We stayed 4 nights during our vacation in Copenhagen. Absolutely loved to stay here. Since the kitchen has enough equipment, we could enjoy both cooking on our own and eating out. When the ingredients are fresh and tasty like in Copenhagen, cooking on our own is best option for a family with small kids who easily gets board at restaurants 😅 I would love to give 5 starts, but unfortunately we didn’t have a good start of our stay due to lacking of services/information by the receptionist at check-in. He didn’t inform us about welcome drink. And he registered a completely wrong car registration number for parking. We got a parking fine ticket due to it. But rest of the receptionist were so friendly and had good communication.

Our much-needed break in Copenhagen was made perfect thanks to Charlottehaven. The intriguing architectural design and extremely spacious layout were exactly what we needed traveling with our 8-month-old baby. The amenities were absolutely on point. The location is incredibly strategic—the M4 metro line is right around the corner, and several renowned spots are within easy walking distance, including Atelier September, Juno The Bakery, Kini Kini, La Cabra, and a Meny supermarket. There’s also a lovely small park within the property for quick strolls, and a grander park just a 20-minute walk away. An exceptional, family-friendly stay. Highly recommended!
I was in Copenhagen in March and only used the fitness studio at Charlottehaven, but the experience was excellent. The day pass cost 199 DKK, which was absolutely fair considering the quality of the facility. Before visiting, I called ahead to confirm everything, and the staff was very professional and helpful from the beginning. The receptionist in particular was extremely accommodating, friendly, and pleasant to deal with. The gym itself was modern, clean, well-maintained, and had a very high-quality atmosphere overall. I can absolutely recommend it. Based on my experience with the staff, professionalism, and facilities, I would assume the hotel itself is just as excellent.
Awesome spot - we lucked into a 14th floor upgrade and this was by far one of the nicest surprises and rooms with a view. I recommend going up to the roof to enjoy the view. Spacious, clean, well-located and very relaxing. The employee that checked us in was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return to Copenhagen.
Environment: The environment is perfect. From sunrise to sunset, almost every frame is beautiful. It's one of the most worthwhile hotels to experience in Copenhagen; its beauty is indescribable. The location is also excellent. Located in the Nyhaven area, the new district, it's the most hygge area I've ever seen. There are many concept stores and restaurants nearby. You can walk directly to the bay to enjoy the breeze and sunshine. Transportation to the city center is also very convenient. Personally, I think it's a little utopia in Copenhagen. Facilities: The hotel's perfect scenery and the Danish-style furnishings in the rooms, along with perfect symmetry and spatial aesthetics, come at the cost of some outdated facilities. These are acceptable, but the automatic door locks are a bit worrying. The basic infrastructure is also quite ordinary. However, the furniture, while not top-of-the-line, is at least of good quality. Basic toiletries and toiletries are not provided, which can only be attributed to Denmark's advanced environmental philosophy. Cleanliness: The floors weren't very clean. The dust on the soles of my feet told me that the wooden floors hadn't been properly cleaned. All the black countertops were clean, but the dust in the exercise equipment racks and the corners of the windowsills were always glaring.
