We had such a lovely stay at ME Colombo! Our suite was beautiful, spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We specifically requested a corner room for the views, and the team kindly arranged it for us — definitely worth it!
We also needed to get some work done during our stay, and the hotel arranged a personal WiFi connection for us, which was incredibly convenient. A special mention to Christina at reception, who was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay.
Overall, a wonderful experience with great rooms, beautiful views, and genuinely attentive staff. Definitely recommend ME Colombo and would happily stay again!
I had an average experience at ME Colombo. The biggest area that needs improvement is the rooms, as they could be better maintained and given more attention to cleanliness and upkeep. And the pool was closed due to maintenance.
The staff could also be more friendly and welcoming, as the hospitality did not quite meet my expectations.
The main positive point was the breakfast. It was good, fresh, and had a nice variety of food to choose from.
Overall, there is definitely room for improvement, especially with room maintenance and staff hospitality. With some attention to these areas, the experience could be much better.

They offer a fantastic variety—you can choose from Continental, American, Indian, or traditional Sri Lankan options. We tried one of them, and it was freshly prepared and delicious. One minor point to note: breakfast is complimentary for only two adults, so we had to pay extra for our child. That said, it's easily overlooked because the portion size for a single plate is quite generous—we had no trouble sharing with our little one without anyone going hungry. Even for a one-night stay, we highly recommend ME Colombo for the cleanliness, the stunning pool, and the thoughtful breakfast spread. Great value and a memorable stopover!
We had a wonderful stay at ME Colombo Hotel! The seafood platter was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We also spent time at the rooftop bar, which had a fantastic atmosphere and was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the evening.
