Marino Beach Colombo

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay, once again! This was our second stay at Marino Beach Colombo, and everything was perfect. ❤️ The lovely tea box gift with a personal message on our last night was such a thoughtful surprise. We travel a lot and stay in many hotels, but we’ve never experienced such a special gesture before. Amazing hospitality. Highly recommended

Wonderfull time here. Everybody was very nice and welcoming. The hotel is so clean. The pool is excellent. Rooms are really nice, comfy, spacious, clean; and the bed is sooooo comfortable. Special thanks to the manager, who was so kind to us with his help in finding our lost bag; very professional and generous of his time. The breakfast buffet is incredible.

Fantastic first day in Colombo experience. This hotel helped me feel like a millionaire. The check in was smooth and the staff were friendly and welcoming, helping us with luggage and directions for good tours. The restaurant was truly fantastic, the buffet absolutely outstanding from freshly made hoppers, Sri Lankan section, diverse sweets and the best warm chocolate pudding with sauce, omg!!! I think any taste preference would find something here. It had the best seeni sambol I’ve tasted so far in Sri Lanka!

Had a chance to experience the Marion Beach Colombo restaurent lunch buffet, and it was an excellent experience from start to end;) The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, including Sri Lankan, Asian, and Western options, ensuring there was something for every palate. The food was fresh, well-presented, and consistently replenished throughout the service. I particularly enjoyed the seafood selection, live cooking stations, and the range of authentic Sri Lankan curries, which were packed with flavor. The dessert section was equally impressive, featuring a generous assortment of cakes, pastries, puddings, fresh fruits, and local sweets. Everything tasted fresh and was beautifully displayed. The restaurant atmosphere was pleasant, clean, and comfortable, with attentive staff who were courteous and quick to assist whenever needed. Despite the crowd during lunchtime, the service remained efficient and professional. One of the highlights was the stunning ocean view, which added to the overall dining experience and created a relaxing ambience. One small thing, they could have added more chicken dishes. There were only 2 varieties of cuisines under chicken (meat) section. And parata was not needed actually. Overall, the lunch buffet offers great value for money considering the quality, variety, and service provided. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying buffet experience in Colombo, whether for a family gathering, business lunch, or special occasion. Looking forward to visiting again.
