Very clean, comfortable and functional apartment with everything you need. However, between 10pm and midnight someone in the building played loud Arabic music that came straight through the kitchen range hood / extractor fan, so it was really noisy in the apartment. Hope this doesn’t happen again for future guests.
Quiet neighborhood with excellent amenities for food and beach (good local supermarket and fantastic bakery). Convenient for public transport with quick hops to the city centre and airport. Generous bathroom and living area. Excellent service both in booking and when we had a quick question. It felt like we were local ... my family want to relocate!
Stayed with 2 adults and 3 teens for vacation (June '26). Apartments location is excellent, just on outskirts of city (10mins by metro). Convenient for airport as it's on the same metro line (maybe 12mins on train) and the metro itself is probably 6min walk from apartment. Apartment itself was spotless clean, laundry wash and dry was super useful, had pretty much everything you'd need. Only negative was there could have been more plates and glasses as it sleeps 6 so you have to keep washing up or you run out very quickly. Our tv remote had no batteries, we called the number and they were delivered to our door within an hour - super efficient. Check in and out was very easy and well explained. Neighborhood is safe, pleasant and super convenient. Multiple grocery stores within 5 minutes walk. Kids loved the place also, would definitely stay again and would definitely highly recommend! 😁
The apartment itself was lovely. It was beautifully decorated with a charming Scandinavian design, and everything was very clean, including the bathroom, towels, and bed linens. The location was excellent, with easy access to both the city center and the airport, and there was a Donkey Republic bike station nearby, which made getting around Copenhagen very convenient. Unfortunately, my experience after check-out was quite frustrating. The website stated that luggage could be stored at Sleep CPH, but we later found out the correct location was a different sister property, which was confusing. When I arrived, all large lockers were already occupied, so I could not store my suitcase. I also noticed that some guests appeared to keep locker keys before actually using the lockers, which may reduce availability for others. After contacting the host, I was initially told to use paid lockers elsewhere, despite luggage storage being advertised as an amenity. I was later told someone would come to assist us, but after already spending nearly an hour trying to resolve the situation, I decided not to wait any longer. In the end, I had to travel all the way to the airport area to leave my luggage at my next hotel and then return to the city center, which wasted a significant amount of time. It’s a shame because the apartment itself was stylish, clean, and well located, but the confusing luggage storage process, lack of available large lockers, and the way the situation was handled unfortunately left me with a disappointing final impression of an otherwise enjoyable stay.
Strong solid 3 stars . Metro is close,nice and quiet neighborhood. Reception took contact and was at our disposal. If you need baby crib they can fiks it,probably more if you ask. No lift so think about the floor you book,for us it was OK. Grocery shops are 5 to 10 min walks. Clean and tidy with some wears and tears . No floor heating in the bathrooms or apartment ,but they heat the rooms with radiators. Really solid .
