Highly recommend on all fronts. The staff here is highly concerned for your comfort and convenience. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The robe in the bathroom was divine. I've experienced many in my travels, but this one stood out. The shower was one I didn't want to get out of. I could've stayed in there for days. Thanks for hosting our HAN Convening. It was a great experience in part because of you.

Overall, we had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and housekeeping did a good job throughout our stay. The hotel staff were also friendly and helpful. One of the biggest perks was the complimentary Lyft service, which was extremely convenient and added a lot of value to our stay. Unfortunately, the location was a concern. There were a lot of unhoused people around the outside of the building, and because of this, we did not feel particularly comfortable or safe walking around the area in the evening. We ended up relying on the complimentary Lyft more than we otherwise would have. The restaurant, Fire, was also a major disappointment. We ate breakfast there every morning because it was included with our Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts benefit, but the food was consistently underwhelming. The buffet was often cold, and the food was only reliably warm when we went right when breakfast opened. On the mornings we went about an hour after opening, they frequently had items that had run out and had not been replenished. The selection was also fairly limited and did not improve much from day to day. The spacious room, friendly staff, housekeeping, and free Lyft were definite positives, but the surrounding area and especially the breakfast at Fire took away from the overall experience. If breakfast is not included in your stay, I would recommend saving your money and eating elsewhere.
From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay at The ART Hotel Denver was exceptional. From valet, to the front desk, to guest services, to the restaurant, every interaction was warm, welcoming, and professional. Isabella and Emily especially stood out during our stay. They were always friendly, genuinely happy to help, and had a smile on their faces every time we saw them. It’s those little interactions that really make a hotel stay memorable. I work in hospitality myself and oversee a team of 136 employees in the Boston area, so I know how difficult it is to create a consistently great guest experience across an entire property. This hotel does it incredibly well. The hotel itself is beautiful. The artwork immediately makes you fall in love with the building when you walk through the doors, and that experience continues as you explore the property. It gives the hotel so much personality and makes it feel completely different from a typical hotel stay. I also highly recommend dining at the restaurant. We had an amazing meal, and the crab dip and rigatoni were definitely the highlights for me. Beautiful property, wonderful staff, great food, and an experience that felt special from beginning to end. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Denver. Highly recommend!
Reviewing this hotel because many of the existing reviews are misleading. This is the biggest hotel disappointment we have encountered in months of travel. It is a marginally maintained hotel staffed by people unfamiliar with hospitality and associated with an unimpressive restaurant/bar. Room: 2/5 - The room is large but it’s basically furnished with wires/dents/stains on full display. The bathroom has 2 sinks but water only trickles from one then runs all over the counter. The towel bar and toilet paper holder are falling out of the wall. The robe was warm and fluffy, but only one provided for 2 people. The bed is just bad, with divots in the mattress from people who have stayed before…like one might expect in a 2-star highway inn. Staff: 1/5 - The friendliest person was the gentleman cleaning the floors. All front desk staff on the phone while we and others waited to check in. We also waited for some time at the bar, which was staffed by only one person when at least 2 were needed. Our room was changed after check-in and the reason given was “dunno, maybe a maintenance issue.” And restaurant staff literally sighed when I asked to use my breakfast vouchers. Then we were charged twice for drinks. The general vibe is that staff is doing us a favor by allowing us to stay here. Restaurant: 1/5 - “Fire” is a miss. Had dinner, drinks and breakfast…all meh. Breakfast parfait included blueberry stems and the rest was unremarkable. Dinner salad was worse - including canned tangerine segments and a lump of hard raisins. Housekeeping: 3/5 - Room was clean enough, but neighbors’ food and trash remained outside their doors for a full day. On the bright side, the gym is nice and the valets are very helpful.
Great location, nice amenities, friendly staff in the hotel. The lobby and the art in the elevators was really cute. We were quite comfortable during our stay. The restaurant was definitely the downside. Very slow and we had a hard time getting anyone to help us order despite being one of only 3 tables that were seated for an afternoon drink on the patio. The cocktails were good but since the service was so poor, we decided not to stick around and wait for a second drink.
