We stayed at Hotel Jerome in August for several days, and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Aspen, and the hotel has a great combination of history, character, comfort, and service.
A special thank-you to Jack, who paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our stay. That level of personal attention really stood out.
The entire team was welcoming, professional, and clearly focused on making guests feel well looked after. You can tell that pleasing their clients is part of the culture here, not just something they say.

We were lucky to have the most spectacular stay here for a few nights in the presidential suite. The suite was clean, spacious, and luxurious. Service was impeccable and we felt very welcome; the concierge always checked in on us, and the staff in front helped us organize any rides we needed. The bars downstairs were excellent, especially J-bar, which we frequented multiple times for their delicious food and martinis. The hotel itself is historic, charming, and its location can’t be beat. I enjoyed my stay so much I hunted down a HJ cap to buy at the spa - I think they should consider having more merch like t-shirts! All in all, an unforgettable experience, and we know where we will be staying the next time we are back. Thank you so much to the Hotel Jerome family for treating us to such an exceptional experience.
This is such a beautifully preserved, historic property. My favorite night in Aspen was spent in the bar enjoying Hotel Jerome's amazing chicken noodle soup, pot de crème and trivia night (Tuesdays, with thinking caps included).
I lived staying here. Everything was great. The rooms are big. The service is excellent. The food also amazing. It's definitely pricey but that's auberge. The welcome drink was amazing--highly recommend. We rented bikes from the shop and went to maroon bells. Great experience.

Also one of my fave parts was the pool which is open 24/7. Rare to have access to a hotel pool for a late night swim! Really enjoyed that.
We had a wonderful stay. We arrived on Thursday and immediately fell in love with the property. The atmosphere was beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. The accommodations were comfortable, the common areas were well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.
From the moment we walked in, my wife immediately started taking pictures of the magnificent interior. The design, décor, and attention to detail throughout the property were absolutely stunning and created a warm, upscale atmosphere that made a lasting impression.
The location was excellent, and the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Whether enjoying the property itself or simply taking in the surroundings, everything contributed to a memorable getaway.
