I found the app not user friendly you have to bounce between apps with multiple codes .The actual tour did not have much content disapointed

Itinerary
Garden of the Gods is a popular tourist attraction in Colorado Springs, Colorado, known for its stunning red rock formations that resemble ancient castles and spires. The park offers a variety of hiking trails, including the popular Balanced Rock Trail, and is a great place for rock climbing, photography, and simply enjoying the natural beauty of the area. "It is free to visit." Note: The tour is over 6.5 miles long, with more than 31 audio stories, and takes about 2-3 hours per tour to complete. New, Lifetime access, no expiry. Use it anytime, on any trip, as many times as you want.
The first thing to know is that the two camels aren’t actually two different rocks. At one time, they looked no different than the rest of this rock face. But there was a small crack within one layer of the sandstone. A crack so small it was practically invisible.
The Central Gardens is an easy, two-mile trail through the heart of the Garden of the Gods. It’s an excellent introduction into this fantastic place, giving us a chance to see some of the most famous formations in the park. Note: This 6.5-mile-long tour covers the essentials of Garden of the Gods in 1-2 hours.
The Siamese Twins Trail is ahead on our right. This mile-long trail takes about 20 minutes, and features two amazing rocky spires. Turn into the parking lot on the right if you’d like to hike the trail.
It’s impossible to miss Balanced Rock from here. This huge formation appears to balance impossibly on a red sandstone platform. So how does it do it? Despite the name and appearance, this rock is actually not balancing. It’s all part of one formation!
The Giant Footprints looks like another rock formation, but something’s a little off-kilter. Literally! Ordinarily the strata of rock are horizontal, like a lasagna. But here, they’re diagonal, pointing at a 45-degree angle. It's like a giant stepped on a loose floorboard.
South Gateway Rock, which we passed earlier. Notice all the little pockmarks in the face of it? Those actually point to one of the more challenging features of climbing this kind of sandstone.

Reviews
Comprehensive and informational tour of the park. Good that you have both driving and walking instruction, so you continue to get info while in key walking trails.
The Rock formations are truly exceptional and i enjoyed it so much i can recommend spending nearer to 4 hours than 3 hours to ensure you get chance to see the Balancing Rick and Siamese twins that are a drive sway from the main section.
Garden of the Gods is breathtaking. My wife and I walked most of the trails and found the audio informative and interesting.
Easy to use. Interesting, concise info. You don't have to get out of the car if you don't want to. The program will still play accurately.
We absolutely loved the self guided driving tour because we could take our time and go back over things we missed.
This review is late due to an extremely busy few months. This is a great app to download and to use as you walk around the Garden of the Gods. It gives you a detailed description of the area you are looking at. I would recommend bringing ear pods for better hearing as the area can be a little noisy with everyone walking around. Also water and dogs are welcome. If I remember correctly the app is accessible for a year from the date downloaded. Definitely would use it again.
Very easy to follow guide and loved how they knew where we were. I will definitely use on my next trip and recommend for others to use.
This tour was the perfect companion, providing great historical context and navigating us easily through the park's must-see formations.
Tour was the perfect companion for exploring the stunning Garden of the Gods. With no entry or parking fees, this affordable guide enhances your experience with seamless, GPS-triggered narration at key spots like Balanced Rock and the Three Graces. We downloaded the app beforehand, and the detailed stories about the geology and Ute tribe legends were spot-on, adding valuable context at each stop. The ability to pause for photos or explore at our own pace made the tour even better.
Unable to download while at Garden of the Gods. A dismal failure! Very disappointed. A complete waste of money. I am so upset about the experience. Ruined the day. Would not recommend to anyone! A scam!
Couldn’t get app to work. Can I get my money back? Please, Garden of the Gods is free to go through. I didn’t really need the audio tour and since it didn’t work I’d like my money refunded.
My husband and I traveled to Aurora and had a list of things we wanted to check out, but we aren’t the greatest planners. This app was easy to use, provided directions to tour starting point and walked us through every detail. It made our traveling more enjoyable.
User friendly. We made sure everything was downloaded prior to the tour. We used CarPlay in the vehicle and air pods for the hikes. We enjoyed the information and history provided by the audio guide.
I couldn't use the app. I've tried to open the link, but there was no audio or any other information provided.
Great information about the area as you drive through. Location is extremely accurate so it is on track with where you are in the tour.
It was easy to use and wonderful! Would consider this again for future destination. This particular tour was a mix of walking and driving which was fun.
Download before getting there and make sure it downloads correctly. Works well and very knowledgeable
The guided tour app was amazing. It knew where we were and started an stopped to give us time to move. Awesome!!
My experience was that this is a rip off. The Garden of the Gods has never heard of you and the driving and walking tours are free in the entire park. I paid $16.99 for nothing.
Great information and well worth the little cost for this self guided tour. Highly recommended for anyone but especially first timers!
Garden of the Gods provides a free audio version. There’s no need to purchase this from Trip Advisor. The recording was okay though.
Wonderful way to experience the Garden of the Gods. Very helpful information making the drive-through much more enjoyable.
Best by far….so people who got the guided tour and let me tell you they were dying from the heat. So happy I got to enjoy the trip from the comfort of our car with A/C and cold drinks. We made stops when we wanted to and the app the tells you everything was AWESOME, it automatically tracks you as you walk so when you reach a point it automatically starts discussing the point of interest. It was so cool. Well worth the money and peace of mind.
Very informative. I did it solo. Would be better with a partner to help guide the journey as I made one wrong turn.
This was the best tour we’ve done in Colorado Springs, you pay $15 only and you get the app and the audio guide was so helpful explaining all landmarks. It was even better than riding the train and we paid $350 for 4 peoples to ride the train. Both though are great experiences if you biding this area. It was our first time in Colorado and gardens of the Gods the best place ever. You font need to take an expensive tour guys just do this very doable!
It did put big drain on the cell phone battery. But the info was nice to have. Glad it was audio and not all reading. Would have been even better if it worked with the cars screen system so we could both see the screens
We were charged for this self guided tour. However we never ordered or downloaded the tour. Customer service refused to refund our money, Beware of using Viator tours or visiting their website. I cant review the content of the tour because we never downloaded it or used it
Great time had by grandson and grandma and mom. Grandma age 73 climbed kindergarten and my grandson age 7 was excited😁
Just what we needed to explore the Garden of the Gods. Clear directions and the commentary was engaging without being overwhelming. Learnt a lot on the park’s history and geology while taking the breathtaking views. Highly recommended if you want a mix of information and freedom to explore.
They told me I got scammed I want my money back the park was free to begin with so we’d like our money back
There were no memorable parts. As a matter of fact, I would like to forget the whole experience--it was money WASTED!
Horrible. The park entry is free!! Nobody mentioned a place to meet up to find a guide and no mention to check your email to download some guided pre recorded message to listen as you navigate the park! Waist of money and kind of a scam for visitors!!! Don’t pay for a guided tour. The park entry is free
Waste of money. Visitor Center provides audio tour for free. I downloaded the app and it wouldn't work when we arrived at the garden.
I am from Arkansas and this was my first time to the Garden of the Gods. I thought the self guided tour added so much to the experience. Being able to to listen to the narrators details while stopped in a particular location added to the realization of what an awesome display of nature this park really is.
The tour was amazing! We learned a lot about the park's fascinating geological history, especially while strolling through the Central Garden. The tour was worth the purchase and would definitely recommend it.
Loved the tour especially the flexibility it provided, we could spend more time at the places that caught my interest and continue when we wanted. Highly Recommended.
