Natheef from Sazy tours was our driver/tour guide. Natheef was brilliant. He explained our various questions really well and had a great knowledge of the local sights and attractions. Natheef was the perfect guide for us making our Columbo experience truly memorable. Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond. We were very lucky that Natheef was chosen to host our tour.

Great tour with Zach in a brand new spacious and very comfortable, air conditioned SUV. We saw all the highlights of Colombo, including the new Port of Colombo development area. It provides a great view looking back on the city landscape. Zach gave us good commentary & lots of information about Colombo & Sri Lanka. Thank you for the great, very comfortable tour. We highly recommend 🌟.
We had 4 hours between our cruise arrival and flight departure. The port is a bit confusing, but Sazy Lanka communicated well and our driver was waiting at the terminal gate. We did not have time for everything, but visited the Tulip tower, mall and other city highlights before being dropped at the airport in good time. The tour is much better priced than available as a cruise excursion and you can tailor it, like us, to suit the time you have.
The tour planned by Sazy Lanka tour was great. The places we visited were all must see places in Sri Lanka. The driver Siyas is a good man. Assist us in many occasions.
Great guy - Zak - met us at the port in Colombo. We was quite early but Zak was prompt picking us up at the requested time of 08.30am. He took us to see the historic mosque - Jami Ul Alfar Mosque, followed by a brief stop to grab a couple of coconuts and drinking them, we then visited the Lotus tower where we not only had a great view from the 29th floor but also had fun with the Pixels. From there we visited Independent Square before moving on to seeing two wonderful temples. Having taken a breather over a cup of tea (which tasted lovely) our final stop was at a site by the sea which is a new City being built which was pretty good to see. Overall we had a great experience made easy with our friendly driver, Zak. Thank you Zak! 🙏
We arranged our 2 week Srilanka vacation through Sazy Lanka Tours. Zack suggested a number of locations and finalized a plan to meet our interests. We had a great time while in Srilanka and will definitely do it again.

Very minimum crowd. A wonderful place with calm and peace. People are very helpful. a very relaxing trip that I ever had.
We enjoyed exploring the city and stoping at more local spots to get a better feel for the local culture. Our guide communicated well before the trip so we felt confident that we were in good hands. When we arrived, our guide was available so we didn’t get lost getting off the ship. During the tour, they were willing to stop wherever we wanted to make our experience unique. We did feel like they could have spent less time on their phones and more time with us, but they did provide comfortable transportation and were very timely.
Was an amaizing experience more than i was expected, the tour guide was very professional, the country, the people, make me felt confortable
We had a small group (10 people) ‘tour’ to Sigiriya, a UNESCO world heritage site that is a rock fortress with extensive palace and garden ruins and Dambulla cave temple. This turned out to not be a tour as described at all, but just a bus ride. The “guide” said nothing during the entire four hour ride to the site, other than telling us the name of the mountain with a large Buddha statue after I pointed it out to others on the bus. He actually slept most of the trip! No information about the area we were in, the history of Sigiriya, what the site entails, or how guides work at the site. When we arrived at Sigiriya, we stopped for photos at a viewpoint, which actually wasn’t the greatest, and the guide discouraged people from climbing the site. Instead, he pushed a Tuk-Tuk tour around the rock, never describing what’s in the complex. Fortunately, my husband and I and another couple said we’re going to go in and climb. Our ‘guide” took us in to get tickets and gave us a guide at the site, never explaining anything about arrangements. It was extremely hot (over 90F) and steep, and other men at the site showed up to help us. We refused but the other couple accepted. When we tipped after the tour, the helpers told them they had a higher rate than they were given and insisted on more. None of this was explained ahead by our worthless “guide”. The site is extensive and impressive, with the palace and garden ruins largely at ground level. The rest of the group never entered the site after a 4 hour journey because the Tuk-Tuk was pushed and nothing was explained to them. We didn’t tell them what they missed. Dambulla was just a quick stop with time for some pictures. Despite the heat, no water was supplied on this full day trip. There was a cooler onboard but I was told there was no water when I asked. We were concerned about having enough water with us to make the climb. The tour description said we’d stop for lunch (at extra expense) but the only stop we made was a rest stop both ways that had some pastries. Our “guide”, however, brought his lunch and happily ate it on the bus when he was awake. Sigiriya and Dambulla are definitely worth seeing and require the long journey to get there from Colombo. Just be sure to take a real tour so you get full value and enjoyment from the experience. This was not at all the case with Sazy Lanka.
We actually took an overnight tour to Kandy, Sri Lanka. Communication with the tour company was excellent. We knew exactly where to meet our tour guide. He was an amazing driver/tour guide with good English. Very caring, knowledgeable good person. We managed to see a lot in a short period of time. The van was comfortable, plenty of room for us. Highly recommended company.
