Duration: 2 hoursAfter you book with Silver Mountain Express online you receive reservation confirmation letter to your email. The day before your trip you receive reminder text message.
When you arrive to Denver International Airport, check your phone for your driver’s information. If you did not receive a message from your driver, call Customer Service.
Proceed to baggage claim and collect all luggage (5th floor).
After you have gathered all your bags, proceed to the exit (5th floor). Text or call your driver immediately with the door number. It usually takes driver about 5 minutes after you text the door number to get there from holding area. If you are on the east side of the terminal, exit through doors 507 or 511. If you are on the west side of the terminal, exit through doors 506 or 510.
After you exit, cross the first street. On the first island, there will be a booth with a sign that reads “LIMO”. Your driver will meet you there.

Very pleasant.
We booked a vehicle for 7 passengers to go from Denver to vail. We indicated that we would have 7 checked bags and 6 pairs of skis. The vehicle was far far too small to accommodate our group. We had to pile luggage inside the passenger cabin resulting in an extremely unsafe environment (multiple hard sided suitcases stacked between seats, ski bags stacked across the rows). If there had been any sort of disruption or accident we would have been in an extremely dangerous situation (ski bay flying through the window, roller suitcases smashing into someone's head). Additionally, the driver was completely apathetic about the situation and made no effort to help. When I called the dispatch service to ask for another vehicle they essentially laughed at me. The customer service here was atrocious and the result was a highly dangerous drive over a mountain pass. I would not recommend this $1000 "luxury service" to anyone ever. Do not use silver mountain express - there are lots of better alternatives.

Absolutely wonderful experience with this car service from the beginning to the end. We've had Alex as our driver and he was so friendly and knowledgeable about the mountains. He took us from Denver Airport to Vail and back in 4 days. Vehicles were very clean and luxurious. We felt safe knowing that he was the one making sure we got from the airport from Vail. I will absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a good reliable private car service to Vail.
