The Kingsbury Colombo is an elegant and luxurious hotel in a fantastic location overlooking Galle Face and the Indian Ocean. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, while the staff are friendly and professional. The hotel offers excellent dining options, a beautiful swimming pool and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of local and international dishes, and the views from the hotel are especially beautiful around sunset. The location is also convenient for exploring Colombo Fort and nearby attractions. Overall, The Kingsbury provides a memorable experience with good hospitality, quality food and excellent facilities. Highly recommended for a comfortable and premium stay in Colombo.

From Day 1, and even our first honeymoon day and photos, everything was handled so beautifully. The hall, the atmosphere, the service, and the way everything came together with our decorations were simply perfect.

We came to Kingsbury few weeks before and stayed there at the 9th floor. When we came to the hotel me and my husband was so tired and we saw a few people waiting in the reception. Everyone is busy and my husband was so angry. A guy in suit escorted us to lounge in 9th floor and made the check in and helped us with luggages. He explained all facilities and card use. The cappuccino was superb. I forgot his name. He and his manager in the lounge is so helpful throughout we stayed . There is no business lounge so they assisted us to use the lounge and helped us in printout and many more, me and husband can't walk and we are old. The ocean food court roast paan was mouth watering amazing authentic dish. We came to see our grand kids and it was really wonderful, we couldn't explore more ! Some good and bad are there but service is wholehearted. Thanks everyone. We will come once again.

An absolutely exceptional High Tea experience at The Kingsbury.
From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. A special mention must go to Nilupul, whose warmth, professionalism and genuine attention to detail elevated the entire afternoon. He, together with the outstanding team, delivered hospitality of the highest standard—attentive without ever being intrusive, making every guest feel genuinely welcome.
The High Tea itself was superb. The selection was beautifully presented and offered an impressive variety of both savoury and sweet delicacies. Every item was fresh, expertly prepared and showcased exceptional quality, from delicate finger sandwiches and exquisite pastries to indulgent desserts and perfectly baked scones. There was something to delight every palate, and the continuous replenishment ensured the buffet remained flawless throughout.
The elegant surroundings, refined atmosphere and impeccable service combined to create a truly memorable experience. The Kingsbury has clearly set a benchmark for High Tea in Colombo, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
