Excellent customer service from the front desk staff. Friendly housekeeping staff; I appreciate the deep cleaning and accomodations asked for. Beautiful interior design, great location, interesting history and art work displayed. The only thing I would note is that some guests require firmer pillows, but I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Fort Collins that this hotel is ideal.

Stayed there one night. The rooms were clean and comfy. We enjoyed the roof top lounge. They had indoor and outdoor seating. They have an old fashioned reord player in our room. You can go downstairs to pick up a vinyl record and play it in your room. The sound quality of our record player wasn't super great, but it was fun to play a record.
Beautiful lobby. The rooms were very "Marriott," which was a bit disappointing because I was expecting something more "next level." No free upgrade for my status. Instead I was offered to pay an extra $600+ a night to get a better room. Regular kureg in the room with no water bottles even though my status also includes that. The Armstrong has a nespresso machine in the room and free in room tea service. For the money I will stay at the Armstrong next time and forego my Marriott point/night accumulations. The record collection was a bit limited compared to other art/music Autograph hotels. My room wasn't serviced/cleaned during my stay either. But the room was very clean.
We got married in Fort Collins this June, and we booked a hotel block with The Elizabeth Hotel. Our guests were all incredibly happy with their rooms, as well as the location of the hotel in downtown Fort Collins. We worked with Tami and Felix on the room block and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. My husband and I booked a suite for the wedding, but the dates were listed incorrectly when we checked in. The manager, Brandon Lin, went above and beyond to find a solution. Once a solution was reached, Brandon shared his phone number with us to ensure if we had any issues or additional concerns we could reach him directly. He went above and beyond to help us have a great weekend with our friends and family, and we're so grateful to Brandon and his whole staff for being understanding, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend The Elizabeth Hotel for a wedding block or any trips to Fort Collins.
You can’t beat the location of this hotel. Located in the heart of downtown Fort Collins, you’re within walking distance of so many places to eat, hang out, and shop from. The hotel itself was a good experience. We loved our room and the unique aspect of the hotels music theme. Every room has a record players and records are available throughout the hotel lobby to borrow. Our record player didn’t seem to work, but it was whatever. The in room amenities were nice, although I wish the rooms had an electric kettle. For a 5 star hotel I would have expected more bathroom amenities too. There is hotel parking for $20ish/night that we utilized and found convenient, especially since parking in the downtown area was limited to 2-hours in most places. The hotel room walls were quite thin. It didn’t bother us much but we could hear people in the rooms next to us fairly easily.
