It added so much more to the trip than simply seeing the sights, including a birthday cake for my sister! What we appreciated most was how flexible and accommodating he was. Whenever we wanted to change the plan or focus on things that suited our interests, he happily adjusted the itinerary for us. Instead of pushing us to do typical tourist activities we weren’t interested in, he made thoughtful suggestions that matched what we actually wanted to see and experience, which made the trip feel much more personal. He was always respectful, kind, and patient, and consistently went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Travelling with him made exploring Sri Lanka easy, relaxed, and stress-free. After a lot of research, we chose Aerizo Tours for our honeymoon, and it was the best decision we made. They went above and beyond to make us feel special, even arranging surprise flower decorations and treats at our hotels. We did the 'Adventure' package mixed with some beach time. Hiking Little Adam’s Peak at sunrise was a highlight, followed by a train journey through the highlands that Aerizo booked for us well in advance (the first-class tickets are hard to get, but they managed!). It felt like traveling with a local friend who knew all the secret spots away from the crowds. Professional, romantic, and perfectly executed.

They organized incredible surprises for us, including a private candlelit dinner under the stars in the Cultural Triangle and a sunrise hot air balloon ride. The pace was perfect—romantic and slow when we needed it, but filled with wonder. The boutique hotels they recommended were stunning and felt very 'Sri Lankan' rather than generic luxury. My guide Chanaka was very patient, understanding that I needed extra time at certain spots to get the right shot of the leopards and birdlife. They know the timing of the parks perfectly. Our main goal for visiting Sri Lanka was wildlife, and Aerizo Tours delivered. I stayed at aerizo home hotel in nuwara eliya. What to say, it was a super experience. Mr anil took care of me and i felt as with my family. He provided very nice local food, in the night he prepared a hot pad for me as it was super cold. The house is super cute, in the middle of the nature. Close to pedro estate and you can also explore the surroundings by walking through tea plantations. Love leap waterfall also close. I had a wonderful stay

I had a great 6-day trip through parts of Sri Lanka, which took us to the cultural triangle, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Kataragama and finally to my Ayurveda resort near Matara in the south. Dinuk was a wonderful driver and companion, safe, trustworthy, empathetic and with a good sense of humour. He showed me so many interesting places but I found it particularly enjoyable and personal to be with him in Nuwara Eliya, his hometown. In many personal conversations, I was able to learn a lot about life in Sri Lanka and Buddhism. Thank you so much, Dinuk, for this very special experience, unforgettable! However, I do have a little criticism. It would have been nice and helpful when comparing prices during the trip planning stage if the approximate costs for the sometimes high entrance fees (especially Minneriya National Park) had been mentioned. There was some misleading wording here. In hindsight, I would also have liked an agency that focuses on individual travel to at least point out tourist traps such as the Royal 100 spice and herbal garden and warn against buying creams and medicines in the completely overpriced shop. And one last comment: I would have liked to have been asked before videos and pictures of me were posted on social media. I just discovered such a video of myself on the Aerizo Tours Facebook page, which I was not aware of. For me, it was a very personal farewell that was marketed here.

Firstly the booking and communication when booking from the uk was easy and clear. On arrival in sri lanka we were promptly met by our driver for the next 6 days Thillina. We immediately found him to be friendly and helpful. He certainly went out of his way to catar for our comfort and needs. His knowledge and love for the areas we visited shone through and meant we got the best experiences. Would highly recommend him and the team. A trip we will never forget made better as a result of him.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. We wanted a bespoke tour for one week , then chill on the beach afterwards. Malki was so helpful with her suggestions and attentive to our specific requirements before we booked. Sent very clear info of the itinerary and suggested hotels for each night . Very good pricing and sent pictures of all the proposed hotels. Also sent prices for various entry fees. We were met at the airport by the owner and our driver Thilina . They took us to the best place to change money ( not the airport) . We had a new air conditioned SUV for the duration of. Thilina our driver guide was so kind and looked after us very well . We did the usual Anuradhapura , Sigiriya, Dambulla caves , Tooth temple , Yala N Park and the highlight Nuwara E to Ella train etc . We were then dropped off to beach hotel in Bentota . After that taken for a tour in Columbo with overnight stay and transfer to airport. We had the holiday of a lifetime. We have already recommended this company to friends in the UK. If you want to visit beautiful Sri Lanka I have no hesitation in recommending Aerizotours
