Manor Vail is an excellent place to stay while visiting Vail! The customer service from the front desk to custodial crew is top notch! We always enjoy our stay each year at Manor Vail! Great breakfast, lunch and dinner with some fun additions like lemonade and cookies each afternoon!
Our son was playing in a lax tournament and we booked a marriott down the road a few months sago… the last minute we decided to look for something closer to the field. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience! For the same price as a traditional hotel we experience a more authentic vail experience and loved the location
We have stayed in Vail several times including the Arabelle and other high end condos but none have matched Manor. The rooms are good but the service is world class - Jasmine at the front desk is delightful and we had one of the best hotel breakfasts anywhere in the world. The staff here makes a huge difference
Great day stay for a quick work trip. Really appreciated the cleanliness, comfort and layout of the studio and the big comfy bed. Loved the deck with forest and creek view and hearing the creek. Very well equipped kitchen – really appreciated that quality stainless steel cookware was offered. Nice touches like humidifier. Grounds are beautiful with nice pool/areas and access to Gore Creek trails is awesome. Staff was excellent – particularly Jazmin at the front desk. Small opportunities for improvement would be more “natural“ body care products and smart TV. Overall, really enjoyed and would return – thanks!
Stayed in unit 245 at Manor Vail for an annual ski trip and it delivered on every front. The location is hard to beat. You're right there at the base of Vail Mountain, so the walk to the gondola is about as short as it gets. No shuttle logistics, no early morning scramble. The unit itself was spotless when we arrived and well maintained throughout. Everything felt updated and taken care of, which makes a difference when you're splitting a place with a group. The front desk really set this place apart, though. So helpful..., like in a "let me actually solve that for you" way. Made the whole trip seamless from check-in to checkout. Would absolutely book 245 again next season.
