The driver sent me a WhatsApp message before I landed in Sri Lanka which was reassuring. He also sent me a picture of the sign with my name on it. The greet went well. My only suggestion is that I would have liked to receive acknowledgement the day before that they had my correct flight number and arrival time. I would use them again!

Our driver Lakmal was brilliant. He sent a WhatsApp message before our arrival, tracking our flight, waiting with the sign with our names and advised where to get SIM card. He drove carefully, the car was clean, had working air conditioning and we had a nice chat along the way. This was more expensive than uber but it was worth it and will book them again in future.
When I travel solo it’s nice to splurge and have the private car pick up… plus for me it gives me piece of mind when solo. Great driver and prompt pick up. Booked again for the airport return

We used Colombo Airport taxi 4 times during our trip and every time, their drivers were punctual, super friendly and helpful with excellent communication. Jude was our driver twice and welcomed us on our arrival into Sri Lanka and took us to the Cinnamon Air collection point. He was very attentive and stayed with us until we were safely collected by the Cinnamon Air shuttle. Lakmal met us at Colombo Fort railway station after our train journey from Galle. The station was very chaotic but he was super communicative and helpful he then took us back to the airport do our flight home. Again he was early, friendly and has excellent English. We would thoroughly recommend Colombo Airport Taxi fo anyone looking for a friendly, reliable and good value cab service.
Highly recommend! Our driver Jude messaged me his location (WhatsApp) and had a big sign with my name on it waiting at baggage when I arrived! He offered to wait for us to use the restroom or go to the ATM if needed which I thought was really considerate. We felt very safe and comfortable during our ride with the AC on, and even got some fun facts about sites from Jude as well. He even stopped for us to take a picture of the tower! 10/10!
I would have rated a five, but there was confusion with my driver being there on time. I thought he would be waiting for me. In the airport lobby, he was not. I ended up waiting outside for 15 minutes before he arrived. Following that, everything was perfect, he was professional, drove well and got me to my destination without any issues.

This is my second time using this company for an airport pickup. Once again, I have no complaints: I didn't have to wait, they arrived on time, and they sent me a picture of where they were standing once I was outside, making it easy to spot among other drivers.

We used Colombo Airport Taxis for five separate trips across our two week holiday in Sri Lanka. They were excellent in every regard. We picked them out originally as we were looking for a reasonably priced airport pick-up on arrival after getting a very expensive quote from our hotel. We then found that for several other transfers they were going to be much better value. The drivers were all punctual, helpful, friendly and spoke good English. The cars were all comfortable and spacious for two of us, with good air-conditioning. Very highly recommended.
Wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Our driver lakmal was so friendly and his English was excellent. He was waiting with excellent greeting signage so we were able to see him quickly. He gave us great tips on the area. He is a credit to the organisation. It was reasonably priced. He also Offered to show us how to get money and eSIM which we already had but great for others and carried our bags.

Had a wonderful half-day exploring Colombo by tuk tuk. My guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made each stop interesting – from colourful temples to lively markets and scenic viewpoints. The ride was comfortable, well-organised, and a fun way to see the city in a short time. Highly recommended!

I had a really great experience with this company for me and my traveling companion. I needed a bit more than just a transfer from the airport to Colombo. We had a train reservation from the Colombo Fort station, but it was about 3 hours from when we arrived at the airport and I didn't want to just sit at the train station and wait for 2+ hours (it isn't the best place for just waiting). I asked several companies for a quote for a few options of things to do on the way to the station. It was very early in the morning (we arrived around 5am), so I knew not much would be open. This company was the one that responded clearly and offered options for me to consider for the time we had to fill. Their English was clear and it was obvious they had fully understood my request. The price quoted was only a few US $ more than for a standard transfer to the city, so well worth it. The driver, Lakmal, was friendly and smiling when we arrived after a long flight. He helped us with luggage and had a comfortable car with good a/c waiting for us a short walk away from the arrival terminal. He took us on a short tour of Colombo, telling us about the history and points of interest (he spoke very good English). We stopped at a small temple with a "museum" of sorts full of artifacts from time past. Once it was opening time, he took us to a supermarket to buy some snacks and water for our train journey, and then to a bakery to get a light breakfast to take on the train ride (savory as well as sweet pastry options were available). He made sure to time everything just right and we arrived at the train station just a little bit before our train was to depart. He gave us instructions on how to find the train information and left us right near the entrance. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I will definitely try to use this company again on future travels, and highly recommend them and the driver Lakmal!

We couldn’t recommend Jude highly enough. Not only did we feel safe with him the whole trip, but wow was he reliable. Always in communication, always early, always flexible. He never complained, he always smiled and if anything (this may sound silly) but he was one of the highlights of our trip. Lakmal picked me up from the Airport and he was very friendly and had communicated with me by WhatsApp upon my arrival. He also asked if I needed to use the ATM machine in the airport which was a very good gesture. I had no reservation to hire their service for my return journey to the airport and the driver was punctual and friendly as well. I wished I had hired their tour service for the city tour and the Galle tour as both of them fell far short of my expectation.
Danushka was amazing, he was so lovely and made the process so simple. He called me while I was waiting my bag and explained where he'd be to meet me and he followed it up with instructions and photos. Once picked-up I felt so safe for the short drive to Negombo. He also took my bag into my accommodation and made sure I got it alright. Could not recommend highly enough.
