Fantastic experience at The Jacquard in Cherry Creek! The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The space is stylish and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Cherry Creek North with great shopping and dining steps away. Everything was clean, well run, and thoughtfully done. We'll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone visiting or staying local in Denver.
We spent Labor Day weekend at The Jacquard to celebrate a friend’s milestone birthday and we had so much fun! The staff made sure we had everything we needed—they were amazing! From check in to pool time to brunch to check out we were taken care of at every turn. Reshma made check in breezy. Casey and Rafael made sure our day at the pool was terrific. Nichole handled our large group for Brunch with ease. She was so kind! The managers made sure our weekend had plenty of sweet treats. And our rooms were so clean! And our group coordinator had wonderful things to say about Jamie whom she worked with closely to coordinate the weekend activities. Way to go team!! Can’t wait to come back! . ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜
Hotel was in a good location and felt very safe. Lots of shops around along with food. The only downfall was a lot of construction and massive buildings going up. We did not have any noise from that but it was the weekend so not sure how the week days are with noise. Jackson at the valet was very nice and helpful- gave us a great breakfast recommendation. The entire staff with valet was great- always had the car pulled up within 3 minutes. Great service! Would stay here again!
Beautiful and comfortable stay at The Jacquard. Aaron was very professional and efficient with our valet service every time throughout our stay, and the front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, helping us get settled quickly at check-in. The rooms were very clean and comfortable as well. The only complaint, if any, is that there’s a fair amount of construction going on around the hotel. Besides that, great service all around — thank you Aaron and the front desk team!
Joseph and Jackson were great at the outside service station! Always got our car ready in no time and offered us water. The staff at the restaurant and hotel bar were also amazing. Overall all staff we met were fantastic. This was definitely more of an adult friendly than kid friendly hotel but we didn’t feel too out of place with our 8 and 10 year olds.
