We had such a great experience traveling around Sri Lanka with Afzal as our private driver! We visited places like Sigiriya, Ella, Yala, and the South Coast, and having Afzal with us made everything so much easier. He was always calm, friendly, reliable, and happy to help with anything we needed. Organizing safaris and other activities, sharing local tips and making sure we got fair prices, he really helped us enjoy the trip without worrying about all the planning and logistics. We kept saying throughout the trip how happy we were that we decided to travel this way. If you’re planning to explore Sri Lanka, we’d definitely recommend doing it with Afzal!

Booking via WhatsApp was done very easily, we booked with Afzal as a personal driver for 10 days who was great to say the least. One of the best parts of our trip was having a reliable driver and a person who helped us organise the activities we wanted. He was really nice and accommodating, we didn’t have any issues at all. We enjoyed the car rides since he is a very good driver and matched our schedule completely. For the price it is a great service and one of the best decisions we made, since otherwise it would’ve been quite stressful to figure out everything by ourselves. Would definitely recommend using their service if you’re planning to move around the island a lot.

He took us to all the places we wanted to visit without ever making us feel hurried. What we appreciated most was how he looked after our kids, especially at sightseeing spots that were a little difficult for them to manage. His patience and kindness made our journey so much more comfortable and memorable. Overall, it was a beautiful family holiday, made even better by the people who organised it. My 9-year-old son and I had an 8-day vacation to Sri Lanka from Aug. 3 - 10, 2026. I had to budget very carefully for this trip, so the first way that Sri Lankan personal drivers stood out to me amongst the many other driver companies I researched was the price. This company provides a premium service at the most competitive prices. Next, our driver was Afzal. Lovely man. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and eager to help. My son and I spent 5 days with Afzal, and he always knew exactly where to go, made himself available at all hours of the day, he was consistently responsive to texts and messages, and waited patiently for my son and I when we went to experiences. He continually refused my offers to buy him lunch here and there but when pressed, he would accept my offers to purchase him a coffee. This man is 100% pro and made our experience seamless in a new country. His patience, knowledge, and amiability are truly appreciated and contributed greatly to the comfortable and stress-free trip that I had with my son. The company, "Sri Lankan Personal Drivers" itself has customer satisfaction at the center of what they do. Not only were they immediately responsive to all of my queries and more competitive than all the others I researched price-wise, they were amazingly accommodating. To be honest, there was a fee that I agreed to in WhatsApp messages that I didn't read carefully enough. It was my mistake and it was a totally reasonable term. When I expressed that I was unhappy with myself that I missed it, the company immediately revised the terms to make me happy. It wasn't a large fee and it wasn't an unreasonable fee on their part, but to make me happy, they waved much of it. I was so impressed with that. Because it was my own fault, I just took what I would have paid and added it to Afzal's tip. All in all, Afzal and SLPD's were exactly what I needed. It was just my son and I in a new country, and having Afzal take good care of us made our trip in a new country feel smooth and safe. The company itself, as stated, is customer-centered. When I return to Sri Lanka, I will immediately contact SLPD's for this service. Thank you, SLPD's.

I got in touch with Zack from Sazy Lanka Tours. I made a random search online and found his contact for private taxi service. It was a great find. Sazy Lanka Tours was found to be fully reliable, safe & trustworthy. Zack never asked for any advance money and did my bookings on trust. We were a family of 5 travelling from New Delhi, India to Srilanka. Initally I just booked their taxi service but Zack offered me great deals for the hotels with free upgrade which worked very well for us. We landed in Colombo at 4 am and found our driver 'Ramsy' waiting for us in Toyota Hiatus. I must appreciate the driver for the cleanliness of the car, punctuality & sheer humbleness in his attitude. He drove us straight to Yala. Our driver Ramsy was with us throughout our trip. He was well versed in English and had good knowledge about the local sightings. He was ready to take us to the places of our choices without any hesitation. I must mention that we forgot to get our currency exchanged and Zack & Ramsy were there to help us at each step. Without a second thought & with full trust, they gave us some cash. We went to Bentota & then back to Colombo. It was a memorable trip and I'm really glad I contacted SAZY tours. I had such a wonderful time with Sazzy Tours. My guide and driver was Shan. He was perfect. I felt very safe. As a solo senior woman this was important to me. He is also an excellent driver. I said that he deserved a medal for handling such crazy traffic with calm and patience. Shan was also extremely knowledgeable, knowing answers to all of my inquisitive questions. I know he went out of his way to show me the best of Sri Lanka. I am so pleased. Shan made suggestions, and then allowed me to make decisions. I much appreciated this. We booked 7D 6N tour with Sazy Lanka tours from 10th Oct to 16th Oct 2025. Honda shuttle car was comfortable and Safnas who drove us around ensured that we were comfortable and safe. We can not recommend Sazy tours enough. They are absolutely fantastic. There was a group of us traveling for 16 days ages 7-74 and they catered for our every need. Shan acted as our tour guide and Mr Sadik was our brilliant driver. They always went above and beyond for us. They were always smiling and happy and worked tirelessly throughout the trip. We have just returned from a fantastic trip around the beautiful country Sri Lanka, made possible by Shan and Irfath from Sazy Lanka Tours. We would highly recommend Sazy Lanka tours! It was a wonderful trip to Srilanka.We thoroughly enjoyed the trip .Srilanka is scenic beauty with waterfalls, mountains, beaches , monasteries. It was overwhelming to see Indian Ocean from close quarters. We enjoyed the train journey to Ella. Our Tour operator Mr Zacki was very supportive and understanding.He was helpful,guided us wherever we went with correct information.He kept in touch with us finding our whereabouts. Our Tour guide/driver showed us around Srilanka and was supportive but he must be more forthcoming with tips such as entry fees and restaurants. The staff of hotels should make an effort to speak in English.Hotels were good with neat rooms though sometimes the service was erratic. Overall it was an amazing trip with memories,fun and knowledge. Surya from India!! Tip: Carry lots of Srilankan currency and USDs. Srilankan currency is useful at eateries and shopping places. USDs as we know can be used anywhere in the world. Good choice for foreign exchange.
