I had an amazing experience with Sazy Lanka Tours. Mr. Zack promptly replied to all my queries when I first contacted him. On the designated day and time of pick up, the guide, Mr. Murshid arrived way before the pick up time. Mr. Murshid is an excellent guide, who helped us with amazing sightseeing, understanding our taste and style of travelling. He was extremely punctual, polite and knowledgeable. I honestly don't know how 7 days passed because everything was so smooth. I'm extremely greatful to both Mr. Murshid and Mr. Zack for making this trip to Sri Lanka so memorable. If you are going to Sri Lanka I would highly recommend sazy tours we had 2 people our driver Sadiq who was an outstanding driver so friendly and was always so happy and our tour guide Shan who was so helpful on where we needed to go. the coach was very nice with really comfortable seats but overall this tour was unbelievable from the help by the Shan and Sadiq.

We did a lot of traveling on this trip, and the drivers that Zack arranged were all very nice. They were quick to respond to our requests and suggestions for experiences that could only be done locally along the way. Our Mr. Zack was extremely patient with our arrival at the wrong place. After he solved this problem, it was a very, very nice morning, exactly as we had hoped. We went to the temple, had a delicious coffee and relaxed, and then went shopping in a local house. He organized everything perfectly for us and, as a severely disabled person, I always had a place to sit. Great guide, I would go back anytime. I will remember him fondly.
