Ebike 2 Hour Rental Experience In Manitou Springs, Colorado

This was a unique way to explore the Garden of the Gods. We enjoyed navigating from one location to another on the bike. We are not experienced at riding but through the excellent orientation we were able to get comfortable quickly. It was a lot of fun and would do it again!

Easy access to the trail, great training of ebike, trail map and explanation was terrific. We had a great ride through Garden of the Gods and plenty of time to explore Manitou Springs and hop off the bikes for great pictures. A 2 hour rental was perfect. We saw big horn sheep and mule deer in the park. We enjoyed our self-guided tour.

Once we got comfortable with the bikes my Fiancée and I navigated Garden of the Gods well. We did have low tire pressure part way through (rarely happens) and while we were hiking on a trail we were able to call for a replacement. About 15 mins later a new one was dropped off at our location. We would highly recommend Manitou E-Bikes Co.

Was so much fun and the shop was accommodating with child seat options! You could ride along Garden of the Gods or Manitou, both are great choices.

We had a package rental deal which included a car rental from Fox car rental in Denver. They upsold us from a 2 wheel drive SUV to a 4 wheel drive SUV calling it an upgrade but they charged us an entire new rental fee as if we never had a package deal to begin with. We made the mistake of believing the agent that it was just an upgrade but they added on all the additional fees and taxes as well as a whole car rental fee, not a partial fee of an upgrade, though the fees were all supposed to be included in the original package deal. Our total fee went from $262 to $861. We only asked to have the additional fees refunded as they were double charged and Fox refused stating we accepted the high charges when we took the car. This is just unethical behavior because it is obviously grossly unfair and it should caution anyone not to trust them. We will never rent from them again and have to advise people Fox is not a partner but a shark looking to get the most from its customers, even when it is obviously unfair to the customer.

The staff here is very helpful and friendly! Brady went out of his way to guide and support us. We had a mini adventure around Garden of the Gods. It was surprising how easy it was to ride the bikes and explore this breathtaking park! I HIGHLY recommend this excursion. Well worth the money for this easy way to sight see and have quality time with the family! We will be back for sure!

I’ve shopped at this store many times in the past and have always enjoyed it, which makes this experience especially upsetting. I visited with my father, who is disabled and currently undergoing cancer treatment. Shortly after we entered the store, he said he urgently needed to use a restroom due to a medical condition. I began to direct him toward the restroom inside the shop that I had previously used, when the woman working interrupted me and said the restroom was outside. When I asked whether my father could use the restroom inside, she waved her hands dismissively, looked back down at her computer, and said, “I’m the only one here.” There were no other customers in the store at the time. My father was then forced to leave the shop and walk to a public restroom outside. I later called the store hoping to share feedback with the owner or management, as this was a business I had previously recommended to others. When I asked for the owner’s information, the person who answered refused to share it and told me to submit feedback through the website. When I attempted to respond, I was hung up on. I have since learned that the individual I interacted with in the store and on the phone was in fact the owner herself, Barb. This makes the dismissiveness in the store, the refusal to engage, and the lack of accountability even more concerning. I can no longer recommend this business, particularly to families with disabled loved ones or people of color.

This was an amazing experience. All the teens had a blast. Mom and I enjoyed the freedom to explore each site. e-bikes was a huge family win!

E bikes are definitely best way to explore Garden of the Gods. No need for a guided tour you can easily explore at own pace. This place is best to get high quality bikes at reasonable price. We made a res and bikes were all set to go and seats adjusted when we walked in. Great tutorial by owner to get you comfortable if a first timer. He couldn’t have been nicer, even escorted us to park entrance.

Perfect way to view Garden of the Gods!!! We rented the e-bikes for 2 hours and we had so much fun and took unbelievable pictures. The instruction we were given was great and he even took us to the trailhead to make sure we were comfortable before leaving us on our own. I wouldn't have wanted to tour Garden of the Gods any other way! Would do it again!!

We booked here based on prior reviews. So ditto on the quality of the bikes, friendly and professional owners (Greg and son) and easy access to Garden of the Gods. This was my husband’s and my first time on an e-bike. Very clear and easy instructions. Greg escorted us to within a 1/2 mile from the entrance to make sure we knew what we were doing and not get lost. That extra touch was greatly appreciated. An e-bike was hands down the best way to get around. We passed fairly long lines of cars trying to park. I had debated whether to book a guided tour or self directed tour (which we did with this rental establishment). I’m so glad we went on our own as we went on our time and very easy to know where we were going. I think the only reason to go with a guided tour is some can go off the main road . But as our first visit to Garden of the Gods and riding an e-bike, the paved roads were just right. There was so very much to see from the paved roads . We rented for 2 hours which also worked out perfectly. We started at 10:00am- a good recommendation from another review as parking in town does fill up. We were able to street park in front of the e-bike rental. If you are in the Colorado Springs area, you need to check this out. It was amazing and way better than I expected. My husband loved it too!

We had a fabulous ride and tour. Our guide was fantastic with information about the area, all the right stops, and helping us as semi-novel e-bike riders. I highly recommend! We had previously toured the garden but still loved this ride. Great to see history of the town too!

What a great way to see Garden of the Gods. Pick up was easy, we were instructed on how to use the bikes and were led to the trail head by staff. Will definitely rent again in the future.

Great exercise and relaxing at the same time. Also gives you excellent site viewing experience of the garden of the gods. You do not have to be a great bike rider for this to be a fun.

E-Bikes are a great way to experience the Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. They were simple to operate and it was nice to be able to stop and go as we please.

The owners really took care of us making sure we were comfortable on the bikes and guided us on the best places to explore. I highly recommend this company and experience!

This was a great experience for our multi generational family (Grandma and Grandpa-60 ish, Mom-30 something, Grandson 18.) We received thorough training on the bikes, then it was off to Garden off the Gods for a 2 hour ride. Having an e- bike made the ride up and down the mountain easy for all. The staff was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this experience!

Bikes are very well maintained and work great. Good instructions were given before guide leads you out of town and makes sure you’re comfortable with handling your bike. Guide leads you out of town to bike at your pace and where you want. Must go through Garden of the Gods!

We rented ebikes to ride through Garden of the Gods and it was by far my favorite experience during our visit to Manitou Springs. This was my first time riding an ebike and it was incredibly easy and user-friendly. I think people of all ages would enjoy them. They even had a child seat for my one year old daughter.

Went when there was still snow but it made it soooo pretty the white snow, the red rocks and the green pines... was breathtaking. Reminded me of Sedona. Such a beautiful time to go.

Easy check in process. Staff are friendly and welcoming and explain everything in detail to make you feel comfortable if this is your first time riding an ebike! Competitive pricing and flexibility. I highly recommend! I will be returning.

I really enjoy being able to take my time to stop and see things.The Garden of the Gods is a beautiful scenic ride and I loved being able to ride with pedal assist so I woukd not use all my energy (unless I wanted to) LOL. I could stop where I wanted to, to take pictures and linger. The team was so helpful with setting us up on bikes, teaching us safety and bike etiquette so we can enjoy our time after they escort us to the Garden of the Gods. Highly recommend as a must do when in the area!

Amazing scenery of Manitou Springs and totally made the trip for us. Worth taking your kids or spouse! So happy we got to do it.

This was such a fun experienced- highly recommend!! It was even a lil rainy but you don’t have to wait in traffic. It’s a beautiful ride!

Best way to get around Manitou Springs and Garden of the gods. Easy to navigate traffic and park anywhere. Love those ebikes, plenty of range and throttle when needed. they even loaned us some tie downs to attach our backpacks to the rack.

Bikes worked great and Greg and Sam were extremely easy to work with and had plenty ideas of how to enjoy it the most! The website was very user friendly and they responded with any questions we had in a matter of minutes not days.

This EBike tour is absolutely amazing. EBikes are SO MUCH FUN. And to be that close to the breathtaking views, wind in your hair, sun on your shoulders..... It's blissful. Anyone can ride! You don't have to be athletic. Just have a sense of adventure and you'll have the time of your life.

What a great time! My wife and I had a blast riding through Garden of the Gods on an eBike! Greg and Sam are the nicest guys, they truly care about their customers and about making sure we got our money's worth out of the experience. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. We will be back for sure!
