The tour was a great experience for exploring downtown Golden and learning more about its unique history and traditions. Chris was an awesome tour guide who made the experience engaging and memorable, and I definitely recommend signing up for this tour whether you're a local or visiting from out-of-state!

Great tour. Small group. Good value. Both guides were very knowledgeable. It was very hot and sunny the day we went and our guides were very mindful of trying to find shaded areas to do their talking.

The tour was entertaining and informative. We liked the blend of nature walk and city walk. Hondo is a great storyteller! He was so good to answer questions and find shade for us on a hot day. He even gave us restaurant recommendations.

We had the 2 hour tour with Kristina. Her knowledge and love of the area came through loud and clear. She was pleasant and enthusiastic telling us the stories of the old west and the history of Golden. She was also thoughtful to keep us cool in the summer heat.

The visuals were great, the stories were fascinating, and her knowledge of the area was impressive. We needed to start a little later than planned, and she was incredibly accommodating and flexible. The tour was engaging, fun, and packed with information, and she happily answered all of our questions along the way. The perfect way to learn a lot about the history of the Old West in a short amount of time. Highly recommend!

This was a great experience. We didn't really know what to expect but we were in town for a tour of Coors brewery and needed something to do after. We booked this and so glad we did. They did a great job of staying in character of the Wild West and taking us on a small walk through Golden, telling the history of the town. It was a blast.

We had a wonderful tour of Golden with Dom. She shared so much history of this beautiful town and told many stories from the Wild West days. I would highly recommend this for visitors and natives of the area!

Our guide Kilian was extremely informative about the history of Golden. He was the perfect guide making the tour educational, humorous, fun, and interactive. Stories about the area we had never heard. 2 hours passed way too quickly.

I really enjoyed this. I learned a lot of fun things about Golden that I did not know and I've lived in Denver for 25 years! My parents also enjoyed the tour. I would recommend it.

So much fun! If you’re staying in Golden, you absolutely NEED to do this tour. There’s a lot of interesting history in the area. We wished that we had signed up for the 2 hour tour!

This tour was so fun and fascinating! My friends and I were exhausted from the grueling hike up/down Red Rocks from the night before, and we debated getting up the next morning for a walking tour. We are so glad we did! Dominique was so engaging and answered our million silly questions. She went above and beyond to tell us why Golden is so special. Would definitely recommend for anyone passing through.

We weren’t sure how we’d be feeling after flying in, but once we arrived in Golden, we realized we were feeling energetic enough for a tour. The operator set us up with a Wild West Short Walking Tour with Jonathan and it was terrific. He gave us so much info about the history of the area and the stories of the people who arrived to found the town. He engaged with all of us (even the not-so-excited 18 year old) and planned our stops so I could sit some with my injured knee. He also shared ideas for other places to go and eat / drink. If you’re looking for a great storyteller, Jonathan fits the bill!

We had a great afternoon touring with Dominique. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and engaging. She did a fabulous job of making the tour fun despite the heat and the cross section of ages in the group. We learned so much about the Golden area, its people and sights. We’d recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. Super fun and interesting! And our Golden bandana is a great keepsake!
