The Ritz-carlton, Denver

I wanted to recognize Megan Barrett at The Ritz-Carlton, Denver, for being so wonderful to work with. We're bringing our three daughters to ELWAY'S for Christmas dinner, and I had reached out with a few questions about the menu and some concerns about one of our daughter's severe food allergies. Megan couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. She took the time to answer my questions, send over the menus, and reassure me that the restaurant could accommodate our daughter's allergies. What I especially appreciated was that after I made our reservation, she actually went back, found it, and made sure the allergy information was added. It's a small thing, but that kind of attention to detail really means a lot, especially when you're a parent trying to plan a nice holiday dinner for your family. We haven't even been to the restaurant yet, and Megan has already made such a great impression. The Ritz-Carlton is lucky to have her. Thank you, Megan!

Honestly this review has 5 stars purely for the bellman/valet who went out of the way to make our stay memorable. Michelle! This review is long overdue but I think back to it often! We went for Mother’s Day and attended the Monster Jam in Denver over the weekend. Michelle was so attentive and memorable and personable that I feel like this hotel could ride off of her! Simply amazing, remembered details about us and made me and my family feel so special. I would also like to note the chef whom we spoke to for quite some time. He’s from Germany. He also made our experience wonderful. Thanks all around but these two in particular really caught our eye! Rooms were clean and bathroom was great, though the marble is slippery!!! Never been a Denver fan but that’s just me!

Everything was perfect, including the hotel. We had dinner at Elway's, and the food and service were excellent. If you want to spend a nice evening with your family or spouse, you can't go wrong dining here. The ahi tuna tartare was outstanding absolutely delicious. For the main course, the salmon and steak were both cooked perfectly and tasted excellent. The service was attentive, professional, and made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Elway's if you're traveling to Denver and looking for a great dining experience. We will definitely be back!

Definitely 5 stars. If I could give 100 I would. We stayed at this Ritz Carlton and it was amazing. Vouchers are very helpful in a big city like Denver Co. Concierge is very helpful, front desk is friendly, and the fruit water in the lobby is to die for. The strawberry, blueberry, and orange one is my favorite. I like the chandeliers in the elevator. Our room was very nice too. Bathrooms are very nice and clean, room service for breakfast is great. Food is very tasty. One problem we had though was 3/4 of the nights we had room service there were nats in the bread basket. That was a consistent problem we had. I've also stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Pentagon City and this one is definitely cleaner and better. 5 stars. Great job.
