Rilwan is definitely one of the best tuk-tuk tour guides in Colombo! He showed me around the city, was always on time, and explained all the important landmarks along the way. He also gave me helpful tips for my future travels to other cities in Sri Lanka since I’m traveling solo. What I appreciated most was how thoughtful and helpful he was, even offering to drop me at the bus station and help me find an AC bus to Sigiriya. Mr rilwan was very nice and showed me several sites. In addition he took me for a massage , to buy beer n souvenirs. He was amicable to anywhere I wanted to go. For Columbo, he is your guy. So easy and can drive in that crazy traffic!!!

What a great day!! Rilwan was the best tour guide we’ve had on our cruise and we been on the this boat for 120 days. I can’t say enough, he was communicative, let us request special deviances from the normal route!! After our tour he had his guy take us for hair cuts. At the end of the tour we were so impressed that we took him to the Lotus Tower for dinner, we even got him to try sushi first the first time. Don’t even think about going with anybody else.. My friends and I had a wonderful experience. Awesome tour. Rilwan and his team, took us to so many places of Colombo, so we felt we had a comprehensive view of the city. Rilwan was great, keeping close communication even before the tour and then making sure everything was all right. The tuk tuk is a wonderful way of seeing this city and we had much fun. The tour was fun and he took very good pictures too. We absolutely recommend it.

I travelled to Sri Lanka with my husband and 2 children for the first time and I booked Rilwan to show us around Colombo. It was a brilliant day (5 hour tour in total) and we saw so many things, the kids loved it. Rilwan was friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgable. The Tuk Tuk was clean and in great condition. He was a safe driver too. I would highly recommend booking the tour to see the highlights of the city.

We toured the city in a lovely little tuk tuk. It was everything we expected and more. A lovely driver who pointed out all the important sights and explained the history of Colombo. We really enjoyed it.

Great trip with Fathia and his tuk tuk drivers Our driver was a perfect gentle very respectful I am going to say he was called Nisha ? We saw some wonderful temples had great photo opportunities Only negative and it’s tiny is three shops the last was the best it had everything But other than that great trip definitely recommend it

We had a fun morning with Fathi and his team of tuk-tuk drivers. The traffic in Colombo is next-level chaotic, but we felt safe with our driver, Stifan, as he expertly negotiated his way through the craziness. If you love temples, there are 4 on this tour, all very beautiful. Wear slip on shoes as you will need to remove them to enter the temples. You will also need to cover your bare shoulders and legs (if knees are showing), so take a shawl or borrow one at the temple. Have fun!

Great tour. Our driver spoke English well. The tour is done as a convoy of Tuk Tuks so not a lot of customization possible, just travelled as a group with some waiting for other customers to be ready to move on. Lots of stops, good photo spots and help from our driver taking photos. Very interesting as our first time in Colombo. Excellent value tour.

Our day on the Tuk Tuk tour was great! It’s a bit chaotic at first getting the Tuk Tuks all in order (we had a big group) but after that it was an adventure! Colombo is a crazy busy place and the Tuk Tuk zipped us around all the hustle and bustle but that was definitely part of the fun! Our driver was very kind and made sure to keep with us or keep track of us at each sight. His English wasn’t great, but he managed and pointed out sights along the way. While I would have enjoyed learning a little bit more history about each place we visited, I would say overall we were very pleased with our visit. It was certainly the best way to see the city and its top sights when you only have a day. The communication via what’s app was wonderful leading up to the day and Faithi was very easy to deal with, answering all our questions and sending pics of where to meet. I would definitely recommend this tour.

We did a Colombo city highlights tour by Tuk Tuk. Our driver was very friendly and knowledgeable, He spoke excellent English and was a great driver. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he just wanted to make sure we were happy.

We booked two days of sightseeing with Rilwan. His city tour was as described and we had a good time. He is a good tour guide. But the other parts of the tour were given to someone else a few hours before our pickup and if I wanted this, I would have booked things separately and it would have cost a lot less. The overall experience was fine, but it wasn’t as I was expecting.

We had an amazing 4–5 hour Colombo tuk tuk tour with Rilwan, and it was one of the best ways to explore the city. He showed us a great mix of Colombo’s highlights, including beautiful Hindu and Buddhist temples, the Lotus Tower, a mosque, and interesting museums. Rilwan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the tour. He also took us to some great shopping spots where we could pick up souvenirs and gifts for our loved ones. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a perfect way to cover Colombo in half a day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

I booked city tour with Rilwan and trust me he is one of the nicest people I met in my tour. Very knowledgeable and helpful and makes sure he doesn't poke his nose in unwanted stuffs which might create uneasiness for customers. He even managed to help me in those activities which was unplanned and ensured my safety till I reach back my hotel. When I met him, he was just a tour guy. By the time we parted ways, he had become a dear friend.

Well arranged last minute service. Can be customised to suit what you want to do, just ask away! We visited temples and shops, were able to stop for a drink and I enjoyed the gemstone shopping. Ask for local places not the every day tourist traps!

Rilwan was a great guide, especially as he was coordinating 6 tuk tuks on a cruise ship city tour. He was informative, but more importantly friendly, he also ensured my husband’s limited mobility needs were met. The sights we visited were interesting and varied, temples and mosques from each of the key religions were covered and proved amazing as attractions in themselves. My fave part was the backstreets, seeing how the other half lives, authentic Sri Lanka rather than commercialism is something as tourists we value. My one disappointment was the stops to shops for souvenirs, I’m sure as a single tuk tuk we could have said no let’s go, but as a bigger group this wasn’t possible and meant we missed seeing more of the real Colombo. If souvenir shopping isn’t your thing then ensure you set that expectation in advance. All in all though I’d recommend Rilwan and the city tuk tuk tour.
