Great tour and tasting. One of our favorite things we did on our recent trip to Colorado. Mike was a Great tour guide and Ryan and Devin were Great bartenders. It was the first thing we did after the tour of Coors field and the last thing we did before we headed back home. We recommend dropping by and having a drink or taking a tour. We loved the Pear drink and the Old Fashion. Great place and good people. Thank you!! 🩵

This was a wonderful afternoon excursion, made even better by an outstanding single‑malt selection—crafted entirely from Colorado barley, yeast, and water. The multiple tastings were absolutely worth it. Add in a professional and welcoming staff, a thoughtfully designed tour, and a guide with deep expertise (ask for Paul), and the experience was exceptional. Although I came in knowing a bit about Single Malt Scotch, I left with a much sharper appreciation for American single malt whiskey—one that can genuinely stand shoulder‑to‑shoulder with many of the best from Scotland. The one‑hour tour, generous tastings, onsite tavern, and the feeling of having made new friends make this a visit well worth your time.

Such a cool experience learning about the making of whiskey and how Stranahan’s came to be. Admission fee reasonable for tour and the length of the tour was perfect. Tour size perfect and the atmosphere was great for a working distillery. Paul our guide was great and knowledgeable. He made the experience a great one.

My wife and I recently took the Stranahan’s Whiskey Tour—it was her first time, and my first visit in over 20 years. It was even better than I remembered. ​Our guide, Michael, was exceptional: incredibly knowledgeable, well-read, and genuinely funny. The tour was outstanding, covering everything from the history of the distillery to the mechanics of their process and how to properly taste whiskey. ​Afterward, we stopped by the lounge based on a recommendation. We tried both the Old Fashioned and the Espresso Martini. Both were incredible, but the Espresso Martini—crafted with their house-made, brownie-infused whiskey—was on another level. ​Phenomenal experience overall. I'm already signing up for the bottling lottery and hope to be back soon!

This was a fantastic tour of the Stranahan facility. Our guide was awesome and kept our attention all the way through. I was so impressed by the quality of the presentation. I highly recommend it anyone who lives or visits Denver.

Stranahan’s produces great whiskey and an even better experience. Everyone on site was knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was excellent. I’ve been on several distillery tours and this one still taught me more about the process.

Our group of 5 had a great time. Michelle our guide was very informative and was able to answer all the questions the full group asked of her. Never felt rushed as we went on the tour. Tastings were a great way to sample the great products they offer. We ended up buying 5 bottles to take home and spent time enjoying the friend atmosphere in the bar. What a fantastic experience! Loved learning so much. So many different tastings very hands-on but the guy made it very interesting and fun. Didn’t expectthe tour to be so informative because we felt like we had some pretty good knowledge going in. The whiskey was very good and we really enjoyed all the tastes.

We had a great experience. We had to book the Noon tour on a Friday, but fortunately for my wife and I, it was just the two of us. A private tour with Frances. She was awesome. I like to ask a lot of questions. She was patient and kind. I walked out of there knowing more than I did going in. All of the staff was top notch. Will recommend. We bought three bottles. 😂

We had a free day in Denver and booked a tour of Stranahan's Distillery at the last minute. The tour was great - we were the only people in the group. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. Tour was pretty fast as the distillery is not that big. You get a $10 discount off a regular bottle of whiskey in the shop. That was a good deal. The Cocktail Bar was not open when we visited on a week day.

An adequately deeper dive into their whiskey making process, with notes on nose and tasting, relating American single malt to commonly known related whiskey types such as Bourbon, Rye, Scotch, and the like. Access to tastings of higher end available bottles, special limited editions, white dog straight from the still, and special tastes straight from the barrel. A unique and rewarding experience. Recommended.

This was a great tour. Knowledgeable tour guide, superb spirits and a welcoming bar staff to enjoy after the tour. We will definitely be back to visit just to hang at the bar. The flights are amazing, and bartender Steve knows his whiskey! He picked out a perfect flight for us! We will now be Stranahan regulars!

As a HUGE whiskey enthusiast, I was amazed at the knowledge of not just what Stranahan's does, but of how it fits within the whiskey industry as a whole. The Top Shelf tour is very entertaining and really has you appreciate what Stranahan's has going on.

We arrived shortly before opening and went in quickly. Lots of space to wander around. Whiskeys were tasty and interesting. Wide variety of food trucks and good quality. Everyone was enthusiastic and friendly. Will go again.
