I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Colombo City Centre, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hospitality was excellent, and the entire stay was very comfortable. The staff were warm, friendly, and professional, especially the reception team, who made the check-in and check-out process smooth and welcoming. The food was another highlight—everything was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. 🍽️ My favourite spot was definitely Vistas Bar. The elegant ambience, combined with the beautiful city and sea views, makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. 🌆🌊 Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Pullman Colombo City Centre to anyone looking for great hospitality, comfort, excellent food, and beautiful views.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect and just a short walk from the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to go the extra mile to accommodate every need. They even had a shuttle service to the casino, which was such a great added bonus! Our room was spotless, and all the amenities were beautifully maintained and ready to use. The breakfast and dinner buffets had an amazing variety of options, with seafood lovers especially spoilt for choice! We absolutely loved our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily come back!
This is our second time at NH Colombo. For a change, we try Adithya Indian Resturant foods and we had bestttttttttttttttt hot hot Naan ever! Special thank goes to Ms vinitha for helping us very friendly to select meals. Same as last time Janith and nishitha managed their busy time to look after as well, even they didn’t work at Indian Resturant that day.
The staff was perfect and very welcoming. Overall, everything was great, except for a few details in the room that could be improved, especially considering it is a five-star hotel. For example, the shower holder was broken, and the lighting system was quite difficult to understand. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast. I asked for coconut pancakes, which are not normally included in the buffet, but the team kindly prepared them for everyone — and they were absolutely delicious. Overall, we had a very good experience and appreciated the service.
The simplest way to put it is this: NH Collection Colombo is truly underrated! We recently stayed for three nights and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything was smooth, seamless, and well taken care of. The Junior Suite we stayed in had a lovely ambience comfortable, relaxing, and the perfect VIEW (what I always look for) for unwinding after a long day. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a great variety of delicious options. One of the small touches that really stood out was the mini cookies left behind by the housekeeping team during room cleaning. They were absolutely delicious and added a thoughtful, personal touch to our stay! A special thank you to Tharun (FOM), Yashoda, and Ravishka/Ranushka (I apologize if I haven’t recalled the name correctly) from the Front Office team. They were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help, making sure we had a pleasant and memorable experience. I would also like to thank Sajith (if I have remembered the name correctly) from the Bell team, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. My apologies for not being able to mention several other team members by name, particularly the Security, Valet Supervisor and the barista (young lad) at the lobby coffee shop who was on duty during the afternoon of 11th June. Their professionalism and support certainly did not go unnoticed. Overall, NH Collection Colombo feels like a hidden gem that deserves far more recognition than it currently receives. The hotel offers an exceptional guest experience, and I genuinely believe more people should know about it. Thank you to the entire team for your warmth, patience, and outstanding service.
