Sheraton Colombo offers a fantastic stay with spacious rooms, a premium atmosphere, and excellent hospitality. The breakfast was amazing, with so many options to choose from. One of the best highlights was the rooftop bar at night, which looks absolutely stunning and offers a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy the evening. Overall, a top notch hotel in Colombo with great rooms, delicious breakfast, and a beautiful rooftop experience. Definitely worth staying here!
Stayed at the Colombo Sheraton for three nights. Amazing experience, Rehman at the front desk was extremely helpfull during checking in. The rooms were spacious with a view of sea nearby. Clean, efficient and functional rooms. The locality is safe for walks but the traffic can be heavy during rush hour. The Swimming pool is small, clean and not too crowded. Will definitely visit again.
We had a wonderful experience at Sheraton Colombo Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and well organised. The hotel has a beautiful modern atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and very friendly staff. The service was attentive and professional throughout our stay, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality. The location is also excellent, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to Colombo’s main areas. It is a great place for both a relaxing stay and a family visit. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to visit again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Colombo!

Location & Aesthetic Situated along Galle Road, the hotel offers convenient access to central Colombo and the city's key points of interest. The interior design is modern and well-curated, featuring tasteful decor and open, comfortable common spaces throughout the lobby and hallways. Staff & Service The hotel's personnel was the strongest aspect of the stay. Staff across all departments—including the door team, front desk, and restaurant servers—were consistently welcoming, polite, and eager to assist. Check-in and check-out procedures were handled efficiently, and staff readily offered helpful guidance regarding local transportation. Room Comfort & Housekeeping The room layout is functional, featuring comfortable bedding, good lighting, and open views. However, housekeeping standards need notable improvement: * Dust accumulation: The cleaning was superficial. A visible layer of dust remained on several surfaces, particularly the work desk, bedside shelves, and the edges around the television. * Turnover inspection: The final check before handing the room over to guests was clearly rushed, which detracted from the initial impression of an otherwise well-appointed and modern space. Facilities & Dining The rooftop pool and fitness centre provide expansive coastal views, equipped with well-maintained, modern gear. Breakfast at the main restaurant offers a solid selection of traditional Sri Lankan items alongside standard international fare, with consistent quality and fresh preparation. Sheraton Colombo offers strong hardware, attractive design, and dependable service from its frontline staff. Tighter quality control over daily housekeeping to ensure surfaces are properly cleaned and dust-free would bring the overall experience fully in line with five-star expectations.
