Vail is my happy place where I take off to go relax for a bit in the mountains, so I've tried out a number of hotels there just to experience another part of this beautiful Bavarian town. However, after staying here, I may have to adopt a regular place! I love that it's family run still, and you can tell that they care. The service is great, the property is beautiful, and the interior finishes remind me of the home I grew up in, which is super nostalgic and cozy.

We had a very nice two-day stay here during a bicycling vacation. The hotel had a very nice lobby bar, and a large fireplace with comfortable seating. The hotel also had a nice breakfast bar with made-to-order omelets. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. Ours had a mini-fridge and microwave, and gas fireplace.
We had an incredible stay at the Tivoli Lodge, and a huge part of that was thanks to Jesus at the front desk! He was exceptionally nice, incredibly welcoming, and went above and beyond to help us with our requests. Honestly, the entire staff here is phenomenal and made us feel right at home. The service across the board was just fantastic. We will absolutely be coming back, and I’ll be recommending this lodge to everyone I know. If you're planning a trip to Vail, look no further!
Overrated. First of all, our room had no AC and staff did not seem to care. Said it was ‘central’ air but that fan ran all night just recycling warm air. Secondly, we used their exercise room and was very surprised to see the manager (Keira or Kira but I’ll just call her Karen) and her personal fitness trainer using a facility designed for guests. Normally wouldn’t be an issue but they had no respect for the space and the guests using the space. They talked all hour at a level that was just way too loud. My wife couldn’t take hearing them talk about “their issues” and left. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk I could tell she knew exactly what I was talking about. She was the one who informed me that it was actually the manager I was complaining about! Karen then came out and spoke down to me like, so what, we were talking. Refused to comp the parking which was fine however, her privileged attitude needs to be addressed! Bottom line is the facilities are for paying guests and NOT for staff. Yes Karen, you may be the manager but you are also staff. I didn’t serve my country for thirty years to be treated like crap! Stay away, there are many better options (The Lodge at Vail)
What can I say about Tivoli lodge but wow. It was a wonderful experience. We sadly only got to stay for one night, but it was worth it. The staff is so professional and thoughtful. We called down several times for things and they were at our door within moments. The shower was delightful, and having separate tub and shower was quite a nice option. The view was beautiful, and within walking distance to restaurants and stores.
