night’s sleep!
