Amanda was a great guide and not having to drive allowed us to view all the scenery easily. Jeep was comfy and Amanda very knowledgeable about the area.

While pricey, when you have a knowledgeable driver you can take in all the scenery and leave the driving to the experts. Along the way we got interesting tidbits about the history of Pikes Peak and stopped at some prime viewing spots on the way up and down. Kevin kept us engaged and interested and attended to all our needs. The jeep was comfortable and allowed for great viewing. They had snacks and water to enjoy and took family photos for us. Easy meet up and drop off point. We felt like it was money well spent to see the Peak. Thanks for the memories!

Kevin was a great guide for our trip up Pikes Peak. Safe driver and knowledgeable of the area. Learned history of the mountain and was anle to see areas not before experienced.

Our tour guide Mark was amazing! His knowledge of the area, history of the peak, landscape and animals was more than we had expected! He made the tour a learning experience that was fun for the adults and kids. The jeep was clean and comfy. There were plenty of snacks and drinks to choose from and the meet up location was easy to find and safe. If we had more time I would request him for another tour.

Mark was wonderful; he shared so much interesting facts and always made sure we were good to go. Would highly suggest this tour and Mark!

We had Amanda for our tour guide. From the time we got into the jeep. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. On our way up to the summit. We saw a herd of mountain goats on the side of the road. By the time we saw them she had passed. She took it upon herself to turn around and stop. She stayed there so we could take pictures. At the summit she took pictures of us and we included her. We also had some snow at the top. We had a great time with her throughout the tour. I definitely would suggest her as your guide.

You have to take time before the trip to get used to the higher elevation, which includes drinking lots of water so you can avoid altitude sickness. Our driver, Kevin, was prepared with water & snacks as he drove slowly up the mountain. The views are spectacular. He stopped periodically so we could take pictures and checked on how we were doing. There are a couple of gift shops along the way where we could browse without the crowds at the top. When we reached the peak there was time for more pictures, a snack ( donuts), shopping & their museum. On the way down there is a stop where the. Condition of each vehicle's brakes are checked. Many drivers had to pull over to let their brakes cool. Our driver was using 1st gear for the descent to protect his brakes. So we didn't have to stop. Being able to enjoy the views , and letting an experienced driver negotiate the switchbacks both up & down is worth the price of a tour. Kevin, our driver with Rapp tours, made our trip fun, informative, & restful. I highly recommend this tour.

Our jeep tour of Pike’s Peak with Amanda was fantastic! We could truly appreciate the scenery without the stress of driving. Amanda was friendly, energetic, and informative. She stopped at all the scenic viewpoints, took pics of us, and we got to take our time at the summit. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We showed up on a foggy, cold morning when the weather was only calling for rain later in the afternoon. I was afraid the tour wouldn’t be worth it because we wouldn’t be able to see much due to the fog, but we showed up anyway and met Amanda. Amanda was super cheery, assured us it would be a great tour, and she didn’t disappoint! She had a super nice Jeep with a retractable hard top, snacks, Gatorade and water in the back, and drove us up as far as we could go before getting stopped due to icy roads to the top. Amanda was so much fun, knowledgeable, and took us through Manitou Springs after we got down. I can’t wait to book another tour with Amanda! Couldn’t recommend enough! Book now!

I had the best time ever with the best tour guide !!!!! Amanda was so nice and just so full of personality she was as bubbly and as excited as we were going into the tour! She is literally the best, not only did she knew everything about everything but she made us feel very happy and comfortable through the whole ride like No awkwardness just fulll of excitement and adventure!! I wish I was a really great writer that could put down on paper what happened with the experience. I’m not but I want you to know it was nothing short of magical. This tour started in a parking lot for the meet up. I met my tour guide Amanda. Right away she started talking to me like she was an old friend that I’ve know forever. She told me about the snacks that they have. The water and Gatorade. Just making sure I was going to be completely at ease. I got in the jeep and we drove to the gate at the start of the trek. Right away the lady at the gate house knew Amanda and they exchanged pleasantries. We had postponed the trip from the original time at 11 to 1 o’clock because it had snowed the night before and the summit wasn’t open yet. At the gate they told us the summit had just opened up. Amanda was so excited like it was going to be her first time to see it. When you are with someone that has all that enthusiasm for the moment it really adds to the experience. I had never been to Pikes Peak before. Amanda made stops along the way up and we took pictures. She is very knowledgeable about the whole mountain, the town and how the road got there. I really can’t say enough about how much her enthusiasm and excitement for the trip made me feel so much better. I asked Amanda when we got back down from the trip how often she makes it to the Summit every year and she said over 700 times a year she’s been doing this for 10 years plus that makes over 7000 trips to the summit, but it truly felt like maybe it was her first with her enthusiasm to go there and the way she pointed things out and how excited she was to see them the way I was. I really don’t understand how someone could do this 7000 times and still have the enthusiasm that she does. It was an amazing day and I highly recommend this tour and I just wanna say thanks to Amanda for making this one best days of my life!

Great excursion! Amanda, our jeep driver was super - friendly, energetic and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour - don’t drive yourself because you’ll miss the sightseeing as you will have to focus on the steep and winding roads. Bring a jacket - it’s cold at the summit.

Micheal was personable and knowledgeable. The pace of the tour was just right. As an added bonus, he knew the places for great photo ops and was most willing to take our pictures with us in them. The excursion was worth every penny. This tour is the only way to experience Pikes Peak.

It was the perfect way to see Pikes Peak. Our driver, Burley, gave us tons of information and made the whole ride fun and entertaining. No hunting for a place to park at the stop sights. Everyone gets to enjoy the view, including the driver.

Our guide, Amanda, was amazing! She gave us lots of information about Pikes Peak as we ascended in our jeep. She knew both current and historical information. She stopped along the way with both predetermined spots and others that we wanted. She had such an outgoing personality and was so much fun. You could tell this wasn’t just a job for her, she really loves what she does.

My husband is 6 ft 5 in. I am 5 ft 8 in. We were unable to go on the trip because the jeep wasn't able to accommodate us all comfortably. 5 adults in a 4+ seat jeep couldn't be a very good experience.

It was wonderful to have someone else drive the winding roads up and then down from Pikes Peak. The views are spectacular.

It was very personalized! We had plenty of time to stop and take pictures. Burly was very informative, personable and friendly. This is a much better option than taking the train. We never felt rushed. We felt safe and trusted his expertise.

This is a first class operation. Clean and very new sharp looking Jeep, they provide water, Gatorade and a plethora of snack options at no additional cost. But the most important part of an adventure like this is always going to be the guide and Michael was exceptional to say the least. Very personable, very knowledgeable and made myself and my family feel very at ease and comfortable. Pike's Peak is a drive that not everyone is comfortable on and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. He was great about taking pics for us and never rushed us at all. He made a lot of stops and knows the best spots for great pics. We got to see mountain goats, marmots, deer and other little critters, lots of wildlife. I'd highly recommend this company and more importantly Michael as your guide.

My daughter and I were both excited yet nervous about our planned adventure. Amanda was the absolute best guide and put our fears to rest immediately with her skilled driving and fun nature. We had the best time viewing the spectacular scenery and learning the history of the park, the building of the road and learning about the wildlife. We stopped several times to take in the views and see Big horn sheep and the sweet little marmots. When we arrived at the summit we had time to look around, get the famous donuts and shop a little. The tour exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend. Thanks, Amanda, for helping to create a beautiful lifetime memory for my daughter and me.

Amanda is the absolute best tour guide! It was a fun and easy way to see the summit of pikes peak instead of trying to drive and enjoy the scenery . We were able to relax, joke, and even learn more about Amanda. She had the most knowledge about the Peak and all of the history. 12/10 would recommend her.
