Vaux Park Street

Vaux was a great place to stay! We got the 2 bedroom apartment for 4 adults and 1 baby and was spacious and clean! Jawfer the host was very helpful throughout our stay, he gave us lots of suggestions locally to try and was quick to respond on whatsapp. It was well located as nearby all restaurants and city. I would definitely recommend staying here if you visit colombo. We will definitely be back next time we are in Colombo.

We stayed at Vaux Park Street in Colombo with my wife and our two kids, in a 2‑bedroom loft apartment. The location is very central, with lots of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, which made meals and exploring simple with children. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable for a family of four. The rooftop pool was a highlight – it was quite nice and our kids really enjoyed it. Service was excellent. Mr. Jawfer, the manager, and the staff were very accommodating throughout our stay. Mr. Jawfer sent a helpful list of nearby dining options via WhatsApp at check‑in and promptly responded to any queries we sent. They also kindly allowed us a late checkout, which made our departure much less stressful. Overall, a convenient, family‑friendly base in central Colombo with good facilities and attentive management.

We had a great experience at Vaux street hotel. Our apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The view of colombo from the apartment balcony was great! The place was super clean, had every amenity that we needed which was very helpful for us traveling with a kid and an elderly. Having filtered water, a microwave, fridge and nice bathrooms made it a pleasant experience. The furniture was nice and modern, and the entire place has an upscale luxurious feel. The salt water pool on the roof top was beautiful and we enjoyed swimming at night. Wish we could have stayed there longer. We liked our stay here during our trip to sri lanka so much that we decided to come back here to spend our last few days back in Colombo (after a trip down south). The location is perfect and close to everything. It’s in the heart of Colombo. We tried several restaurants at Park street mews next door which made it very convenient. Our concierge, Jawfer was awesome! He was very attentive and provided great service and suggestions for restaurants, cabs, etc. He helped to make our stay very pleasant. We hope to come back and stay here when we visit Sri Lanka next time. We highly recommend this place and anyone who wants an upscale experience. Where you stay truly makes a difference!

I stayed 3 nights in the 3 bedroom apartment with my family at the end of our trip in Sri Lanka. It was a great end to our holiday, the apartment was spacious and stylish and was in a great location as near shops, cafes and a number of attractions. The staff were friendly, professional and responsive - we did have one issue with one of the showers and it was fixed as soon as we raised it. The family also enjoyed using the pool on the roof which was clean and well maintained
