The guest services member at reception was delightful—very friendly and informative.
The Corner King Suite was spacious, but it had some housekeeping issues. I spoke with Megan Brock, Rooms Operation Manager, and she was very helpful and understanding of our concerns. Excellent customer service!
The location was perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the back lawn while waiting for the shuttle to Red Rocks.
We booked the Red Rocks shuttle through The Eddy, and I highly recommend it for a hassle-free concert night. No parking stress or long hikes!
This Hotel is in a beautiful surrounding and has great views,food and drinks. Also the layout is incredible. The fact you can check out one of 6 e-bikes and 2 mountain bikes as easy as a front desk request and it’s included with hotel stay is amazing and convenient the trails and paths along the creek is breathtaking. Customer service and actual genuine friendliness is what separates and escalates this to 5 stars as the rooms are nice and clean but not at typical 5 star rating. But that isn’t why you’re here. This place is meant to enjoy the entire area on site and around the incredible designed hotel/resort (almost) I want to stress how impressed myself and Wife were with the genuine hospitality and everyone on staff I interacted with and observed excelled at professionalism and going above and beyond. Thanks for an incredible stay The Eddy! You made our stay memorable and easy low to zero maintenance. You guys get it. Very refreshing to know this still exists. Truly one of coolest places to stay. Thanks Again.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience with the Eddy Taproom & Hotel! We used the Eddy for our wedding rehearsal dinner and welcome party. From the very beginning of the planning process, Kyley was incredibly responsive, organized, and thoughtful, making every step of the planning process feel easy and stress-free.
Our weekend was everything we had hoped for and more. The food and drinks were exceptional, the service was great, and our guests are still talking about how wonderful the entire experience was.
The hotel itself is so beautiful. The rooms were spotless, and comfortable, the views are incredible, and the location was perfect for bringing all of our family and friends together for the weekend.
Kyley and her team played such an important role in making one of the most meaningful weekends of our lives so memorable. The Eddy is a solid boutique hotel. We have stayed multiple times. A highlight of each trip has been their exceptional breakfast and indoor/outdoor dining area. This particular trip Sarah took excellent care of our family during breakfast. She kept the bar/buffet/dining area spotless and her cheerful spirit was a blessing.
Stayed at The Eddy Taproom & Hotel and had a great experience. The rooms were beautiful and the views from the nearby trail were gorgeous. Borrowed the hotel’s e-bikes, which were in excellent condition and fully charged. As a first-time rider, I really appreciated the help from the front desk. Joey was incredibly kind and helpful in getting everything set up.
The location is unbeatable and everything felt walkable. Ate at the Eddy Taproom and also visited the Golden Mill. Arriving right when it opens is the best way to get great seating. Had drinks at Mountain Toad, and the standout meal was Sherpa House with incredible Nepalese food. Loved the vibe of walking through the taproom to reach the rooms, and the coffee on each floor was a really nice touch.
