We recently hosted two major university conference events at Radisson Hotel Colombo—one for the University of Auckland and another for the University of Surrey—and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. On the event days, Shevin and Tharusha provided extraordinary support on the ground. They took care of every detail, from handling technical and logistical arrangements to personally helping us organize and prepare gift bags for our partners. Their professionalism, politeness, and attentive service ensured both events ran without a single hitch. The entire team demonstrated incredible dedication and support throughout. Beautiful hotel on the sea front. All day spectacular views of vast Indian Ocean from your room, restaurant and pool. Rooms are comfortable, book sea facing. Bed and pillows were comfortable, TV has few channels, washroom is clean and hot water running all day. Exceptional view from the roof top pool and bar area. Breakfast had a lot of options for vegetarians as well. Location of the property is good. Staff and service is top notch.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Radisson Hotel Colombo for one night with the full board package. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized, comfortable, and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making our stay truly relaxing. The food was excellent, with a great variety and delicious flavors. Every meal was enjoyable, and the overall dining experience was impressive. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and every detail was handled with care. The hotel atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful, making it a perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Overall, everything was good and perfect, from the accommodation and food to the service and hospitality. Even though we stayed only for one night, we had a memorable experience and truly enjoyed our time at Radisson Hotel Colombo. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Colombo. We would definitely love to visit again! ❤️✨

We stayed at Radisson Hotel Colombo for the last leg of our Sri Lanka trip, and it was a wonderful way to end our vacation. The property is well maintained, and our room offered a beautiful view of the ocean, making the stay even more relaxing. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast area also has stunning sea views that make for a great start to the day. The breakfast buffet had a good spread with plenty of options, but the menu was quite repetitive if you're staying for multiple nights. The egg station could also be improved. The omelettes lacked variety—we would have loved options like mushrooms, bell peppers, or other fillings. The egg hoppers were also underwhelming and didn't match the quality of the ones we enjoyed elsewhere during our trip. That said, don't miss the brownies and cakes at breakfast—they were absolutely delicious and among the best desserts we had during our stay. A special thank you to the team for arranging a birthday cake for our son. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. Overall, a great hotel with comfortable rooms, excellent views, and warm hospitality. A few improvements to the breakfast would easily make this a 5-star experience.
